Good place to explore and friendless staff A bit pricey but if ya love your dogs it's worth it read more

Absolutely wonderful service!! I walked in from out of town and told them I needed a toy our pit bull wouldn't destroy in 10 minutes. He really took the time to explain different ones to me until I found the perfect toy. Very helpful and very nice!! It was nice to see southern hospitality I'm used to this far north! read more

I'm seriously in like with this joint. I've been there a couple times and yes, its a bit pricey but my pups are worth it. I love that they send out coupons and free cookies for your pet's birthday. Its a good coupon too - buy a toy and get a toy free - come on, does it get better? And my dog LOVES their cookies. I'm not sure he even tastes it before swallowing. The staff is awesome. They are so helpful and friendly! I needed a tough toy because my dogs are hard on toys and they found me one that has lasted over a month now (let me tell you, in my house, that's something). And its an indie store, so I'll pay a little more. Gotta support the little guy with great doggie fashion sense. Check it out. read more

Love this place! Yes, their collars, leashes and some other things are way more expensive than other places, but the food and most treats are priced well. I just purchase the other items elsewhere. I like knowing that any food or treat I pick out there is safe and healthy for my dog. They don't carry crap food or treats, and they pay attention to any recalls. Their bakery treats are too cute. I've had a couple less than friendly employees, but the majority are great. The good employees remember you and your pet's name and are very helpful. You can tell they have a passion for animals and what's best for them. The employees are very knowledgeable. If they don't have something in stock, they are more than willing to order it for you. They run great promotions for customers like jingle bucks and earned dollar rewards. My dog is picky about other dogs, so we haven't done the group walks yet, but I love that they organize those. read more

I have gone into this shop a total of about five times. I go in to just look around and every time I always make a purchase, after all, that's why I go in! Obviously the products sold here are well researched and are all solid and healthy choices for your pets. However, I have noticed that no matter which two boston's I visit, all of the employees are downright rude. If I'm going to spend $200 or $20 I expect to be treated with respect because after all, I'm going in there to spend my money, so why not treat me like a valued customer? If each dollar that I spend is considered one vote, two bostons just lost a high valued prime candidate. I'm not giving this company another chance for my business, five tries is too many as it is. My advice to health conscious pet product consumers is: do your research, find the best products for your pets and take your business elsewhere. read more

Holy Wow for the pet obsessed! I love my Jack Rat, Dozer, or the Doze, as my friend Melissa calls him, and if you read my review of the Animal Trustees of Austin, you understand that I am smitten with the new addition to my household, Dozer's kitten, Mr. Lincoln. However, as much as they warm the cockles of my heart, neither one of them needs a $51.00 collar. What! Crazy, I say. But, if you have a friend or family member that truly believes that their pets are far more intelligent and preferable to anybody's children (my sister), then this is the place to go. They have hundreds and hundreds of collars, they have gourmet bakery doggie treats that even I would eat (they look that good), they have items for your special fox terrier's birthday party, and all sorts of toys, costumes, and other items for the overly pampered pet. The staff was friendly and even offered to call my brother when they got more lids in that would change my human water bottle into a to go cup for the Doze. If you are looking for a tutu and a hoodie for Tinkerbell, this is the place to be, but come with lots of Fidough (insert growl). read more

Two Bostons maybe a small shop, but don't let that trick you. The selection of treats and toys here is absolutely huge! Our Frenchie loves all of the toys and treats we come home with from here. The fact that Two Bostons has a small bakery section with fresh made treats is really great. The store does an amazing job of theming treats around holidays and current sports seasons too. If you're a pet owner or a pet lover, this is a great place to check out. read more

Nice selection of really cute dog stuff, but insanely overpriced. $9.99 for a 3 inch plush squeaky snow man?? They have a generous 10-day exchange policy, which worked great for my attempt to get Pawz animal booties on my dog. She was not a fan. Over-all, cute store for browsing and maybe for some special treats, but steer clear from the glitzy $50 dog charms. read more

Two Bostons makes me wish I was not too lazy to own a dog. They have all sorts of awesome dog paraphernalia, the pinnacle of which are home baked doggie treats. My wife is constantly mortified when we go in to buy cat toys for our herd of cats and I always start asking about how the doggie treats taste. They look so good! Get off your ass, get a dog, and get to Two Bostons to pimp him out! read more

Disapointed with Two Bostons customer service. Returned a toy that was defective and the clerk kept insisting that it was due to my pets chewing, due to the tooth marks that were on other parts of the toy. Considering it is a dog and carries it arround in his mouth, I'd expect tooth marks, yet it does not explain the defective area. The clerk seemed a bit slow on the uptake of that information and made me feel that she was doing me a HUGE favor and that they normally they don't accept returns. After the three times she would went on about policy and it was obviously my fault, I decided to leave and contact the manufacturer direct. I have purchased quite a few items from this store, despite crowded downtown area and higher prices, it was convenient to indulge my dog once in a while. With the poor customer service about this issue and the less than stellar attitude of the employee, I can find better retailers to shop from. read more

Two Bostons had a "sale" today that I found in the paper - I sent my daughter there since she just bought a new puppy - her experience was terrible - the gals working there were very rude and not helpful. They have a promotion that if you join the VIP text club you get a complimentary gift - she asked twice about the gift and the gal at the register said "its right there" and pointed to the counter - the counter was full of items and she was not sure what she was referring to. Bad experience and a shame as she will not go back. I see the other great reviews, maybe the owners need to train their employees to be more attentive and not so rude. read more

The staff here is extremely helpful and pleasant, and they have a large toy selection for dogs that are agressive chewers. I give it 4 stars only because some of the merchandise can be a little on the pricey side! read more

I visited 3 times and they ignored me. The staff is very unfriendly and rude! The cashier had an attitude when I asked a simple question and was condescending. They never greeted me or ask if I needed help. Very disappointed. Horrible experience! Save yourself some money and order somewhere else online and go buy your dog toys at Homegoods! read more

Very small intimate store, I am curious to see if the majority of customers are from foot traffic or if they drive into town to visit? Either way it is an amazing concept and fun atmosphere, actually impossible to miss if you are walking around DT Naperville. My only complaint is the high(est) prices and small size of the store. read more

I agree that it is a hair overpriced and that some of the items can be found online or at other retailers for a lot less. However, they do carry a lot of unique items and some specialty food and treat lines that are very good. The owners are very nice and anytime that I have come in with my dogs they offer them a treat. They also hold events for dogs in their upstairs area including letting groups have doggie play dates when it is too cold to be outside. read more

All Two Boston Employees are well educated about the food and all products within Two Bostons. For myself, I want this and appreciate it!! I've referred many pet guardians to Two Bostons...not only for the HEALTHY food but also for behavioral training advice, assortment of toys and healthy treats for my fur babies, etc. Awesome energy at Two Bostons along with very knowledgeable, friendly staff, excellent service and great hours. Luv my Two Bostons off 75th Street, Naperville! read more

We decided to walk around downtown Naperville on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon, and took a turn into this spot. It's a pretty large store as there is an upstairs part as well. I had heard from my cousin that they have these thunder shirts for dogs so that it calms the dog down while wearing this. I had to pick one up and try it out. It has not rained yet, so I will have to update to see if this really works. I picked up some dog spray shampoo for days that we don't bathe our Lucy, and the staff here was very helpful in suggesting products and showing me where things were located. I also picked up some nail trimmers for the dog. I like how they have baked goodies and treats for the dogs, and they can do stuff for doggy birthdays as well. Almost anything you can think of they probably have for dogs. It's a little more pricey than my preferred spot in the city. It's a nice alternative if you are in the suburbs though. read more

Very cute shop with all sorts of items for your favorite dog (and cat!). I was on the hunt for fish oil for my dog and the other places I've been to did not have what I wanted. Two Bostons did so yay for that! They have a wide variety of toys, foods, treats, supplements, collars and leashes. Not necessarily the same as the usual stuff you will find at Petsmart or similar places. Fairly friendly service, though they seemed to maybe need some additional help when I was in as there were not enough employees for the number of customers, but I got rang out in a reasonable amount of time and with a smile. I will be back! read more

How can you not love this place?! It's perfect. I don't really understand the complaints about parking - its difficult to park anywhere in downtown Naperville and is totally outside of the store's control. And truly, I've rarely had to go around the block more than once. The store is tiny, yes, but not prohibitively so. Think cozy. The prices are high, yes, but I think the quality dictates the price. You're not going to find generic kibble or bad-for-your-dog artificial crap here. The staff is always bubbly and attentive (every so often a little TOO much so, but I guess better than ignoring me?) and have helped us navigate many purchases for our spoiled little beast. They're also completely understanding when it comes to returns (ahem... Thundershirt, I'm looking at you). We're obsessed with their bully sticks, the charki-o's, all of their collars, the baked treats, and this delightful pumpkin/cinnamon spread we use to fill his Kong. If you're not sure what you want, ask - the staff is never short on suggestions or help! It's clean and bright and inviting, with a huge selection of high quality dog goods. We live in Chicago and we still come out here to shop - that good. read more

a tad overpriced. but their homemade dog treats are the best. my pooch lives off of them, if only i could get the recipe..... other than that, they have a great selection of toys, treats, and apparel. the staff is always nice, and what's better than stopping in and seeing a handful of cute puppies everytime? read more

Great store, unique offering of products and helpful staff. (They had a great recommendation for another groomer from the previous one in the area I had issues with.) All of the staff members are out for the good of the pet owner, not to simply sell a product or service for making money. Thank you for helping to make our household a happy one with our dog! read more

Ordered some kitty toys from Two Bostons online. The communication with customer service was outstanding and very helpful. I was so surprised when I opened the box with the toys in it to find that each one had been wrapped in Christmas tissue paper. What a lovely touch! Definitely highly recommend! read more

My go to place for dog collars. They have a huge wall of many different options, brands, and sizes. You can even bring your dog in to try on things. I've gotten at least 5-6 collars and leashes from these guys. If they don't have the size you want, they will even order it for you from their other store or online. The collars are a little pricey, anywhere from $22-$36, but it's a dog boutique after all so you have to know what you're getting yourself into. read more

My husband and I recently had a terrible experience at this location. We are very educated pet owners and make our small dog's food. When I told the girl who offered to help us that I make my dog's food and was looking for something quick and easy for the days that I don't have time to do so, instead of pointing me in the direction of what I was looking for, she started lecturing me on how I could be using my dog and talking down to me like I was an uneducated animal abuser. After I told her that I already do everything she was suggesting she said, "Well that's okay then." She then quickly spouted off a food for me to try and walked away from me. I have enjoyed my visits there in the past, but the girls who work there now seem to be pretentious and disrespectful. read more

It is pricey, but you do get what you pay for. The owners recommended the dog food we now have our dogs on and what a difference from their other food. The coats look good and has reduced the gas my male beagle expels. Our dogs just love the bake goods. We like that there is always bake goods for the holiday at bay. We buy the dogs birthday cakes, donuts, bones, martini cookies, 4th of July cookies...you get the picture. The store does offer a coupon on your next visit when you spend over a certain amount. This comes in handy. read more

Great pet boutique. Excellent bakery and wide variety of healthy food.

The toys are soooo pricey and truthfully so are their treats, but not too many places sell these kind of dog treats so they have the right to charge what they want for those. My review is really more of a recommendation. If you need something to control your dog, get the vanilla yogurt drops. My dog will do anything for one of those little guys. read more

I absolutely love Two Bostons. The store itself is absolutely adorable. They have a wonderful selection of everything -- collars and leashes, toys, high-quality dog foods (grain free, raw, etc.), and high-quality treats. My dog is a picky eater, and they have given me numerous samples of food to try to figure out what he will actually eat. They have an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Plus they have tons of great events for pets and their people - St. Patty's Day parties, pics with the Easter Bunny, etc. Wonderful store, wonderful people :) read more

Two Bostons is wonderful. They never mind my some times very busy rescue dog coming into the store. They always help me to find whatever I need for my pup. Best of all they support the rescue organization,Animal Rescue Foundation, Illinois with fundraisers and donations. They are the best! read more

My whole family loves this store. We have two dogs and they love Two Bostons. They have a wonderful selection of food and treats that you can't find elsewhere. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. read more

I was able to stop in to the downtown Naperville store last weekend and what an adorable store! They're full of unique supplies for both dogs and cats (the 2nd floor is almost all cat supplies!) along with the most nutritious pet food. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and able to make recommendations for my kitties. I walked out with a few different sample-sized bags of cat food and snacks. If you're passionate about your pets and truly understand how proper nutrition is so vital to your pet's health, then I highly recommend shopping Two Bostons for high-quality pet food that you won't find at PetCo or PetSmart. Sure it's a little pricier, but in the long-run, your pets will be healthier and happier :) I also really promote supporting local small businesses like Two Bostons! read more

Awesome store, me and my fiance just purchased a 16 week french bulldog puppy, and the day after we got her we decided she needed 2 things, her vet exam, and to be spoiled. So we figured we'd head downtown naperville for the day and check out the Two Bostons that we'd been to once before but didnt have a reason to buy anything. Went in just for a toy or two, ended up being in there about 45 minutes, all the staff was surrounding our pup and everyone was really nice, just making sure we had everything we needed. Ended up checking out the dog food to get an idea of what we wanted, and one of the employees there was really helpful, ended up getting us free sample packs of different dog foods to test out(about 6 or 7) i was shocked they were free, as the brands are very good quality. However we ended up buying a 4lb bag of food on top of the sample packs just because the people who previously owned the frenchie had her on puppy chow... and that wasnt going to cut it for us haha. All in all, It's an awesome store, with awesome employees and great products! (my sister works one of the companies they get their wholesale from, and i know first hand the quality of their products because of many samples we've received from her company, and because of all of the goodies she brings home for her pets) Highly reccomended! read more

Fantastic place with friendly, knowledgeable employees. I went in just for a few treats and ended up leaving with a whole bunch of free dog food samples as well. This saved me a ton of money trying to find new, healthier food for my incredibly picky Yorkie! read more

What a cool place for pet lovers. We found everything we were looking for and in a friendly, locally owned place. Keep up the good work. We love you guys read more

I bought a collar for my dog, then went to another pet store to see what they had and found the same one for about 1/2 the price. I'm all for supporting local businesses but not at the cost of feeding my kids. read more

Really cute store in downtown Naperville. The name drew me in...I am dying to have a Boston Terrier. The main level is strictly dedicated to dogs with treats, toys, leashes, collars, food, etc. They do have an upstairs area that had some sale items as well as a section with food and toys for cats. They carry Wuruva wet food, so that is a bonus! read more

I came in to replenish some treats and return a gift I know was purchased here. It was a $12 dollar treat ball. I would have been fine with store credit seeing as how I come in and spend a lot of money every time I do. The clerk couldn't find proof that the toy was purchased there even though I brought her the same toy off her very own shelf. Very disappointed that I was unable to return a $12 dollar toy for store credit. Thanks, Two Bostons, you lost my business over $12. I won't be returning anytime soon. read more

Bling! That's what you can find here...lots of cute things to jazz up your furry friend. Their selection of designer collars is fabulous. They are able to special order or bring in merchandise from their other stores in case they don't have the size you need. I have a less that social rescue dog, which usually prevents me from bringing him into pet stores. They have a little room upstairs you can take your dog to try things on. It's so nice to be able to pick out a few things then grab the pooch to try things on without dealing with the stress of lots of people and other dogs or buying the wrong sizes and making extra trips. The staff is super friendly and clearly loves dogs. My only complaint is that I wish they carried cat collars as well, only because I know they would be ridiculously cute. Maybe they can expand to Two Persians. Hint hint. read more

Nothing feels better than spoiling your dog and this is the place to do it! Great selection of treats laid out in floor bins...irresistible to a shoplifting pooch! Cool toys and gear. Priced a bit on the high side, but right in the heart of downtown Naperville so what do you expect? The staff is great and obviously loves dogs. read more
