And even after we spent less than $10, the clerk thanked us and invited us back.

She was so kind, and was able to make an appointment for the following week. When I got there, my dog was greeted and welcomed by all of the staff members. She felt like a celebrity! The groomer then came out to introduce herself to my dog and I. She noticed that my poor dog had a matted coat in some areas. The groomer told me that she had to be cut pretty short, and I was very upset. However, both the groomer and assistant manager reassured me that it was the best option for my dog. I showed them some photos of dogs that had haircuts that I liked, and they said they would try their best to match it. I left my dog a little hesitant, but I was so nice to know that they had my dog's best interest in mind! My dog was ready to be picked up within a very reasonable time, and she looked AMAZING! 1000x cuter than I ever imagined. I was so impressed! She left feeling so much better! Overall, staff is incredibly friendly, they will take great care of your dog, and it's a good price! Highly recommend. We will be customers for life!

We always find something new to snag each time. The staff is always super friendly, and are great with pups. They also have a pup fountain if your pets get thirty with fresh water coming out just inside the shop.

Knowing small businesses need to be acknowledged and recognized more, I wanted to post a review on what a great experience me and Mongo have always had there. The manager Rick, goes above and beyond for customers, as well as for their dogs. He always has the dogs' best interest at heart. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted either by him or other staff, and feel like I'm always treated like family. Even if Mongo gets to go there for a few hours to play and not for a full day, I always make sure to get there before 11:30am or after 1:30pm. They are closed during that time reason being, all of the pups that are there, no matter what- get nap/down time during that duration to rest. I love that they do that. The groomer, Corinne is also amazing, and it's so convenient. I cannot recommend Lucky Dog enough

He was grumpy, unfriendly, rude, unwelcome, irritable, admonishing me for unclear reasons & had difficulty looking me in the eye, super, super weird, racist undertones, wouldn't recommend anyone with melanin coming here yikes. If you have the misfortune of meeting this character you'll Definitely see what I mean- I didn't want my dog or family to be subject to any of those vibes moving forward. We've had absolutely terrific experiences in the past (only looking for a new daycare due to a move) and have never encountered an individual who spoke/behaved like this & emanating such a super negative/surly vibe, especially a person who reportedly works with dogs, wowza! Clearly he does this for the $$, he didn't acknowledge my dog either until we were finally able to exit the place (also- the place STINKS a lot, was more than what you'd expect). I was already not feeling the best about the place given to several negative reviews- but this crappy experience sealed the deal. Also thought it was weird when the girl who checked my dog in was the same one who checked me out & said "they" should have told you we close at 1130am (?), umm is she referring to herself in the 3rd person, odd gaslighting meant to insult my intelligence? Appropriate training of staff including the head (as we all know those folks set the example, in this case a very poor one) highly needed, the so called managed def acts as though he is doing you a huge favor (ha! he may want to review how a business including a small one like this one works, we dogowners are definitely handing over cash for services). & msg to him: you're not a rocket scientist, please get over yourself *eyeroll*. For anyone in a similar situation Don't bother wasting time w/ this place- terribly rude, unprofessional, and their hours make zero sense (and are also not what's written online- manager again seems to concoct his own rules on the fly depending on who he's looking at, total discriminatory oddball). Thank goodness there are innumerable other facilities.
