Wonderful, seasonal menu, that proudly presents both Wagyu and Montana beef at its finest. Had a hard time making choices as there's so many items on the menu, I'd love to try. I did pass on the oysters that are flown in every day. But that was very tempting. I ended up going with the golden beet salad, which was outstanding with a raspberry vinaigrette. For my main course I couldn't help but go for the elk loin, two beautifully cooked rib on loins medium rare. Incredibly tasty and tender. For dessert we sampled the lemon cake and the flourless chocolate tart, both mouthwatering. There's a really nice wine selection that offers both by-the-glass and bottles. Amazingly found a 2017 Heitz Cellars Marthas Vineyard cab that paired up stunning with our elk and filet mignon. Entrees included tender but crisp asparagas and wonderful spaghetti squash.
