Loved this place! First time coming in and had a wonderful great experience! The restaurant was a good size, plenty of seating room, clean and welcoming. You order at the bar so all at your pace. There was music and TVs/ projector had football games on! Tried a few different beers that were delicious. Pretzels and wings were great, pizza was the best though, super big so plenty for a big party or leftovers. Everything was wonderful here, will definitely be going back!

Train Wreck Fries

Train wreck fries 9/10 Fries were cooked well, the queso is good. Campfire mayo kinda tastes like bbq. It was a really good combination of flavors. I really liked that even the fries at the bottom got covered too. What would make them better? Jalapeños on the side (for those who don't like spice) and a little drizzle of sour cream to lighten up the dish as a whole. Overall I'd eat these again.

Unfortunately I had high hopes for this place and it fell short. The venue is awesome! Wide open space lots of seating, cool indoor/outdoor area too. They have weekly specials so we ordered the fish fry and the hummus platter. They couldn't make the fish broiled or any other way than fried. When our beeper went off we got up and got our own meal from the window. The fish was not really cooked all the way through parts were translucent. The tartar sauce tasted sour like it had gone bad and the fries were not hot. The hummus platter came with carrots that were slimy, so bad you couldn't even hold onto one. I told the bartender and he went in the back and came out to say all the carrots are bad and they can't serve them. The bread was over done like an overdone thick pizza crust you can't rip apart and it was hard to bite. Needless to say I didn't eat much and we were disappointed.

We were looking for somewhere to stop in for beer after visiting other spots in Geneva. We chose the Twisted Rail and I'm glad we did. The bartenders were super nice and highly knowledgeable of their craft. Furthermore, they constructed an old theater into a craft brewery. I got the Farmhouse Ale which was excellent. I didn't get anything to eat since we already had lunch. Next time I'm in Geneva, we'll definitely stop back.

My husband and I had a great time at Twisted Rail in Geneva. It's such a cool place downtown Geneva. Love all the vintage postcard pics on the wall. The staff was very nice. They had a good selection. I enjoyed my shandy. I love a good shandy (beer and lemonade). My husband liked his beer too. Can't remember what he had. They also have food that I'd like to try sometime. Go check them out. They have a nice selection.

Part of the interior of Twisted Rail. This building was a theater and they have used the theater elements well.

On July 14, we started our Seneca Lake brewery tour with beer and lunch at Twisted Rail. First of all, this brewery is in an old theater and they have used that space well. There is plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. We sat in an area that overlooked the brewing operations. The beers were quite good and the food was excellent. Yes, you order at the bar, receive "buzzer" that will tell you when to pick up your food. This worked well for us. We found the beertender to be pleasant and helpful. He even gave us info on other breweries. We would definitely go to Twisted Rail again!

The marker was fun.

The food choices were great. You order at the bar, get a buzzer disc, when ready you pick it up and bring it to your table. The mushroom Swiss burger was excellent. The bartender made a beer suggestion based on our usual favorites. We both enjoyed it. We also both had an ice water that tasted kinda weird. Not sure why so I recommend not ordering water. The old theater/ train motif ambiance was fun.

Great selection of beers. We got lucky and came on taco Tuesday. Bartender was very friendly. Very cool brewery with lots of things to look at. We took lots of pictures. It's very laid back here

Far from beer cheese, this is gross cheese from a can!!Totally a bummer, I was excited to try that Twisted Rail "Brewing Company" beer cheese!!

Cool brewery in the Finger Lakes. This brewery/ restaurant was converted from a movie theater. Enough of the structure was left intact so that you can see the details. We stumbled upon this place because we had our pup and we needed an outdoor seat for lunch. Twisted rail was the only place around with an open patio so it was the winner. This is def a great place to grab a drink in the summer but things on our visit seemed a little off that day. I went in and tried to order but there was a huge line. There was an open register but the woman working it was having a very long and personal conversation with a friend. She wasn't acknowledging any customers or trying to help her coworkers so it was a little awkward. I was finally able to order and we got a beeper for when our food was ready. Upon sitting down with our drinks we realized the tables were filthy. It took awhile to get someone to get us something to clean it off. We had to wait quite awhile for food which was disappointing because the menu was pretty standard bar food and we were starving. Our food finally came and it was just ok, kind of disappointing. I had the portabella burger and I was grateful they had gluten free bread. It was a generous portion but there was so much balsamic vinagarette on the mushroom that it started to turn my stomach. I was sad because I had been craving this and otherwise it was pretty good. The sweet potato fries saved the meal though and were crispy and delish! My significant other had the big hook chicken sandwich. He said it was fine. I think we came on an off day. We will try again sometime when we are back in the area.

We went to Twisted Rail for trivia night while staying in Geneva for vacation. Trivia starts at 7p on Thursdays. We easily found street parking close by. The space was very unique (old movie theater) and spacious. We ordered a beer tasting (4 pours for $10) and sweet potato fries. Orders are placed at the bar and food picked up at a separate window. The beer was ok, nothing remarkable, and the fries were solid. The trivia game is one of the better ones we've been to and each round has a winner ($2 off your tab). We would definitely come back for trivia night when we're in town again!

Quality local brews, a variety that appeals to all. The fried greens beans make the best pairing. Also an amazing location.

I highly recommend starting with the cheese plate. We only chose to do the single but the star is all the things that accompany it! For $12 a great value! For our meals, Schweety had the burger with a side salad and i had the Crispy Chicken entree. He really liked his! The salad portion of my meal was excellent, I would have preferred the chicken to be a little less crispy as it took away from the flavor of the chicken. Justin was a great server and gave some recommendation for our explorations in the area

No one else sat at the communal talk with us. We enjoyed being able to see into the kitchen at this table. We ordered the calamari, a burger and a crab cake sandwich. Delicious! The burger was perfect. The crab cake was good, but not in my top 5 crab cakes I've ever eaten. The calamari was yummy. The service was impeccable. Would have tried a dessert, but the servings were so ample, there was no room. My husband got the tap and spirit duo and he liked the cider so much he got another cider. I liked that the noise level was not too loud. You can have a normal conversation. Ambiance is really wonderful. Glad we stopped in.
