It's a really welcome arrival to the food desert that is this office park. The food is fresh and the employees friendly. The BBQ pulled pork sandwich and fried chicken sandwiches are great! Really happy that they are here. If they can start serving decent coffee to compete with Coffee Bean next door, they'd get all my money.

Chicken Pesto with Garlic Fries

It was my first time here and I was really excited to find a relatively affordable spot for lunch, but was sadly let down. This place has so much potential, but just hit the mark in every item we got. The chicken is so dry and has no flavor. The sandwiches need a lot more sauce to help out with the chicken dryness. The salad was hard to eat because of the chicken too. It has a decent outdoor patio. I gave two stars just because the staff is nice. I want to like this place, but I just don't think I'll be back.

Chicken Pesto Sandwich

3 Stars for convenience. New location in 909 Building. Sandwich is dry with no flavor. Barely can taste the pesto. Chicken has no flavor. Balsamic Dressing can be better too.

Banh Mi Sandwich

In my never ending quest for the perfect banh mi, I had to check this spot. I must say, overall pretty impressive. The interesting TWIST was the pretzel bun. Freshly baked, soft & chewy. A nice presentation with juicy chicken breast, chopped pickled veggies & surprisingly mild / barely spicy sliced jalapeños. I suspect seeds removed/reduced. The sriracha Mayo was on the super mild side, very light. I felt the pickled carrots & daikon we not pickled for very long / didn't have a strong pickled flavor. The sesame & ginger on the chicken were barely detectable, but the perfectly juicy layers were fantastic. Thinly sliced cucumbers added a nice bit of depth to the densely packed sandwich. All in, I felt the sandwich was tasty but lacked a certain level of bite, funk & spice that I'm accustomed to on a banh mi. 4 stars.

Clearly not "smooth" for a smoothie

Not happy with the service at all. Ordered a green and a red smoothie to-go for my friend. The server/cashier/face of the establishment along with the barista were not professional chatting the whole time when I was making my order and payment. They kept getting back to their chitty chat.. My friend (on the phone) asked to add almond milk to her red smoothie and I asked that same server to add almond milk to the red smoothie. She appeared annoyed as I'm cutting her off from her chitty chat. She probably was having a good intention suggesting the almond milk wouldn't taste good with the Red (beets and carrots) smoothie but the way she said it baffled me. She clearly didn't want to make any effort to get it done adding milk. In her words: "it will taste NASTY". Not professional for a server to say that we have a nasty taste mixing beets/carrots with almond milk. Other disappointing fact: both smoothies were tasteless and seemed to be filled with a lot of ice! 1/4 left of my green smoothie and it was only crushed ice and fiber from the vegetables (see photo).

Pretty chill spot to come to on a fun Sunday noon to hang or have a business meeting. Their breakfast is pretty tasty. Croissant egg sandwich with potatoes and eggs Benedict. Can't go wrong. They have yummy looking vegan desserts as well. Free spa water in the corner and really friendly service. Dogs are welcome.

You ain't got to "Twist" my arm to eat here! This place is amazing! Although I've never actually been to the location, I've had catered lunch several times and it never disappoints. You won't get anything less than the freshest ingredients, combined to make the best salads, sandwiches and desserts! And make sure you get the brussel sprouts, SO good! The catering delivery staff is the best! So sweet and friendly and helpful! Do yourselves a favor and have your next event catered from Twist or come in and dine!

Twist was such a pleasant surprise. We were looking for a quick place to grab breakfast, and Twist had no line. The service was great, and the food was delicious. It is also so affordable for LA! There are a lot of different options for a coffee shop so it's definitely a good find.

New place, so its still working out some kinks. Good coffee, nice owner. Gluten free options and breakfast all day. But they close at 5.

Our server, Raquel, was lovely and on top of things. I had what I think is the best Mai Tai I've ever had, even while in Hawaii! Just delicious. We enjoyed the fried asparagus and bacon deviled eggs as our appetizer. The buttermilk fried chicken, crispy chicken sandwich and the ribeye melt were really good, but I am STILL thinking about how incredible Cha Cha's Spicy Rigatoni was. So incredibly creamy, and full of flavor, with just the right amount of heat. My daughter orders this every time it's on a menu, and this is by far the best I've ever tasted. SO good. We had mentioned we were celebrating our twins' birthday, and they were served two lovely pieces of chocolate cake with a candle, AND a card for each of them signed by the staff. Never have I experienced that before for a birthday in a restaurant! Just a great touch. I am SO glad my daughter suggested we go here, and every time we're in town we will return. We started with a coffee and café latte, which were just okay. We wanted to order the ceviche, but it was unfortunately unavailable. Eggs Benedict with Ham: Not worth the $19 price tag. The egg wasn't very runny, and the overall flavors were nothing special. Belgian Waffle: Met expectations--a safe choice. Breakfast Pita: Essentially a breakfast burrito in pita bread form. Very solid and served with a great hot sauce. The spiced hashbrowns were also a very nice touch. Overall, the menu felt stronger on the Mexican side than the Mediterranean. Unfortunately, the hot sauce ended up being the most flavorful part of our meal. If I were to return, I'd stick to one of the Mexican dishes. Parking: Metered street parking, which can be difficult to find during peak meal times.
