Very fun! The instructor was great, and still let me join the class even though I was 40 mins late for my hour long class, oops! I am definitely considering signing up for more classes! The only downside is the location, it was hard to find because its behind another building. read more

Just ok. Tried the groupon a few months back. Class wasn't challenging for someone who has done pole before and all of the classes for my level weren't at a great time for me. Instructor seemed a bit too casual and the class lacked structure. read more

I take class here on the regular from Bel and not only is she talented but she's also very nice. I cut my hand and was unable to attend classes and after I notified her she was super nice about it all and basically put a "hold" on my account so I didn't throw away the money that I had paid. You definitely learn a lot too, it isn't just a frilly class where you circle a pole a few times and learn to walk sexy. Wearing shorts is definitely helpful and be sure to skip the lotion because a slippery pole is a dangerous one! :) I love this studio and everyone that I've met has been really kind and totally accepting. None of the catty highschool stuff that you can definitely run into as an adult. There is no "type" of girl that suits Twirly Girls because it's a great place for all women of all ages, shapes and sizes. No one is there to judge and it's always a fun environment. It's much easier to learn pole dancing when you're comfortable with the group. The other girls are really nice and friendly and it's definitely a second family. Bel cares about her girls and they care about her. She also offers plenty of workshops on weekends and is very flexible with her scheduling which is always a plus. read more

Walking into Twirly Girls is as comfortable as walking into your own home, but a little bit sexier. From the pictures of Marilyn Monroe to the 12ft poles this place screams "be comfortable, be sexy...be comfortable being sexy". The character of this studio is a reflection of the owner Bel Jeremiah, who is a certified personal trainer, genius pole fitness instructor and dancer, and the most warm hearted woman I have ever met. I am an instructor here and mostly teach the more advance level classes, but I can tell you that every time one of Bel's student moves on to my classes I am always impressed with how beautiful their technique and form on the pole is and relieved that I never have to retrain anyone due to bad habits. This studio has a great vibe-You will be welcomed with open arms and embraced by your new pole family from day one. read more

Absolutely love this studio. I have been dancing for two years and didn't happen to start at this studio, but since I moved I had to pick somewhere closer. Bel truly makes this studio a comfortable area and a place where you can express yourself in anyway you see fit. She is generous with her time and vast knowledge she has about fitness and pole. I hear nothing but great things about her parties and all levels of polers. read more

I cannot say enough great things about this studio and Bel! I chose to host a surprise private pole party for my girlfriend's bday and it was such a blast . It was the perfect venue and event for us to make some great memories . We were able to set up decorations in the back room which had plenty of space for us. Bel provided a table for the snacks and champagne we brought - and I could bring in a song playlist on my phone . Bel was very easy to communicate with through email in planning the event . She is very professional, knows how to instruct a class in a very fun way and was also great about stepping back to let us socialize and enjoy our time together . The 2.5 hours went by very quickly as we were having too much fun ! This is definitely a hidden gem!!! read more

I started with Bel over at my Gym and followed her to the studio. For the past six months I look forward to the time I spend at the studio and with Bel. I have always get my own pole and the majority of the time I get the skinny pole as I have small hands. From the beginning Bel was patient with me, and modifies moves and routines to fit my strength level as well as catering to my disabilities. Bel is passionate and very caring about her students. The atmosphere is very supportive, and the girls are a blast. As to free dance, I have declined plenty of times and Bel is understanding of that too. A friend of mine had her birthday bash at Bel's studio and when Bel heard that there may not be cake she bought one!!!!! Bel attended to everyone at the party and even spent one on one time with each girl to learn new moves. It also allowed for everyone coming from different locations in the bay area to meet at a central location. The best thing ever is if you have your party here, you are in downtown pleasanton, next to great restaurants and bars. Not to menti0on that the studio is located in Euphoria nail salon. The salon gives discounts to services for those participating at Twirly Girls. The best venue for a bachelors party, start with a day at the salon, then head to a restaurant( there is a great sushi place 4 feet away), go to twirly fitness where you can have cake and bubbly and then head over to the bars. The rose is also a great hotel all with in walking distance to call it a night :) read more

Decided to have a friends bachelorette party here last night and let me tell you, it was beyond fun!! I'm so glad we decided on Twirly Girls! Grace was our host and she was amazing, super friendly, patient and fun! The studio is super cute and we seriously cannot wait to plan another event here! The staff is very professional and communicated with me the whole week before to make sure we were all on the same page and had all our questions answered. All the girls are still talking about how much fun we had. Thank You Twirly Girls and Grace! read more

I just want to start by saying I had the most amazing time at twirly girls, I came for my 33rd bday party with family and friends it was so fun. Our instructor Laurie was so nice, informative, helpful and overall PATIENT!!! I could not emphasize patience more. Thank you so much for hosting our party I learned a lot of new tricks to try on my husband . I will definitely be returning just for a class. I give this place 10 stars perfect for any type of party. read more

Bel has been changing women's lives ever since she started Twirly Girls. I know several women of all ages who have taken her classes and they all rave about how fun the classes are, as well as how good a workout it is. Many of these women talk about how positively the classes have affected them physically and mentally. If you are looking for a new, challenging, and empowering workout, or want to have a fun girls night out or bachelorette party, or if you want to surprise your boyfriend or husband with a pole dancing routine, then check out her Pleasanton studio...you will be happy you did! read more

Took a workshop at this place and had a blast. . . . and a great workout. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back. read more

I have a friend who has been with Twirly Girls for about a month now and is already noticing a difference in her body, so I had to join! I thought what a great way to get in shape while learning some new moves. I went to my first class and Bel was the instructor. She is awesome! Not only is she sure to make you feel secure and confident about your self she has soo much patience and understanding that you aren't afraid to try anything in front of her. I love this place, and after the first hour of training, without realizing the work out I had gotten, I walked back to my car noticing my legs were shaking. Great for quads, triceps and abs, and thats just after ONE class! I can't wait to go back to weekly classes and see the difference this FUN class makes in me! read more

I LOVE TWIRLY GIRLS!!!!!! Bel is a fabulous instructor. I was going to just try the class *Taster*, I emailed her and right away got a response. I showed up and fell in love! Signed up for the month right then and there.. I am taking this class to get in shape - Bel takes it to a whole new level that is fun, exciting and something totally new for me! She has so many things to offer us girls! Ive made new friends and experienced a whole new world!!! Thank you!!! read more

I took my first taster class here at age 52. Here we are 3.5 years later. Twirly Girls studio, Bel, the owner, the amazing instructors, fellow students, have all become a huge part of my life. Like many other students here, we become part of the TG family. Twirly Girls offers more than just pole dance classes. My favorite class right now is Dance Lab with AJ. This class is more about body movement and expressing yourself, and emotions through dance. No pole experience is required for this class. I also enjoy taking the Saturday morning workshops with Ellen. Each week she teaches a brand new combo, so anyone can jump in. If I had more time available, I would definitely be taking other classes....Grace is an outstanding instructor and teaches Graceful Moves, Mama Bel with her Triple T's class is the class I so desperately miss since my work schedule changed. Bel is a true professional in her teaching....safety first, and her style of teaching is catered specifically to each individual. One of the best things I've ever done for myself was to take that first taster class.......that's where it all begins! read more

I'm a fitness junkie, and have had pole classes on my "bucket list" for a while so when I found Twirly Girls and saw their classes online I knew I had to try it. I started out with the Taster and actually was lucky enough to have Bel all to myself that day so got 1 on 1 personal training! How lucky was I and was so grateful that no one else was there to witness my attempt at muscling every move. Bel is an amazing, graceful, gracious and patient master at teaching and I so enjoyed learning the basics from her. She gave me enough confidence to try the next level and I was again fortunate to learn from another great instructor, Marilyn. A few more gals were in this class, we were all at varying levels of pole fitness but Marilyn was able to accommodate all of our learning styles. My most recent class was the Twirly Tuff Girls fitness which I love love love being the fitness geek I am. It is a combination of bootcamp meets the pole, a lot of climbing, and core work on and off the pole using various pieces of equipment. These ladies know their fitness adn I would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact I think I'll bring a group of ladies to a pole party soon - can't wait. read more

Just took my first ever beginner pole dancing class with Bel and I loved it! Even though everyone in the class were at various stages of "beginner" level, Bel's really good at giving everyone a fun challenge - she's so energetic and enthusiastic, plus she's gets everyone out of their shell and makes the experience so much fun :) Definitely recommend this place for those who want to try out pole dancing! read more

I recently switched pole studios to Twirly Girls and I absolutely love it. It is such a wonderful, fun and supportive environment, filled with the friendliest group of girls. I have learned more here in a few months than I did in almost a year at my old studio. Bel and Shelly are amazing! =) read more

I have never done pole or dancing before. I tried it out with Bell who is the owner of Twirly Girls and used to be a trainer. She is an amazing instructor. Within one hour, she taught us not only the basic, she immediately incorporated dancing into the routine. I practiced at home and in a week, I was so proud that I could practically dance like a pole dancer. It is not only a fitness combining gymnastics with dancing, it is liberating. You feel sexy, confident and fit!! I think every woman should try this sport. You are going to fall in love with it, yourself and your hubby is going to admire your agility, strength, gracefulness, sexiness and everything. I am into sports and I never thought any sports can be more fun than tennis, but had I picked up pole sooner, I would have wanted to be a pole dancer!! but it's never too late to enjoy yourself!! I highly recommend this place. All other teachers are nice, enthusiastic, talented and professional. So much fun!!!!!! read more

This was hands down the most fun and challenging time I have had with my girls. The girlfriends and I got together on a Saturday afternoon for a Birthday/Diva celebration. We learned, laughed, and loved it! We can't wait to schedule another class with Bel. She is a fantastic instructor and will make you want to return to learn even more. This is a workout that will make you sweat! If you've grown tired of the treadmill and the eliptical, give pole fitness a twirl. read more

A friend of mine won a class for 10 people to attend Twirly Girls and I was lucky enough to make the list. What can I say about this class? SO. MUCH. FUN! Bel was sweet, funny and a master on the pole. Even though this was my first time "on the pole", I felt completely comfortable. Two days later I am still sore, so I can vouch for the workout value as well as the sexy factor. I can't wait to do it again! read more

I had an amazing time with Bel she is a great teacher. Very fun and sexy class.

Great exercise and fun. Wonderful way to shape up. Fun venue for a girls night out.

I take classes from Bel every week after trying pole dancing out with her for my birthday. It is wonderful. She is very flexible and a patient teacher. I would highly recomend you contact her for a try and you will get hooked like I did. read more

I just moved to Dublin and searched for pole classes in the area. Ive been taking classes in san fran for some time now. I found Bel and I am very pleased with her and the type of classes she offers. She teaches in a way that allows you to be fluent in the moves without straining. It is amazing how she allows that sheltered woman to peel out :-) read more

I can't say enough about the benefits of "vertical fitness" (aka pole fitness). Regardless of what people think, it's not pole dancing, as it takes strength, grace, and stamina to conquer all the twirls, inverts, and "sexy" moves that Bel throws at you. She is a formidable instructor with much patience and skills, and a personality to boot. I look forward to going to the studio so that I can unwind and get an amazing work out and still come out feeling sexy, no matter how much I am glistening. Seriously, where else can you burn about 300-500 calories an hour, have fun and actually enjoy your exercise? I challenge those who think it's just another pole dancing class... read more

Ladies out there need to try pole dancing at least once. My girlfriends and I had a blast! I went for my birthday and it was so much fun! We are going to go back and I already forgot some of the moves. Grace, you were so patient and understanding. Thank you so much for teaching us. You are a fabulous teacher! Your performance was awesome! So elegant and beautifully done! We will see you soon! read more

This place was absolutely amazing! We did a private party for a birthday celebration and had 10 girls attend. Grace was our instructor for the night and she was so inviting and so encouraging! This was the first time for most of us so we didn't really know what to expect. I had been in contact over the weeks with Grace setting everything up and she made my life so easy since planning for a bigger group is always a little tricky! When we arrived we were able to set up our refreshments and light snacks and then we began the class! Grace was really thorough in her explanations and made it so fun! We also had the chance to play with some props and then come out and practice our new routine! The environment was so warm and welcoming and we all felt so comfortable! Thank you Grace for an amazing girls night out! We can't wait to try it again! read more

I can't recommend this place enough. To say that it is one of the best experiences of my life, would be an understatement. Just look at the photos...this place oozes with FUN! Beyond that, the owner, Bel, is always kind, welcoming, ethical and professional. A.J. is my current instructor and has been for almost 2 years. A.J. is awesome and my only wish is that I had time to take more of his classes. I've taken classes from most of the instructors here and they are all excellent. Don't be fooled by bargain studios. You will not get the attention or expertise that you need with pole fitness. read more

My experience with the pole dance began as soon as they opened the gym in my hometown of Rome at the "VERTICAL DOLLS STUDIO". In Italy this is a discipline not yet as widespread as in the Fitness America There is another center in Milan in northern Italy. Costs vary depending on how many times a week you go. The course in single lessons is 60 euros for 1 hour and 1/4. For two people the cost is divided in half. Workshops for the cost depends on the pole dancer. The poles are 8 in total and are booked. At Vertical Studio Dolls are working our greatest international pole dancers : Valeria Parsi, Sara Brilli, Tamara Tassi. I love this sport because I makes me feel free to express myself. Erika soon. read more

I go to school in Atlanta, but I've been coming here as much as I can during breaks. Although I began my pole journey here, Bel made it as un-intimidating and friendly as humanly possible. I've worked in so many dance studios and companies, and none of them come close to the level of family Bel manages to create even with a bunch of strangers. Everyone is so supportive, and even though the business is very professional, it still feels like a cozy home where it's safe enough to open up and try new things. She works with each student's strengths and teaches in a way that emphasizes safety. I feel like I've improved a lot in the few classes I managed to come to, and despite the bruises, I've become pretty addicted to pole. It can be artistic, sexy, acrobatic, expressive... whatever you want! The only downside to this place is that they don't have a studio in Atlanta that I can go to year-round, but that's not their fault :P Love pole and I love Twirly Girls! read more
