Went here tonight for dinner and I've never felt more discriminated in my life. I brought my service dog as I bring him everywhere. We had been sitting for at least an hour at our table when the waitress accidentally steps on him. He's never been stepped on at a restaurant but hey accidents happen. About ten minutes later I'm assuming is the manager comes over and asks if he's a service dog then demands paperwork for him. I then explain to him that service dogs are not required to have paperwork nor is it even a real thing. He then threatens that this is a private property and he must see the paperwork. To this manager I have attached a screenshot of the ADA but you might want to look up the rules of the ADA especially if you are going to be a manager. 4 minutes ago I ordered three different meals from twin peaks. My meal that was ordered when delivered had mashed potatoes instead of sautéed asparagus. I ordered extra Chipotle butter and none was given. The salmon didn't taste like it had been grilled in the Chipotle butter at all. I also ordered A house salad on the side, which was supposed to have bacon ranch. No dressing was delivered with the salad. This is the second time ordering from them and a 2nd time mess up. Had a very good time at this twin peaks! In fact this all around experience made us a customer for LIFE. We were visiting from out of town and came in after a long day at six flags to watch a football game and have dinner with our kids. The waitress was awesome and we had a great time ... we spent quite a while here eating and drinking the staff was Very nice to us and our kids. When we left we didn't realize our son left his air pods and called to see if by chance they were found .... believe it or not the staff put them up and the manager Leo mailed them back to us ... this was the nicest restaurant I have been to in a long time and will be a Twin peaks customer for life ! I went to Twin Peaks -- Irving because I wanted to get my Twin Peaks calendar signed by the calendar girls and that was their tour stop for 12/4/2017. I had a good waitress (I'm sorry I forgot her name), but she accurately took down my food and drink orders and kept my unsweet ice tea glass full until I paid my bill. I had the mozzarella cheese bites and the brownie sundae. As always, Twin Peaks is consistent with the quality. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my calendar signed. One of the calendar girls (Maggie) works at the Twin Peaks I go to, Mockingbird Station. She gave me a nice message on my calendar. To me, Twin Peaks is a nice place to while away the afternoon by yourself or a friend. I don't know when I will swing by Irving again, but maybe in the near future. read more

First off our waitress implied she did NOT want to wait on us, no clue why. Second, it took 1 hour for us to get our food. Like most people we only get a 1 hr lunch break. She said I had to hold off until my second beer. Huh? Ok. So I finished my first beer and before I finished my first, she come around to see if I wanted my second. So I said ok. And then she asked If I wanted my shot...huh? So I said ok. So she brought the shot. Usually I take sips of my shot. So I finished my 3 beer. And my shot. Third period. The entire experience was very bad. We had 2 servers who were very rude to us the entire time. The experience was very hostile. I've been here many times on NON FIGHT nights and for Boxing & UFC and have had no issues paying the cover and I've even come in here on regular nights to watch NBA , FOOTBALL , BASKETBALL & BASEBALL and have always spent $30 plus for myself only ! Tonight I went out with some Friends to eat dinner for My B-Day and decided to come watch the UFC to finish the night off and the Mgr this Caucasian guy tells me that I need to buy something if I want to stay and watch the fight or I'd have to leave to make room for someone who's gonna order something ! Basically someone who's gonna spend money ! I specifically told him that I just came from having dinner and that I've got NO problem in paying the $5 cover ! He said "well you have to order something , fried pickles or fries ! I told him I am NOT hungry and I just came from eating dinner with Friends ! Now keep in mind I arrived with the 2nd to the last fight on the UFC Card going on ! So basically there was only one fight left to go and I had no issue with paying the $5 cover charge either ! When you have a person or individual that spends money at your establishment in a regular basis who are also known as ( REGULARS ) ! PENDEJOS ! Those you do not force or try to force to spend money especially if the fights are dam near over ! You all act like $5 or $20 dollars is gonna make your profit line jump by a HUGE percentage ! Yet ! You charge those that are standing $5 but yet you DO NOT force or try to make them spend money ! What ? You gonna start making those stand up order food and eat on the floor ! This place is terrible management wise ! We are regulars at this place. The food is good. We love their buttermilk chicken sliders and wings (don't remember which we ordered) but were good. Kids love the mac n cheese here. It's not the kraft one. The one they serve is pretty fresh and tasty! Personally I don't like beers but my husband enjoys the dirty blonde one. Happy hours are worth visiting.
