    Cocktail and Root Beer

Drinks were really good, no complaints there. Loved the cocktails and Root Beer. The vibe is great, good energy all around. Only thing, the food took way too long to come out. Still a nice spot to chill if you don't mind the wait.

Hmmm... So I walked into this place on a whim after someone on TikTok hyped their happy hour apps. I'll admit, I kinda forgot what the concept here was (a more lumberjack-y Hooters). Well, imagine my surprise when I walked in alone on Black Friday and saw all the servers decked out in lingerie. Yes, lingerie. It was like Victoria's Secret had a sale on skimpy outfits and everyone decided to wear theirs to work--plenty of uncovered bums, sky-high legs, and one gal who was this close to a wardrobe malfunction. Oh, and there was a 13-year-old boy wandering around looking very thrilled with his holiday bonus. Anyway, I was there for snacks, not... scenery. I ordered a taco (about $3), the fried cheese ($5), and a frosty house draft ($3). The food? Meh. The draft? Nice and cold. The service? Pretty attentive. What got me, though, was when the 'manager'--a man--strolled out to check on things. Come ON, Twin Peaks, you can do better! The managers should totally be women here; maybe hire a couple of strong busboys if you need muscle, but this just annoyed me. All in all, it's a place with... ahem... visual entertainment, cheap eats, and drinks, but maybe leave the kids at home on Fridays!

The food was great! Not too greasy and it was all flavorful. There's tv's in almost every inch. And if you like to drink ( I don't drink) they have great happy hour prices. The servers are super cool.

Came here after arriving from DFW airport. The food and drinks here are great. The waitresses are attentive. There's multiple tv's to watch different sports events. They have a great happy hour as well. The inside has pretty cool decorations. Great place to meet up with friends for some good food and drinks.

The Twin Peaks on 635 in Irving, TX served an undercooked burger to our table. I spoke with the manager to let him know that I was concerned about the health consequences of undercooked ground beef. I just wanted him to be aware of what was coming out of his kitchen from a public health standpoint. The manager said ground beef is served at 145 degrees F there and that is safe for human consumption. This, of course, is not true as ground beef must be cooked to 160 degrees F to ensure safety. I asked for the GM and he would not give me the name or contact of the GM. I will contact the Dallas County Dept of Health.

Im from California, so my Texas friend recommended this place. We came here on a Wednesday at around 9:30pm. We were greated with smiles and got sat down right away. The problem and the reason why I gave them a low review is because once we got seated, no one came to take our order. We waited for 5 minutes and nothing. I went to the restroom to buy them more time. I came back and waited an additional 5more minutes and still no one came by to attend us. The restaurant was not even busy. Horrible customer service experience. My friend felt stupid because he recommended the place. He apologized and we ended up at Resovoir by the Toyota Center, which turned out to save the night. Better vibes, cheap drinks and hands down better service. Dont come to this twin peaks, unless your trying to get ignored. From what my friend told me the one on 161 in Grand Prairie is better anyways. Today was a FAIL for this twin peaks.

There are two SEPARATE areas of this restaurant yet corporate allows parents to sit at the bar with their kids. Was there with a friend, and if I didn't have food on the way we would've left. Kids screaming and running around the bar, abusing the pool table, and a child chastised me for using adult language in a BAR that the kid almost hit another person with a pool stick. The world is not childfree, but the bar side of the space should be. It is completely unacceptable that the *corporate* office makes their staff at location allow children in the bar. I am an adult and when I chose to sit at a bar I do NOT want screaming kids everywhere. You honestly think patrons want to spend money at your BAR side with ill behaved children??? Again, this is not bostons fault. The management and staff are so incredible and all deserve raises. Corporate needs to be realistic and stop allowing children at any hour on the bar side...

The location itself is nice, but it feels like a tough spot to naturally pick up traffic. It sits at the top of a hill with no obvious direct access unless you already know it is there, so it is not the kind of place you just happen to drive by and discover. If you are a sports fan, though, this place is absolutely worth seeking out. I do not think I have ever seen a bigger TV screen outside of a stadium. Seriously, the screen above the bar has to be 30 or 40 feet wide and makes the whole space feel like a mini arena. We stopped in around 6pm on a random Wednesday and there were a couple of tables occupied. The owner was there and clearly very invested in making the place work, which always adds something special to the experience. We were just in the mood for a snack and a cocktail. I had a delicious martini, and we split the fried chicken nugget appetizer. It reminded me of chicken karaage, a little spicy and very well fried. The portion was huge, easily enough to share. I really hope they find their crowd because it seems like a great spot, just in a challenging location. If you are in Irving and need a place to host an after work gathering or catch a game with a group, this would be a solid choice.

This visit we didn't get any entrees or drinks we were there for the cake. We don't have one in our state so we were ECSTATIC to find out there were a few in the metroplex area. We did go 2 out of our 4 days there. Just get the cake, ask for a middle piece. Everything is locally sourced and the whipped cream is made fresh and you can tell. Every bite is heaven. The slices are pretty big so 2 of us share one. The service is fantastic and fast. Zero complaints. We also learned on our last visit that they ship the whiskey cake.. not sure they should've told me this lmao because I will be ordering.

The space is large, comfortable, and full of life, even on a Wednesday evening. There are cozy sofa corners if you want something a little more intimate, plus an outdoor area that's "outside"... but not too outside, which honestly feels like a win. Drinks were a highlight. My boulevardier was spot on, and then I shared a smoked Old Fashioned with my friend that was just... exquisite. Smooth, balanced, and a little dramatic in the best way. Food held its own. The chicken and waffles were delicious, the chopped chicken salad was fresh and satisfying, and my friend's Reuben got a lot of love from her side of the table. And then came dessert. We shared the Whiskey Cake with praline ice cream, and let's just say, it lives up to the name. Decadent, rich, and absolutely worth it. Service was really good. Attentive without hovering, and thoughtful in those small ways that stand out. At one point, our server split the Old Fashioned for us without us even asking. That kind of anticipation earns points. This is the kind of place you return to when you're back in town. Comfortable, reliable, and just indulgent enough to feel like a treat.
