I don't normally add bad reviews but felt I had to leave a review. First off I order the fish and chips. When it came it was about a 1/4 the size it normally is at least at other Twin Peaks I've been to. Smaller than a kids meal and nothing like the pics they shown on their menu or web site. I had a free appetizer from joining the Twin Peaks club. When the bill came they charged me for the appetizer. When I pointed it out the girl said she would go ask here manager. When she came back she said they didn't know how to remove it and I would have to pay for it. They also charged me full price for a happy hour drink and refused to give me the happy hour price stating they didn't know how to change it. The final straw was the waitress had the audacity to give herself a 25% tip for terrible service. Already had the tip selected. The bottom line was they charged me almost $15 more than I should have had to pay refusing to adjust the bill. I didn't believe for a minute the waitress and the manager didn't know how to adjust the bill and were out to just rip people off so be warned if you decide to dine here. I definitely will not be returning to this establishment. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Hmmm... So I walked into this place on a whim after someone on TikTok hyped their happy hour apps. I'll admit, I kinda forgot what the concept here was (a more lumberjack-y Hooters). Well, imagine my surprise when I walked in alone on Black Friday and saw all the servers decked out in lingerie. Yes, lingerie. It was like Victoria's Secret had a sale on skimpy outfits and everyone decided to wear theirs to work--plenty of uncovered bums, sky-high legs, and one gal who was this close to a wardrobe malfunction. Oh, and there was a 13-year-old boy wandering around looking very thrilled with his holiday bonus. Anyway, I was there for snacks, not... scenery. I ordered a taco (about $3), the fried cheese ($5), and a frosty house draft ($3). The food? Meh. The draft? Nice and cold. The service? Pretty attentive. What got me, though, was when the 'manager'--a man--strolled out to check on things. Come ON, Twin Peaks, you can do better! The managers should totally be women here; maybe hire a couple of strong busboys if you need muscle, but this just annoyed me. Walked in and found a place at the bar and finally after 5 minutes found someone to place an order for a beer.... I guess they need money since I couldn't be served unless I pulled out my wad of cash in my pocket and placed a Hamilton into their silly shot glass...thought about it for 5 minutes waiting for my beer and felt embarrassed so I just took my money and left, it's a real shame a man just can't walk into a bar and pay for a beer without it being so complicated...I guess this is why the business is bankrupt...Good riddance!!! Aliyah was our server and she was TERRIBLE! Took 30 minutes to get a water, 30 minutes to put our order in and missed multiple items and then tried to charge us for it. When the check came she had to reprint it 4 separate times to get it right because she was charging us for things we never ordered or that never came to the table. I've come to this location for years with no issues and yesterday during the Fifa World Cup was a disappointment on the managerial side. Going off standers in the food industry you need to have the cognitive ability to approach customers in a respectful way. No manager should be coming up to a table to "shush" a group without explaining why you're doing it to begin with! Then to escalate the issue with the group to THEN give a reason for shushing them to begin with is unacceptable. Not to mention the group being "shushed" were foreigners visiting Texas for the fifa games. Not only did this manager display disrespectful & red flag behavior, inter HE created a unwelcoming experience not just for this group but to potential future guests. That left a bad taste in my mouth as a Texan born & raised that strives for our southern hospitality we are known for... this manager with no doubt created a bad image of Texans. Twin Peaks you need to do better in training your managers on guest services. I know they have all of it on security cameras and you can see said manager antagonizing the group after peacefully leaving right out front. Came here after arriving from DFW airport. The food and drinks here are great. The waitresses are attentive. There's multiple tv's to watch different sports events. They have a great happy hour as well. The inside has pretty cool decorations. Great place to meet up with friends for some good food and drinks. read more

She was rude, inattentive, and acted like we were bothering her just by being there. Drinks took forever, food came out wrong, and instead of trying to fix it, she rolled her eyes and walked away. A restaurant like Twin Peaks is supposed to be fun and welcoming, but Marcya's attitude ruined the whole vibe. If management cares about customer service, they need to seriously retrain her--or rethink if she should even be serving tables. Im from California, so my Texas friend recommended this place. We came here on a Wednesday at around 9:30pm. We were greated with smiles and got sat down right away. The problem and the reason why I gave them a low review is because once we got seated, no one came to take our order. We waited for 5 minutes and nothing. I went to the restroom to buy them more time. I came back and waited an additional 5more minutes and still no one came by to attend us. The restaurant was not even busy. Horrible customer service experience. My friend felt stupid because he recommended the place. He apologized and we ended up at Resovoir by the Toyota Center, which turned out to save the night. Better vibes, cheap drinks and hands down better service. Dont come to this twin peaks, unless your trying to get ignored. The Twin Peaks on 635 in Irving, TX served an undercooked burger to our table. I spoke with the manager to let him know that I was concerned about the health consequences of undercooked ground beef. I just wanted him to be aware of what was coming out of his kitchen from a public health standpoint. The manager said ground beef is served at 145 degrees F there and that is safe for human consumption. This, of course, is not true as ground beef must be cooked to 160 degrees F to ensure safety. Drinks were very cold and beer was fantastic. Service was great as well. However...the table next to us had some dudes harassing their server, which made us pretty uncomfortable. Then I, (f39), went to the restroom. As I was coming out, a man was coming out of the mens room. He stopped me to look me up and down and smirk. Then took 2 steps and did the same thing and made an obscene comment about my body. I ran to my table and told my partner we would be leaving asap. It's odd enough being a woman in one of these establishments (even though I am bi), but after the misogyny and harassment I witnessed today, I won't return. For my own safety. This is a place that people PROBABLY don't come to for the food, I imagine. I'm not sure what it is, though, that both times I have been here (both in a group), the service was just lukewarm. I stopped in on 7-11-25 to have some food and a drink with 2 friends. The waitress was friendly but very forgetful. When being seated the wait staff pointed out happy hour specials for both food and drink. When the waitress came around we ordered some nacho chips which were on the happy hour menu for 1/2 price from 2-7 pm. I later ordered 12 parm garlic wings with a side of fries. The wings came and seemed to have zero parm or garlic on them which was weird. I had to twice tell the waitress that I ordered fries with the wings. The waitress was at the end of our high top table with another customer who she seemed to know well because she was constantly there. When the bill came she split the appetizer between both me and my friend and it was full price for each of us. I will not be going back! If you are looking to get good food for your money I would suggest picking another restaurant. They don't really seem to care about your dining experience! Not going back! read more
