The DJ kept a great mix of music playing, which had us staying longer than planned just to relax, talk, and enjoy the atmosphere. The prices were reasonable for the portion sizes, and the drink specials made me excited about finding what I thought was a new gem. At the end of the night, I left thinking I had found the perfect spot to meet up with friends, unwind, and enjoy good vibes. Unfortunately, that feeling changed the next morning when I noticed my card had been charged a different amount than what I agreed to pay. Yes, I left a tip, but it appeared the total had been altered after the fact. I returned the next day to address the issue and was told that only the manager could assist me, and that I would need to come back after 6 p.m. No one acknowledged the problem, apologized for the inconvenience, or attempted to resolve the situation. I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. The amount may have been small, but trust is everything when it comes to spending my money. At this point, I would spend more in gas driving back and forth than the amount that was overcharged. I had genuinely hoped this would become one of my regular spots, but after this experience, I won't be returning. It's unfortunate because the atmosphere was enjoyable, but I simply can't support a business when I don't feel confident my bill will be handled accurately or in a trustworthy manner. Shame ‍
