Woah. So we came here because they hosted draft parties for the upcoming season. When we got there the hostess was sweet, she pointed us in the right direction. But our waitress?! She was EXTREMELY rude, literally rolled her eyes each time we placed an order and honestly you can call me biased but everyone in our group thought the same thing! The entire conversation was about how rude she was being and stand offish. She even passed by at one point shouting "y'all good" and kept walking like she wasn't really caring if we were "good" she just kinda said it & kept it moving. Her name was Kini I believe? I had to ask another waitress because she didn't even introduce herself. She's the one wearing glasses. Just very very rude, not personable or welcoming & if we ever returned I would move sections to have a better experience while dining. Wings were ok, nothing to brag about. We were sat promptly (without any regard to what we'd like), and our server was responsive with our drink order. We ordered the double stacked nachos with everything but cheese on the side and it seems as though she was happy to accommodate our difficult order. Another chain restaurant, and it was fine. I stopped by with some coworkers on a weekday before New Years and honestly, I don't know if I have ever had service SO SLOW before. It was not even super busy with plenty of staff. Who knows, maybe an off day. The boneless wings were good, but nothing to write home about. I did think the pricing was a little high for everything. Being a transplant from Cali I stopped in when I first moved in about 7 months ago and saw that it was a cool themed sports bar restaurant where the girls wear lumberjack flannels and short short which they look great in btw!!! I had frequented TK out in Cali a lot and they had their own take on themed restaurants where the ladies there wore plaid skirts and they were super chill and easy to talk to, so much so that I built rapport with them during lunch time at first and then after hours as I became more of a regular there. As luck would have it, when I moved to TX I was wanting the same type of fun easy going environment with good food and cool chicks and Found It!!! Not only is the food good but they have their own brewery In House and they serve it super cold and you could literally taste the freshness from every manly gulp you take!!! The food is always fresh and made to order and I have so far tried some of their signature burgers which fill you up to the brim! The Steak salads are delicious and you don't get the feeling you over ate like may be the case if your drinking beer and Wolfing down a burger... I have accompanied the salad with a soup as well and even that was mmm good!!! I don't know why I would doubt their freshness or flavor when everything else has been fire!!! The Main Reason I keep coming back here though is the Service!!! I have the choice of where to eat and being in sales and on the road a lot myself I could easily go anywhere and try new foods and I do on occasion don't get me wrong... but since the first day that I stepped foot in here the ladies have always greeted me with a smile and they all look genuinely happy to see me and happy to help! I have noticed that it is the case with all their patrons too and I'm good with that! It means that they care!!! Let me tell you that all staff there have been cool from the busboy to the manager but the following women are worthy of every positive feedback and merit out there! After a long while I went to TP today . Building looks very dirty and need power wash . Bar attendees were friendly but not able to refresh drinks for a while and it's not busy either . Ford quality was down the drain . I ordered Ceaser salad and chilli bowl. Ceaser was soggy and looks like it was sitting at the kitchen for a while . Chilli was tasteless and so bad that I left it without eating . Alyssa was very nice and did it charge for chilli . I ate the Ceaser as I was very hungry. Beer was very good but end up only having one drink as bar attender never asked me for refresh . Overall not a great experience. The food quality and service are not there as before . Like the setup of this place. A log cabin type house with the bar In the middle and tons of tvs along the bar, and booths and throughout the restaurant. Food is good can't complain, the only thing I was a bit uncomfortable about was how young the girls looked. They look barely 15 and wore lace underwear and some a string panty and bra. I'm not opposed to these type of places each their own however most have a uniform, this one seemed as if the girls were allowed to pretty much come naked with pasties. For this type of atmosphere I usually go to strip clubs. Went to this Twin Peaks with a party of about 15 people. The service was subpar and the sever wasn't very knowledgeable about the menu. The food is decent if you get the right thing. I ordered the spicy Thai chili wings and they were pretty good. Food did not take long to come out. The main reason we came is for the drink specials. Twin peaks has select liquors on special all day every day as well as a reverse happy hour. This would be a great place to go to watch football games etc. The TVs are a nice size and they also have games that you can play in the corner. Very average experience overall. read more

My first time to Twin Peaks and I was impressed by the atmosphere definitely a place to watch the game or fight night. A friend suggested we all go there for lunch which shouldn't take longer than an hour as we had to back to work. Oh we arrived at 3:01pm the waitress was friendly and courteous. The issue was the bar getting one of the drinks correct. I thought my friends request was reasonable a lemon drop but use top shelf tequila instead of vodka. they took eight tries all wrong . Twin Peaks Las Colinas is more than just scenic views. The food is much better than their competitors. But thing that keeps me coming back(from Arlington)is the service. While they are all amazing, my favorite bartender is CeCe! She's like the energizer bunny, she never stops moving. She is attentive and takes great care of the customers. Honorable mention to Vickie! Went to the Irving,Tx location 8-10-24 to meet up with a couple of friends. (BTW: I don't know why it says I'm from San Francisco.......I'm from Oak Cliff,Texas?) Usually the service is decent. Not this time. Looked like they've had an almost a complete turnover of waitstaff since our last visit just within the last month. Among other issues we had were a seemingly long wait to be served,a Waitress that didn't know they could (or just didn't want to bother to do so?) get us/me a 'Hard Copy' of the Menu (Said 'The Menu is on that Decal,you just have to scan it?',but it wouldn't load on my phone. She did eventually get us/me one.) Then it came to the actual service itself. It took a seemingly long time (It wasn't 'that' busy?) for her to first come & take our orders,but then also to actually get our orders. Then there was the matter of the Drinks. Mine (Shiner Bock) was correct,but one friend ordered a Bud Light & got what he said was a Miller Light,the other one ordered a Dos Equis & still wasn't sure if that's what he really got? Plus they handed the two beers to the wrong two persons at first. Then there is the matter of the food orders. All three of us ordered a Cheeseburger. One with Jalapenos,one with everything on it but Mustard,and myself one with everything on it. When the food came, I was handed what I was told was the one "With Everything on it". But it wasn't,as myself & the one who didn't want Mustard on his figured out after eating about half of them. I was kind of OK with it. But he wasn't? With this,and plus getting the 'Wrong' beer that he was still quite upset about he called for a Manager,which one did appear. After a long discussion the manager said he was going to 'comp' part of his meal. But as it turned out when he got his bill later it wasn't. The service also suffered a bit more after this discussion as well when the other two persons ordered another beer. Another issue we noticed was that the waitresses were congregating in mass around two particular tables,and it was difficult to get the attention of any of them. Because of these combined issues my two friends have both said they are now unlikely to return,the one whose beer & burger order were incorrect in particular,who was actually the one of the three of us in this group who patronizes this place the most. read more

My husband and his friends had went up there on Saturday night. He paid for his ticket . Monday he noticed that there was more money taken off his card besides what he paid for on Saturday. He call the Twin Peaks and spoke with the manager the manager said that he'll refund him. Well he didn't. Tuesday he called still no refund. So he go's up there.
