Our experience was good other than our waitress paying more attention to her boyfriend than her customers. She told me she would get me a refill. That never came. She disappeared for about 15 minutes. I finally saw her and flagged her down so we could get our bill and leave. I usually leave a very nice tip, but this girl only got $5. Probably too much. Service: I ordered an apple turnover from the bar because I just wanted a dessert to go. The bartender, Nadirah took my order. She gave me the receipt for $6.48, to which so gave her a $20 bill. She returned $13.00 cash to me. Now, I know my change is $13.52 but, she did not give me the $0.52 so, I said,"Excuse me" and she immediately turned around and said,"I don't have any change". I said, "Well, give me my money back and I'll pay with my card." When restaurants are not returning change, they should INFORM the customer of that PRIOR TO taking their money!!! I use my change for my children's piggy bank to which they take and turn into cash and deposit into their accounts. How irresponsible and entitled is it to TAKE someone's money (and I don't care how small bc it doesn't belong to her) no matter the amount. We came into Twin Peaks with a small group on Sunday and the service was amazing as usual. The food and drinks were great and all came out very quickly as well. Our server was awesome but I will not be naming her due to the fact that my husband , children & I all witnessed the way the manager spoke to some of the ladies that worked there and we were told it's actually worse than that. We saw a man who we were told was the general manager, Eric, yelling and even cussing at some of the ladies towards the back of the restaurant. As a manager you should not be treating employees like this, especially where the customers are able to hear and see you. My family and I come here quite often so we will be back but I hope to see change in the way employees are treated because what we witnessed was very unprofessional. read more

We were in town for fire school stayed at Hampton ,next door. First night ordered the queso and cheese dip with the millionaire burger. Burger was soggy. Meat was undercooked. Riege were too crispy and hard burger and queso extremely spicy the following night we went in with a group of people. I've been to Twin Peaks before I'm from Mississippi, so I'm fully aware of how the employees dress code is but dining in the Beaumont Twin Peaks was quite disturbed by the uniforms of your young employed ladies I mean, wearing a shirt or shorts with your butt hanging out in tits hanging out is acceptable, but these young girls dress like strippers in lingerie and bustiers and garters a bit tasteless in my opinion our server was great. Could've been a little bit more knowledgeable of menu but she did a great job ordering beef tacos. Meat was dry tacos extremely hard and following the beef brisket nachos brisket was too clumpy not spread it out enough food was quite disappointing overall friendliness and cleanliness of your establishment was great but seriously a little overwhelmed for a family restaurant that has young women dressed in lingerie as if it's a strip club, not very tasteful in my opinion, considering my oldest daughter who has worked at a Twin Peaks, so I do somewhat know the policy of your employees does not set a very good experience for your family Resturant read more

Went in tonight while in town for work to get some carry out food. I ordered some bacon, cheese bites with double marinara and no ranch and chicken fried chicken. They packed it with the lightest (bacon) on bottom of the stack inside the bag and heaviest (chicken fried chicken) on the top so naturally the first corner I took the entire bag rolled out of my passenger seat and on to my floor board which was jus spectacular. Get back to the hotel pick it back up, clean my car and then get it into my room. Bacon is fine at least. I ordered cheese bites with double marinara instead of 1 marinara and 1 ranch. What I got was 1 marinara half way full which was awesome. Get the main course which was the chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes with jalapeño cream gravy and green beans. Thankfully there was no gravy on my floor board or seat but that only because there wasn't any gravy anywhere. Just breaded chicken and dry potatoes which capped of the meal and experience as spectacular! I eat at these places on a regular basis when I travel because the food is good and service is usually on par with the food. This location in Beaumont, TX was probably the worst service and attention to detail I've seen from any mainstream restaurant in a long time. My monthly visits to this are for work will include places like Outback and Lupe Tortilla but never again Twin Peaks unless someone else is willing to waste their money. read more

Haven't been here in a while and I assume the real problem is management now. Our server Trinity was excellent the high point of our visit. I had the fish and chips, smallest fish ever, after complaining to Adrian the manager he was kind enough to bring me two more pieces of fish and not replace my meal. He dropped them at the table and ran. My wife had the steak that was actually good, however the mashed potatoes were cold and the broccoli was limp like it came out of a can. I used to recommend this restaurant to anyone who would listen, now with the higher prices and smaller portions it's not worth it. I pointed out to Adrian the manager the filth on the television screen at our booth, he assured me that they are cleaned nightly and argued with me that they were indeed clean when he opened this morning. He blamed children at this restaurant which is not quite child themed. So the manager argued with me and lied to me about the cleansing of the restaurant. Today is Mother's Day and my mom did not get to eat. The first waitress ordered 3 out of 9 of our drinks then left saying that she was overwhelmed. The first manager came over said that she was crying so another waitress was assigned our table. The 2nd waitress was much better and took care of us so I know it is not her fault with our food; it is the COOKS IN THE BACK! 2 hours go by and my mother and sisters food order never came out. Our food all came at different times. My mother and sister however never got there food UNTIL we complained to the 2nd shift manager. The waitress kept saying our food is coming out but it never did. The manager comes out with our food and we tell him we want it to go because we are leaving at this point. He goes back to the kitchen and we wait another 20 minutes. Tell me how many people does it take to transfer food from a plate to a to-go box?? We will NOT be coming back here. I will say the 2nd waitress did a great job so I tipped her regardless of the bad service. HOWEVER, THIS PLACE NEED A WHOLE NEW COOK STAFF! They have no sense or urgency with food.
