We had an absolutely fantastic lunch at BB's Tex-Orleans in Beaumont today! Our bartender, Aixa, was outstanding and truly made the experience special. She went above and beyond by letting me sample several drink combinations so I could find the perfect cocktail. She also brought me samples of both the Caesar dressing and the citrus dressing so I could decide which one I wanted on my salad. That level of customer service is rare and was greatly appreciated. She didn't stop there--before my husband ordered his crawfish, she actually brought out three different flavors of crawfish for him to taste so he could decide which seasoning he liked best. That's the kind of attention to detail and customer service that really stands out. My husband said the crawfish were some of the best he's had this season--big, juicy, easy to peel, and packed with flavor. I ordered the Caesar salad and Maw Maw's gumbo, and both were incredible. The Caesar salad was fresh and delicious, and the gumbo was absolutely to die for. The roux was rich, flavorful, and perfectly made. Another thing that impressed me was the menu itself. There were so many items that looked amazing that it was hard to choose. I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying several other dishes--especially the empanadas, which sound absolutely delicious. To top it all off, Jaxon, the manager, checked on us several times throughout our meal to make sure everything was perfect and that we were happy with our experience. From the outstanding service to the delicious food and drinks, this was a top-notch experience from start to finish. Aixa and Jaxon made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend BB's Tex-Orleans to anyone looking for great crawfish, amazing gumbo, cold drinks, and exceptional hospitality. read more

Since my mom was excited to see the company open a location locally, we decided to check it out. We enjoyed the gumbo and Crawfish samples. The service was relatively fast, the boys kept the table clear of extra dishes, and the waitress had great service; she was available with really great suggestions. Call us picky eaters, whatever, but they had a respectful attitude when we asked to change up our initial orders. The dishes still turned out amazing. I would go here for drinks, and the kids had a blast and they were contained in the outback area.. there's a really nice outdoor space. The second time I went, I recommended lunch with my coworkers. The waitress, Lolo, actually predicted my appetizer and my meal... um whaat?!! it was certainly a highlight in my day! read more

My experience at BB's Tex-Orleans was amazing, and a huge part of that was our waitress, Tija! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She was quick, knowledgeable about the menu, and always one step ahead, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her recommendations were great, our food came out promptly, and she checked on us at just the right times. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find these days, and she truly made our dining experience even better. If you're visiting BB's, I highly recommend asking for Tija. This was my second time at BBs Beaumont and both times have been great. This time I had the boiled shrimp and a ceasar salad. Salad was a little pricey imo (7.99) for a side salad but i know that's everywhere.​ The food is delicious and prices are decent. My server was Frankie at the bar and was wonderful. It wasn't packed but was a decently busy lunch but the servers work great as a team take care of patrons. I really enjoy the environment. It was a little noisier this time but still a wonderful experience. read more

This is my 3rd visit and like the other 2, everything was fantastic. Our server was Layla, and she was awesome. I usually get Salmon but this time I went for the fried shrimp basket as well as a cup of Gumbo. Both were delicious. There's so much more I could say but I feel like I'm going to start rambling so I will wrap this up by saying, if you haven't been to BB's yet you need to remedy that soon. read more

Took my husband here for lunch to celebrate his birthday. He got the Dungess crab and shrimp boil. He loved it and said the seasoning perfect. We also got the boudain balls and they were very good. Jaeson was our waiter. He went above and beyond attending to our every need. I told him it was my husband's BD and he even brought us a free bread pudding, it was so so good. The food is tops, with a menu variety that anyone can find something they'll enjoy. Pricing is fair for such great dishes, and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. The resturant was clean, spacious and has outdoor seating. Great use of space. There is a nice amount of parking also. The food was delicious. The fried pickles were the appetizer and I had the salmon with grilled shrimp. The service was great. Our server Dalton was friendly and very attentive. Try the butter cake for desert. Great happy hour prices. Me and my friend went to visit ms. Tootie p she was so helpful and sweet with giving us feed back on the menu and letting us know what deals ( happy hour ) was going on. We had a great experience! The boiled shrimp and soft-shell crab were the best, and the empanada appetizer was delicious too. The $5 margaritas were such a great deal and tasted really good.
