The service was okay but what made it horrible was that me and my friend came together with my grandma and my grandma told us to go sit by ourselfs okay? Well when we did that the server had a problem with it and was like,"What, are y'all trying to act grown or something? Why aren't y'all sitting with her?" So let me start by we came to BWWs 3 weeks ago. Our server was amazing, had had every table in the bar by himself. at the time there was about 18 tables being used. Fast forward to this trip, we had this redhead Waitress girl, right when my girlfriend sat down she ordered me and her a drink, waitress said she could only have one, grifroend said fine I'll wait for my boyfriend he's parking the truck, when I came in and sat down I ask my girlfriend if she had ordered, she replied with yes but I could only get one so I waited for you. ok fine, we waited for her to return so we can order, keep in mind i underatand they have policces but what was disturbing is that when we ordered our drink I asked for a crown and sprite when she returned I asked for a margarita, her response was no you can only have one drink in a hour, my reply was well that sucks for you and bwws, she came back with well they have done it this far so it doesn't really matter. now again I say I understand their policy as she had stated but what she didn't understand is that both us are adults 50's. whenni said it sucked for her it did t even register that her being rude about it and also only serving one drink to us would hurt her tip. I guess bwws the bar is no longer. will never support bwws again. food is par at best but top it off with stupid people serving a par product and that would equal a what was a no longer. anyway good luck to this place and the folks that support the trash service and equally same food. super sad this place has gone done that path of failure. Hard overcooked traditional wings. Yes, that's right. How to you dry out and make hard where tapping the meat on the table sounds like a rock with traditional wings? Well, they did it. Will not be returning to this location!!! Host staff and floor manager were rude and unaccomodating. I checked in for a large party. Host continued to seat multiple parties before mine. When I talked to the manager he kept cutting me off when I tried to talk, he basically told me they would not be making room for my party because he would rather seat the smaller groups coming in. read more

The order was wrong. They did try and correct it. I guess they couldn't address the other issue. Don't they check the orders before they sent out? This is truly why I never go to BWW anymore. Twice, we have tried the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Beaumont. We spent $50 today, and it was horrible. The wings were so dry that you couldn't eat them, so I threw them away and made a tuna fish sandwich instead. They were very dry last time, too. You have officially lost our business. read more

I also like both garlic Parmesan and spicy garlic! My sons can eat the mild and medium without catching on fire! My youngest likes the barbecue! Kids meals are perfect size! 4 people sweetly greeted us and we were seated in the section next to them, however... 3 waiters were working this section... NONE of them waited on us!!! 15 MINUTES!!! We seen these people 6 times in this time period... These four people just stood there chatting it up and even talked to one of the waiters that was working the section. A table was sat by us and they were helped in less than 2 minutes after being seated. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. We decided to try out the buffalo Wild Wings in Beaumont Texas. My fiance goes to that particular one all the time with friends so I decided to give em a try. When we walked in the atmosphere was very inviting. Well lit and not cold as heck inside. We were seated quickly and our server whose name was Ireland came shortly after to introduce herself. With her recommendation we decided to order the street taco appetizer and for our entree we decided on The Ultimate Sampler which consisted of Onion Rings, Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Boneless Wings, Nachos with Chicken with three dipping sauces to choose from. It was more than enough food for the two of us. We both ended up getting tall glass of beer be sure Michelob light Ultra didn't come in a Pitcher. Ireland was great and we had a awesome experience. Everything on the menu looked delicious and the service was awesome. This has definitely changed my views of Buffalo Wild Wings. We were even able to gill out a customer survey and got 5 dollars off. Decided to do a pick up order of wings and was surprised when I went to the pick up stand and no employees were wearing mask. Really! Even the Governor recommendation that everyone going out in public SHOULD wear a mask. No greeting, no welcome to BWW, no idea on how to find or get my order and me Out the door quickly . It was an online Order and, she just had to get my name and hand me my order, but it was like 5 min to stand there and watch her trying to figure out where she was and what she was doing. At least training them to be friendly if the are the face of BWW or keep them in the back. Get someone who knows how to talk to a customer or at least greet them, or train the pick up counter as you train a hostess, to greet and make them feel like you are happy they supported your restaurant by ordering on line and picking up an order and invite them to come back. When my food came out the wings were bone in which I did NOT ask for. I dont eat bone in wings. My husband and I had a coupon from the hull daisetta football game for $10 off. Just came in for a quick lunch...I had the greatest time! Met with a smile from everyone...hostess, waitress,bartender and manager! I have to tell you about my server. Lily...bright,energetic, witty, sweet and fast! Once I ordered, I barely had enough time to get my sweetener in my tea and my food was in front of me! Just like that!
