Today I was pleasantly taken care of by two very sweet wait staff members, Amanda & Christine. They were courteous, kind, and thoughtful. Amanda even brought me a few small samples of 3 beers to help me choose which One I would wash the wings down with. Kudos to BW's! Two great hires, great seasonings, & good beer! So let me start by we came to BWWs 3 weeks ago. Our server was amazing, had had every table in the bar by himself. at the time there was about 18 tables being used. Fast forward to this trip, we had this redhead Waitress girl, right when my girlfriend sat down she ordered me and her a drink, waitress said she could only have one, grifroend said fine I'll wait for my boyfriend he's parking the truck, when I came in and sat down I ask my girlfriend if she had ordered, she replied with yes but I could only get one so I waited for you. ok fine, we waited for her to return so we can order, keep in mind i underatand they have policces but what was disturbing is that when we ordered our drink I asked for a crown and sprite when she returned I asked for a margarita, her response was no you can only have one drink in a hour, my reply was well that sucks for you and bwws, she came back with well they have done it this far so it doesn't really matter. now again I say I understand their policy as she had stated but what she didn't understand is that both us are adults 50's. whenni said it sucked for her it did t even register that her being rude about it and also only serving one drink to us would hurt her tip. I guess bwws the bar is no longer. will never support bwws again. food is par at best but top it off with stupid people serving a par product and that would equal a what was a no longer. anyway good luck to this place and the folks that support the trash service and equally same food. super sad this place has gone done that path of failure. I have eaten at BWW many times all over the country. The quality of food has gone downhill in the last few years. This experience will be my last, 15 bone-in wings, Service was great, food was delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the winds were fried so hard you could not bite into them. Will not be returning to this location!!! Host staff and floor manager were rude and unaccomodating. I checked in for a large party. Host continued to seat multiple parties before mine. When I talked to the manager he kept cutting me off when I tried to talk, he basically told me they would not be making room for my party because he would rather seat the smaller groups coming in. read more

The order was wrong. They did try and correct it. I guess they couldn't address the other issue. Don't they check the orders before they sent out? This is truly why I never go to BWW anymore. Nothing about the food or the environment but i overheard a young waitress saying that she was uncomfortable with the cooking staff in the back and i just want to say if thats true thats absolutely disgusting and needs to be addressed. i know this kind of thing happens at a lot of restaurants and its terrible. We visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Lake Charles La and had a horrible experience, but I'm not going to let that ruin my experience in other cities. We decided to try out the buffalo Wild Wings in Beaumont Texas. My fiance goes to that particular one all the time with friends so I decided to give em a try. When we walked in the atmosphere was very inviting. Well lit and not cold as heck inside. We were seated quickly and our server whose name was Ireland came shortly after to introduce herself. With her recommendation we decided to order the street taco appetizer and for our entree we decided on The Ultimate Sampler which consisted of Onion Rings, Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, Boneless Wings, Nachos with Chicken with three dipping sauces to choose from. It was more than enough food for the two of us. We both ended up getting tall glass of beer be sure Michelob light Ultra didn't come in a Pitcher. Ireland was great and we had a awesome experience. Everything on the menu looked delicious and the service was awesome. This has definitely changed my views of Buffalo Wild Wings. We were even able to gill out a customer survey and got 5 dollars off. No greeting, no welcome to BWW, no idea on how to find or get my order and me Out the door quickly . At least training them to be friendly if the are the face of BWW or keep them in the back. Even after expressing my previous concerns this still continues to happen. If I'm paying extra for any type of condiment or sauce there should be enough of it.
