I wanted to revise my old negative review from a few years ago, but I can't figure out how to do it! I'm not sure when Twin City changed, but they no longer have the policy that forced people to buy a minimum 40 minutes worth of dryer time. This was my previous concern, but it is no longer an issue. Yay! read more

I'm really disappointed because my first experience here was excellent. The employee who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and the laundromat is clean enough that I was willing to overlook the unusually late 7 a.m. opening time. Today was the complete opposite. There are signs asking customers not to abuse cash back because the business incurs debit card fees--essentially asking customers to be considerate of the business's costs. Yet when I asked for one small plastic bag like the ones used for wash-and-fold, I was rudely told I would need to purchase a full-size laundry bag instead. I understand that a business is under no obligation to give me a bag. That isn't really the point. This laundromat's wash-and-fold operation also regularly occupies a significant portion of the folding area, and customers share that space and work around it. I don't mind doing that. But if a business is going to explicitly ask its customers for consideration, I think it's reasonable to expect a little consideration in return. It wasn't the bag that bothered me. It was the dismissive attitude and the inconsistency between asking customers for consideration while showing very little in return. read more

The good is it's clean and people are working. Bad use coins. On the cards they charge 15. For swiping but will be reimbursed that did not happen twice. $60 charge for $33.00 laundry day. So sad read more

We had a mattress cover that was way bit too big for our dryer to handle. After trying to dry it for two hours, we finally gave up. We called Twin City laundry and we were able to bring it in. We were able to get it completely dry with in an hour & on a busy Friday! Twin City laundry is a large, clean facility. Their employees go that extra mile to provide excellent customer service. We will be using them again! read more

Twin City Laundry - Laundromat Near Me - Longview, Washington

I love this laundry so much I almost bought a souvenir laundry bag. We travel full time and I rely on yelp and word of mouth to help me find a decent laundry. I also do laundry every 3 to 4 weeks so I have like 4 giant bags. I have been here twice and it is busy. I found early afternoon best on Thursdays. Staff is super helpful and actually seem to enjoy their jobs. I also have witnessed exceptional kindness toward many different people. The establishment itself squeaky clean and organized. No place to lounge and eat which is fine with me. Get in, do your laundry and leave. They do put a hold on your credit card for a day or two of $15/load but for the convenience that's fine too. There is a quarter machine. I have not compared prices with other laundries because cleanliness is my number 1 requirement. They also have very practical laundry carts that don't go outside and an ample sized sliding door. Thanks for keeping a ship shape business read more

The laundromat only offers four regular-sized machines. When I arrived to do two normal-sized loads of lights and darks (which can't be mixed), three of the four machines were in use. Two were being used by Twin City Staff. This tactic forces people with smaller loads to pay more on unnecessarily oversized machines. read more

Awesome place to get some laundry done with a quickness! The lady was very helpful and there were plenty of machines available to assure that we were in and out with fresh clean clothes read more

Clean. Someone on duty. Could use credit card for payment. Will return and recommend.

The women that work there are extremely rude. They have next to ko places to sit and push you around if you are in their way. I would rather go to a laundromat where I could get shot at in Kelso then come back here. Terrible, Terrible and terr-i-ble. Periodt. read more

Very clean huge machines! I was able to wash a huge comforter with a few other items and 1 cycle in the dryer and ALL of it was dry! Starts out at $7:50 a load to wash and $3 to dry very happy! Of course I wish it was cheaper but very glad over all! Ooh and...the machines take cards! read more

Very helpful staff. Very clean and machines were in good working condition. Rates were very reasonable.

These ladies are absolutely the sweetest people I have ever met I am I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and they helped me with my laundry to my car, as well as just being friendly and striking up a conversation afterwards and they do it with the biggest smile on their faces. I'm gonna make sure and rave about this place all over town! Thank you so much for being so kind! read more

I was traveling through on a Sunday evening after doing storm work from wednesday-sunday. I'd had about 18 hours sleep over those 5 days. I needed to do laundry so I started it. I had two sleeping bags that were clean but wet from rain leaking in my canopy. I figured I'll wait till my laundry is don't then throw it all in dryers at the same time. They wouldn't let me dry my sleeping bags because I didn't wash them there. I had to pack all my things up and go to the other place in town. Fast forward a week and a half. I was driving through again and decided to use their machines again, they are bigger and nicer than the other one in town. I put everything in to wash, went out side for a bit was bored and cold so I walked back inside and stood next to the washing machine. The lady asked me if I knew they were asking people to wait outside till their laundry was done. I said no. So I loaded my things up again with out drying them and headed to the other laundry mat to dry them for the second time in two weeks. Twin City Laundry - Super fast drying dryer - Laundromat Near Me - Longview, Washington

Hands down the best laundromat I've ever been to in my life. The washers and dryers are new, excellent quality, and always immaculate. The owners are friendly, accommodating, and kind. For those with kids it is family friendly! They offer refreshments, there are vending machines, a station to clean stains, and everything is ATM card friendly as well as accepting app payment and coins. If you want a superior, clean, and comfortable place to do your laundry you have found the spot! 10/10 recommended! read more

Love the Wash, Dry, Fold. Wash machine died just before my wife was to go out of state on a conference, of course. While she was gone I thought it would nice of me to have all the laundry done before she returned. Martha's crew was awesome. I was able to ask that my laundry be done the way we like it. My first visit was fantastic, very clean place, machines are in pristine condition and the convenience of using a debit card is great. I hate handling change or cash because it's simply disgusting. Read up on handling money and what's on it, you won't ever want to touch it again (most money has human fecal matter on it). The machines are wiped down by employees on the handles and other surfaces. The staff were friendly and will show you how each machine operates, all the equipment is spotless, counters are clean, benches, this place is first class. The price is a little more than other laundry facilities I've visited but worth it because you don't have to worry about cleanliness of machines, counters, baskets, etc... If my experience is repeated this will be my regular facility. read more

This Is a reasonably priced, exceptionally clean laundromat. There is a woman working with idle machines to make sure they are shiny clean. Baskets for transfer of clothes are inspected in the same manner. Also I found the attendants to be very friendly. read more

Terribly rude & made us uncomfortable!! 0 out of 10! They Have their own rules on what they require for you to do your own personal laundry . Not allowed to use their facilities if you want to dry only.. apparently they inquire when you last washed it & if it's not in a couple hours deny service? Only at their own discretion too ive gone here before and never has a problem drying only? ! It's an invasion of personal preference/privacy.. Since when is it anyone business as to when and why you are wanting to use the dryer??? I understand like if I was homeless or had smelly clothes or whatever but this was NOT the case. The audacity honestly was infuriating. Don't go here!!!! I will definitely not be coming back! read more

I would eat my breakfast off the top of these washing machines. With a stew cooking inside. The five second rule here is extended to five minutes and beyond. This place I so clean I feel safer here than in a hospital... WAIT... than in a restricted clean lab. The owners and staff are so service oriented too. They really love what they're doing and it shows in every detail. The bathroom garbage can even sits under the hand soap dispenser. I mean details man. Details. When they vacuum the driers they wait until the neighboring driers at not being used so as to not dust them up. Love is in the details and they love it... judging by all the comments here ... the love poureth over. Nice job and I wish all the best to the owners and the staff. read more

Absolutely the nicest, cleanest laundromat around. I came in and was greeted by a helpful, smiling faced, attendant, made a nice complimentary cup of coffee in the kuerig, relaxed in the upscale seating, listened to the calming music playing, looked over the very affordable laundry service, and did my laundry. It's more like a laundrospa rather than laundromat. read more

I would give this place a negative 10 if I could horrible business owner very very rude man and employees.. bullied and threatened the entire time I was in this place., all I was trying to do was wash one load of towels. This is a horrible place to go to do laundry! I've been in here 3 times and each time I was treated extremely rude by the owner and his employees! Today was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in any business I've ever visited in my entire life! I went in to do a load of towels and had my mask on per the order in place due to Covid. I loaded the machine started it and placed my laundry bag on top of the washer so when it was done I could retrieve my items I left to my vehicle came back 20 min later my bag was gone. I asked the owner if they had seen a red bag he was snarky and said yes and berated me asking me why did I do that like I'd committed a crime! He told me that I was not to put anything on the tops of the washers I said oh I'm sorry I didn't know.. he snapped back didn't you see the signs in the chairs I said yes but I didn't see one on the tops of the washing machines, I'm sorry... he went and got my bag for me. I purchased a soda out of the machine they have and slid my mask down took a drink and was snapped at again by one of his female employees that I had left towels stuck in the top of the washer and told put your mask up I said I'm sorry I was drinking my soda (Several moments later she had her mask completely off talking on the phone sitting in the chairs that said do not sit in these chairs or place anything in them) I also noticed others who were in there with their face coverings off of their noses... none of them were reprimanded or asked to social distance from each other... I tried to ignore it and just play it off and do what I needed to and get out of there ASAP .. I got the towels out and was standing there and several more people started showing up to do laundry or retrieve laundry from the dryers. I was waiting the last 5 min of my dry time for my clothes and standing by the only table available to fold them on he came to harass me more about standing at the table and that I needed to social distance and move out of the way.. mind you I was there first and was one of two people in there before several more came back in, he was being extremely rude and told me again to pull my mask up and it was up.. I told him maybe he should worry about his employees that had their masks off or down around their chins and off their noses he kept on harassing me in front of people I asked him to get out of my face and stop harassing me he called the police on me after I told him if he didn't leave me alone I would report him to the police for harassment. He continued to humiliate, intimidate and insult me in front of all his patrons and told me he should make me leave and called me a child !! I did move out of the way to allow others access to the table I was so mad by this point I pulled my stuff out just as the police arrived and they spoke to me and I left peacefully! I will NEVER do business with this rude bunch of people again! I am a business woman and have had 3 businesses of my own and would never treat someone with so much disrespect over washing a load of towels!!! I'd give this business the worst rating ever !!!! Big fat zero!!!!!! read more

I have to give a star or Yelp will not let me post. I can not believe how I was treated. I had my laundry dropped off to be washed. I broke my clavicle bone in August and was in pain waiting for surgery at U OF W. I did not feel like walking back to get my MASK for my face. My laundry was done, and paid for by the friends that dropped it off for me. I had to work. I got my laundry, two bags full. I was charged $75.00 dollars for two small bags of clothes. I was in pain and just wanted my laundry and go home. I started to walk into the establishment "HELL" when HELL BROKE LOOSE. The owner screamed at me to go out to get my mask. I said, my laundry is right there, paid for, give me my bags and I will leave. In pain and frustrated at this point. The owner Screamed at me to my face, Told me to get back. GO AWAY with no mask on. I said, once again, give me my Laundry and I will leave. HE SCREAMED AT ME TO GET MY MASK. AT THIS POINT, I am in pain and frustrated, I said, give me my laundry, it is already paid for and I will leave. I was then once again accosted by BOTH OWNERS, THE MAN AND WOMAN. SCREAMING AT ME AT MY FACE INCHES AWAY FROM ME. In pain, I finally said, "GIVE ME MY STUFF OR I AM CALLING THE POLICE" FOR ASSULT. I WAS FINISHED, 45 min later they walked my two little bags out side, IN PAIN, I S read more

In the middle of a kitchen & Laundryroom remodel. What to do but go to the Laundromat!!! And I picked Twin City on Wash Way. Clean, friendly and easy pay. You can use the cash dispenser to with convert your coins or paper money to $1 coins OR use your debit/credit card directly on each machine! Love it! Machines are huge, huge-r and huge-st! So you can easily get a machine to fill your needs. Lots of clean rolling carts. Soap, dryer sheets, softener...are available, but a bit pricey: $1 for 2 dryer sheets, etc. save some bucks and bring your own! Workers happy to help, and will help carry in and out your baskets. When I first arrived in Longview, I brought in a comforter and down comforter that the moving guys used to cushion and wrap my furniture in the truck. Needless to say they were filthy with ground in dirt. Too big a job for my own W&D! The laundry associates at Twin City took care of them for me, even asking what brand of detergent I preferred from their large selection! Both comforters came out completely clean. Having them do the washing and drying was a weight off my shoulders, and tho it wasn't cheap, they restored the items to excellent condition. So I would recommend this business highly. Yes you may find cheaper machines elsewhere but you won't find a better experience doing drudge work! read more

This was the first time we used a service like this and it most definitely won't be our last!
