I'm really disappointed because my first experience here was excellent. The employee who helped me…read morewas incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and the laundromat is clean enough that I was willing to overlook the unusually late 7 a.m. opening time. Today was the complete opposite. There are signs asking customers not to abuse cash back because the business incurs debit card fees--essentially asking customers to be considerate of the business's costs. Yet when I asked for one small plastic bag like the ones used for wash-and-fold, I was rudely told I would need to purchase a full-size laundry bag instead. I understand that a business is under no obligation to give me a bag. That isn't really the point. This laundromat's wash-and-fold operation also regularly occupies a significant portion of the folding area, and customers share that space and work around it. I don't mind doing that. But if a business is going to explicitly ask its customers for consideration, I think it's reasonable to expect a little consideration in return. It wasn't the bag that bothered me. It was the dismissive attitude and the inconsistency between asking customers for consideration while showing very little in return.

If your going to believe a review about this place, believe the most recent. I have been using…read morethis laundromat weekly for the last 2 yrs. Yes, there are times when it is pretty dirty, However that is only because there had been quiet a few homeless looking people coming in and doing their laundry or hanging out in the middle of the night. there is a very kind older gentleman that comes in daily to clean the entire place including the machines between 5am and 6am. Ive heard that they had vending machines, a coin operated machines in the past. they have since removed the vending machines to discourage the homeless and drug addicts from hanging out. they have also upgraded the washers and dryers to card operated only. and they recently upgraded the debit card machines for loading your laundry card, because the old ones was a hit or miss on it actually accepting your card. I personally prefer to do my laundry in the middle of the night, so that it is not as busy. i have been there at all hours. ive only felt uncomfortable being there alone a handful of times. Ive accidentally fallen asleep in my vehicle waiting on my laundry, a handful of times and have never been bothered. Ive had to leave my laundry there to run back home and get kids off to school- and have never had my laundry stolen. I really like that their website shows how much is on your laundry card, which machines are available ( i check this to make sure its not going to be super busy) and that i can sign up for texts to get notified when the machines i am using, have finished. they have also recently added 2 more carts, so there are 4 total for customers to use. i also love how cheap it is to do a load of laundry, and really doesnt take as long as it would if you were doing it at home. Honestly would be a 5 star review for me, i just dont like the fact they share a very small parking lot with Sakura Sushi, because their customers will take over the laundry parking. ive gone to do my laundry a few times and thought it wasnt busy, yet the parking lot was packed.

This was a few months ago but the reviews saying they lost money and nobody to contact is not accurate. the guy who works there I assume is the owner has his cell phone number right there to call if you have any issues. It's always reasonably clean and they actually have dryers for a quarter believe it or not which is crazy this day and age. granted it's only 8 minutes per quarter but it get really hot unlike some of the newer models ( garbage ones with 31 different sensors on them) which I have at home. The water saving kinda washer without an agitator which doesn't work worth a crap for actual dirty clothes. I guess for business casual stuff you wore to the office, sure but gym clothes or blue collar work clothes it ain't cutting it. I need something more than spinning it around and changing a little water out.
