Yes, there are times when it is pretty dirty, However that is only because there had been quiet a few homeless looking people coming in and doing their laundry or hanging out in the middle of the night. there is a very kind older gentleman that comes in daily to clean the entire place including the machines between 5am and 6am. Ive heard that they had vending machines, a coin operated machines in the past. they have since removed the vending machines to discourage the homeless and drug addicts from hanging out. they have also upgraded the washers and dryers to card operated only. and they recently upgraded the debit card machines for loading your laundry card, because the old ones was a hit or miss on it actually accepting your card. I personally prefer to do my laundry in the middle of the night, so that it is not as busy. i have been there at all hours. ive only felt uncomfortable being there alone a handful of times. Ive accidentally fallen asleep in my vehicle waiting on my laundry, a handful of times and have never been bothered. Ive had to leave my laundry there to run back home and get kids off to school- and have never had my laundry stolen. I really like that their website shows how much is on your laundry card, which machines are available ( i check this to make sure its not going to be super busy) and that i can sign up for texts to get notified when the machines i am using, have finished. they have also recently added 2 more carts, so there are 4 total for customers to use. i also love how cheap it is to do a load of laundry, and really doesnt take as long as it would if you were doing it at home. Honestly would be a 5 star review for me, i just dont like the fact they share a very small parking lot with Sakura Sushi, because their customers will take over the laundry parking. ive gone to do my laundry a few times and thought it wasnt busy, yet the parking lot was packed.
