Went here without hesitation after a recommendation from my mother in law. She spoke of the incredible job they did on a few dresses she needed for my sister in law's wedding this past summer. I had a pretty big job that needed to be done. We just moved and needed our entire pottery barn sectional's slip cover deep cleaned. Reasonable prices, excellent work, and courteous service. I've read other reviews saying the proprietors are rude. In 6 years of going here intermittently (I live a long way away), the owner and his daughter have always been courteous, kind, and helpful. They've removed challenging stains, done beautiful press work on formal gowns and ceremonial robes, and always apply the heaviest starch that the color of dress shirt permits (my husband's preference). It so disappoints me that people give negative reviews because they don't want to wear masks. I very much appreciate Orchid's diligence in keeping the space safe for everyone, and open to provide services (they could easily close if staff fell ill). I find them to be a good value and they do a good job of dry cleaning suit coats etc. They aren't fast, expect to wait a week.

I am only giving 3 stars, because they usually do a pretty decent job on my husband's shirts. That being said, the person who waited on my husband was rude. I get that some places still require masks, but most let vaccinated people choose. And to require a mask outdoors is pure stupidity. We have been using this dry cleaners since 1974. This place does a pretty good job. Took in a dress shirt and blazer to get cleaned last week. The shirt was $3.00 (a little bit spendier) and blazer was $6.00. I was impressed at how they were able to get a good majority of the stain out from my blazer! read more

Avoid this business if at all possible. Yesterday, they refused my handmade carpets even though they are actually cleaned in Seattle. Their first failure was my son's suit that was unclean and unpressed. Their mistake was found 240 miles away at a banquet--Too late to correct. read more

Reliable, reasonable place to drop off your dry cleaning and get it back a few days later. They do leather offsite, most other stuff locally and are good with rushing things if you need. read more

I took my comforter to get dry cleaned. I called ahead and asked about price & busness hours. When I drove up I saw the woman inside push a basket into the oppening of the door. I walked up , I'm out side , & put the comforter in the cart. The woman inside yelled at me that I had to put a mask on! I told her I'm medically exempt and I'm outside in the open-air not inside the building. She very rudely kept insisting I had to wear a mask or she wouldn't take my comforter. I took the mask from her & put it on! she then yelled that I wasn't wearing it properly!!! I had it over my nose & mouth!!! I again reminded her that I was 6 ft away & OUT SIDE !!! she FINNALY took my contact info & took the comforter inside. BUT, when I picked it up the next week. I thought it was odd that it was in the same bag I'd brought it in. When I got home it was very obvious it hasn't been cleaned!! I called 3 times asking for the manager to call me. Asking for a refund. No one has called me . & still no refund. read more

This is a great place to get your dry cleaning done! It's convenient, family-owned-and-operated, the prices are low, and the people that work there are really friendly and they remember my name. My clothes always come back really clean, pressed, and they smell great. I took in a much-loved and dirty stuffed animal to be cleaned. I told the people working there that the stuffed animal was really important to me, so please be gentle. The animal came back looking wonderful! Paws whiter than they have been in years, fur brushed smooth, and the frayed strings around the mouth had been re-sewn. This guy is a complete douchebag. I went to pick up my business shirts after trying this place out for the first time and I had just picked up a car for my son which was an older model Subaru with a stick shift. I hadn't driven a stick shift in many years and as I was turning into the parking lot, I realized that here was nowhere to park because the front was filled with employee cars. I had trouble shifting gears to find another spot and when I finally came in the owner proceeded to verbally attack me and asked me what the hell was wrong with me and to immediately leave. I refused and told him that I had clothes to pick up and I would be out of his hair and never come back. While he was getting my shirts I could easily hear him disparaging me. I know it was my day of and I wasn't driving my fancy car, but no one deserves to be treated this way, much less from someone you bring business to. Never again! read more
