There are no bathrooms or laundry carts though, so go potty before you leave the house.

There are signs asking customers not to abuse cash back because the business incurs debit card fees--essentially asking customers to be considerate of the business's costs. Yet when I asked for one small plastic bag like the ones used for wash-and-fold, I was rudely told I would need to purchase a full-size laundry bag instead. I understand that a business is under no obligation to give me a bag. That isn't really the point. This laundromat's wash-and-fold operation also regularly occupies a significant portion of the folding area, and customers share that space and work around it. I don't mind doing that. But if a business is going to explicitly ask its customers for consideration, I think it's reasonable to expect a little consideration in return. It wasn't the bag that bothered me. It was the dismissive attitude and the inconsistency between asking customers for consideration while showing very little in return.

A fair price to be able to drop off my clothes and pick they up after work the next day wash dried and folded.
