BUYER BEWARE I purchased a brand-new $78.,000 Yukon Elevation in May. Kitty used her high pressure sales tactics to also get me to purchase a $2,988 extended warranty. Unfortunately, less than 2 months after the purchase, the car was totaled. I immediately canceled the warranty and Kitty guaranteed--multiple times--that we would receive our full refund in 6 weeks. It's now been 14 weeks, and we still have nothing. I submitted every document immediately. The only thing I've gotten in return were empty promises, inaccurate updates, and zero accountability. Every single timeline I was given by Kitty turned out to be untrue, and no one at this dealership has taken ownership of fixing the issue. I even called GM warranty department, myself, and they told me that Kitty was not telling me the truth!! She waited more than 30 days to even submit the cancellation!! This refund should have been simple. Instead, it has turned into a runaround, delay after delay, and a complete lack of responsibility. If you're considering buying here, be VERY cautious. Once they have your money, getting it back, even when you are clearly owed it will be an exhausting fight. read more

Another great save with these guys. We were coming into town for the weekend and we were detoured off the interstate near UT. While the GPS was recalculating, we were sadly involved in a hit and run. The weather was raining and the road was very narrow. Someone took a turn to wide and collided into our truck and took out the drivers mirror. Long and the short we went straight to Twin City's collision. The guy (can't remember his name -sorry) was so awesome and secured the entire assembly and had the service guys take what was left of ours off and put the new one on. He even buffed out the long scuff on the side of the bed. The folks in the office were so great with our dogs as we had literally just came into town and had not gotten to our destination. 40 minutes later and we were good to go. I bought a truck from here 3 years ago. I was forced into paying for Gap Insurance even tho I explicitly stated I didn't want to pay for it. I was told it was not an option but that it was refundable after I owed less on the truck than it was worth. I've tried getting the gap insurance refunded for over a year and a half now and I've made no progress. It wasn't necessary because it basically doubled the margin of difference between loan amount and book value at the time. It would've been paid down to book value in just a few months. No inspection was done on the truck I bought from here. It had aftermarket wheels and tires, I knew it would need tires before I bought it. The issue is the truck didn't come with a wheel lock key. Found one for $5 simple enough but after getting the wheels and tires off, it needed a 4 wheel brake job and the rear leaf springs were broken, a minor exhaust leak, and there was also very small rear diff leak. The transfer case went out within 1k miles because there was no fluid in it. Not that it leaked out. There just wasn't fluid in it. Which isn't necessarily something you check on a basic used car inspection. It was just the icing of the cake. This truck is my spare vehicle, it's been great since I've taken care of the first issues it had. 3 years, 50k miles later, several trips across country towing a utility trailer and many 4x4 trails later. Couldn't be happier with the truck itself, but a very poor experience at this dealership. read more

DON'T. just bought a car there in May and it's been the worst experience of my life. I'm fairly sure the car was never inspected for safety. The car was clearly wrecked and "fixed" in house. It was NOT reported because i checked the VIN before purchasing. The damage to my right headlight was not visible and popped out after I drove it home. The windshield was cracked and I was told it would be fixed. It was "sealed" with resin BUT IS still visible. I asked my sales person, TREY, where the vehicle came from and if it had been wrecked. I was told HIS MANAGER'S WIFE HAD BEEN DRIVING THE VEHICLE. When I brought it back for the headlight, I was told it needed a new one. They tied it because the clamps "MUST HAVE BEEN DAMAGED WHEN THEY WRECKED IT." But i asked if the car had been wrecked and i was told that it hadn't. The last odometer reading from the last sales transfer was 20K miles. The car had 44K at purchase, so someone has been driving it while it has been in Twin Citys possession. I was concerned with structural damage of the vehicle and ASKED about that as well and was TOLD it would have been totaled out by insurance. But I don't think the last accident was reported to the insurance. Sounds like fraud to me. They (JEFF - the GM) agreed to fix the headlight and windshield. I dropped it off on 6/21. They put me in a 2013 Nissan Altima loaner that had bad brakes AND windshield wipers that were falling apart. I wasn't told until the following Monday that my part was on back order until July 31st. And that's only after the salesperson was rude because I inquired about the vehicle. Had I not asked I would have never known. I was told to come get my car because they "didn't have to fix any of it" anyways. I picked my car up on Thursday evening and the headlight and the car is worse shape than when I left it. My car has been sitting in the body shop for no reason. Nothing was fixed. I spoke with the GM originally and he agreed to handle all of it. But he's on vacation AGAIN and no one knows anything or has a suggestion or solution for my issue. Had it just been the headlight, I could have fixed it on my own. I've already reported them to the BBB. At this point in my life, I am okay with being deceived by car salesman, we know that is the cost of doing business BUT if I ask you all of the right questions and you withhold the answers to make a sale that would have impacted my decision and fail to report an accident, that is criminal. I am taking the car to a mechanic to have the frame and structure inspected. I am still waiting on the inspection paperwork from Twin City for when they allegedly inspected it for safety. I sure hope the structure isn't damaged. I have given them plenty of opportunities to make this right and I have been understanding up until now. read more

We arrived and test drove the vehicle and were quite pleased with the personalized service Hank provided. He answered all of our questions, took the time to show us the various options available on the vehicle and even transferred our contacts onto the blue tooth system. We forgot to grab our FL tag from our trade-in vehicle and he called shortly after we left to say he thought we might need it? We were house hunting in the area when they check engine light came on. We decided to Pop In and see if they could diagnose it since tomorrow everyone will be closed for July 4th. Good thing we did. Turned out to be a fuel issue. Everyone has been absolutely terrific. Friendly Knowledgeable. And we were traveling with 3 large dogs. They opened their doors Their facilities. Their water bowls. We purchased a used car that apparently only had one set of keys. So, we had to get another set. This request apparently is a tough one because it takes a long time to create a new key and program the fob to the car. I say this because it took over an hour and a half to complete. One would think that purchasing a car that is still under the factory warranty you'll get a set of keys plus an antenna... Guess again. read more

In my opinion, this is one of the most crooked, deceptive organizations I have come across. This includes the other dealerships under the Twin City umbrella. My girlfriend and I were interested in a Nissan car listed for $9800 on the web site. When we went to the dealership, we were told a service manager purchased the car and they tried to push us into a truck. The salesman, Keith Guire, and his service manager were aggressive when we declined and left. A couple of days later, a check of the web site revealed the same car at the same price. An inquiry to the online sales person revealed the truth. She said the Twin City dealerships put cars on the internet to draw people in, then they tell the customers the car has been sold. It's a lie and it's called a bait and switch. It's what con men do and that, in my opinion, is just what the Twin City sales staff members are - con men and women. read more
