No pressure from the salesman to buy a vehicle and had a nice selection of new and used vehicles. Didn't try to sneak in hidden fees

Shane Anderson has been the best to work with- he even helped give me advice after my wife hit a deer in her new Rogue.

Frankly the worst service I have ever received. Bought TWO bad batteries at this store. Had to have…read moremy car towed to a mechanic because it wouldn't even unlock the doors the battery was so dead and the car wouldn't jump (AAA tried). The man at the store was incredibly rude to me, spoke down to me as if I were incapable of understanding the complexities of batteries. Had to have the mechanic explain on the phone why it was showing "good" but when the car cranked up, the voltage dropped from 12.6 to 4.6 and that was the problem. He then scoffed at me and told me only the store GM could do a return on a battery. So I came back the next day at 7:45 am when she was there, but she then refused to return the battery staying store policy and couldn't understand why I didn't come back to have it replaced, as if I didn't have to tow the car to solve the problem. I can't just tow it to advance and hope that it's the battery, I had to have a mechanic look at it and buy a battery from them so I could drive it. Now I have a battery that I can't do anything with and I'm out several hundred dollars. When I explained that the employees told me that I could return it, she basically told me that that's a bummer but refused to correct her employees mistakes. 0/10 will never shop here again. This wasted a week of my time, I didn't have a workable vehicle for 4 days, AND I'm out hundreds of dollars. Rude employees and useless management unwilling to correct their mistakes, with obvious lack of training/knowledge on any employees part and no accountability. Multiple bad batteries back to back. A scam.

I was able to get a ride to the store and Dave helped me get a battery, brought me back to school, and installed the battery for me in our school parking lot. They went above and beyond for customer service. I can never thank them enough. Again, I am truly appreciative for their help. Cathy Clark

Note: I ordered an item and after delivery to their location I realized it wasn't the right fit so I asked them if I could pay restocking fee and order the right one. They were quick to say non refundable.. I was stuck with the item. Very frustrated at that point. But part my fault for ordering the wrong item which I might add is a huge seller that they could have resold in the near future. I had a gooseneck installation scheduled. U bolts had to be removed from my air bags. Well they were a bit rusted so Leonard's cut them off and said I had to buy new ones. Did provide a part number but long story short in my opinion they are not setup or have the resources to do the job if everything doesn't go as planned.

I'm so disgusted by this store I've finally created a Yelp account. Someone needs to remind this…read morestore what your website says about whether you perform an engine diagnostic when the check engine light comes on. Your website says: "Absolutely! If you have a warning or check engine light on, AutoZone at 5723 Clinton Hwy will troubleshoot the issue with our free AutoZone Fix FinderSM service. We'll provide you with a detailed report, whether it's a loose gas cap or something more serious, and recommendations for the most likely fix. The service takes your vehicle's year, make, model and mileage, compares it with routine maintenance schedules and reads the diagnostic trouble codes from your vehicle's computer. The information is analyzed with verified records from more than 5.5 million ASE-certified technicians. The free, custom result report includes diagnostic codes and recommendations for troubleshooting the likely cause and repair." Yeah, that sounds great but this store doesn't do this. Maybe they do if your wearing a tight skirt or showing some cleavage? First guy came out and hooked up the machine, then said it read a cylinder was miss firing. I said okay, what should I do? He said the machine just gives a general idea of the problem, and he clearly didn't want to help by his body language and attitude. I said okay and he went back in the store. After a minute I went back in and asked him if he thought it might be something as simple as replacing the spark plugs. He wasn't sure and said he'd ask the other employee who was certified. That guy came over and wanted to help even less than the first guy! Jesus guys, if you are that miserable at your job and don't want to help people that have auto repair questions move on! Unfreaking believable. So I went down the road to a competitor. Guy was very friendly, hooked up the machine, then we went inside and he read me the codes it gave him, then logged on their computer and looked up the codes with me which gave links to the most likely fixes. Next time my truck has an issue I'll send my gorgeous wife down there I guess. Oh wait, we'll never be back. Move on in your careers guys, you are only hurting yourself in the long run.
