Roby is basically a miracle worker! We hired Roby based on a recommendation from Carpet One to come in and clean 20-year-old carpet that had been damaged by the Carr Fire aftermath (on top of already being dirty). Months of ash, dirt, and construction debris had been tracked in on the already smoke damaged floor. He worked with our schedule, sent text alerts, and showed up exactly on time. He was very friendly and professional. In watching him work, we could tell he knew what he was doing and was really putting in an effort to get the carpets clean. He was thorough but didn't waste time. At the end of the job, we were amazed that he got the carpets as clean as he did! We weren't expecting results as good as he provided, just based on the condition of the flooring. The price, especially for the quality of work, was completely reasonable. He sent the receipt via email, which made it easy to forward to insurance for reimbursement on the fire claim.
