They ain't what they used to be. We've had our carpets and ceramic tile/grout cleaned by Russell several times over the years and had been happy with them. Something has changed there. Recently had our carpets, tile and grout done and the end result was very disappointing. This is not old carpet but having to area-clean with a home carpet cleaner after Russell and getting up so much more than they did. Also have to get another cleaning service out to reclean the grout.
