Josh provided carpet cleaning service for us and arrived punctual and did an excellent job. He answered all of our questions and was very personable. It would have been more convenient if he was permitted to accept payment for services rendered. Instead, we needed to call the office and provide credit card payment over the phone the next day. read more

They ain't what they used to be. We've had our carpets and ceramic tile/grout cleaned by Russell several times over the years and had been happy with them. Something has changed there. Recently had our carpets, tile and grout done and the end result was very disappointing. This is not old carpet but having to area-clean with a home carpet cleaner after Russell and getting up so much more than they did. Also have to get another cleaning service out to reclean the grout. Yeah, they have 4+ stars because they used to be good. Don't know what's happened to them... read more

Great customer service. We have used them before for carpet, travertine and upholstery.

So scary - I asked how they protect my carpet and bamboo flooring when they are cleaning the tile as they soak the entire area, walk on it and drag the hoses along your floor. They had no answer. Beware!!!! read more

I was so pleased that my wait time to have my carpets cleaned was only a few days. I had my living room and three bedrooms cleaned by Cody at Russell Cleaning Service. Cody called me a few minutes before arriving which I so appreciate. He was polite and answered all my questions. He gave me a quote before beginning the work so there were no surprises. I was so pleased with the quote that I decided to have my recliner cleaned as well. The entire job was done in a very timely manner. Cody helped me move the heavy recliner back to its permanent location and then did a thorough cleaning. I feel like I have brand new carpets!! Wonderful job. read more

We've used Russell Cleaning Service to clean the carpet at my office several times over the years, but this year was a real test. Our industrial carpeting is old and shows it. We also had some pretty bad staining this year. The guys from Russell were on time, professional, and they made this carpet look...pretty darn good. It's old carpet, there's no way it could ever look great, so I'm not going to lie. But they made it look as good as it possibly could. I was extremely impressed. read more
