I had a ugly stain on my carpet that I tried to clean and just made it worse, so I called Stanley Steamer, the man came out, he explained what he could do and said that he couldn't guarantee he could get the big stain out but he could make it better, at a reasonable price he got started, I also had a lot of small spots he did. I had Marcello and Jose come to my home and were greeted kindly with respect. They came and cleaned and deodorized my couch which was in pretty bad shape with the odors. As the microfiber couch took about 4 hours to dry the smell was gone. I'm happy with the job that was done, and I would highly recommend these two as they work good as a team. read more

I was so greatful that I could call and get an appointment same week, basically 24 hours on a holiday weekend too! I have 3 kitties. In the process of spring cleaning, the smell became apparent as I moved furniture out that did not smell like urine but the room still did. They told me they'd be there between 12-1230 and they were! Two delightful, respectful, kind men came up to my apartment to clean my room and there were no hidden fees, no attempt to oush unneeded products/services, everything was in best interest of my carpet. Chad and Benny cleaned about 1400 sq ft of my home today including tile and carpet. They were friendly and professional from their first introductions, to explaining how they were cleaning and even had me watch part of the cleaning process. It took them 2.5 hours to complete the project which would have taken me about 3 days and still not have looked as nice. It was a little pricey, but totally worth it to have beautiful, clean floors. We called on the 10th and made an appointment. The soonest appointment they had was the 24th between 10am-1pm. We moved all the furniture and waited and waited...they never showed up. When we called they knew nothing at all about the appointment. We had given them the address and said we needed a bedroom, two living rooms and a hallway cleaned. They even had an old address in their system from years ago. They didn't even knowledge THEIR mistake. Didn't offer to get someone here right away due to THEIR error. If I could select no stars I would!! They mailed a $99 cleaning coupon out in the mail and then when I tried scheduling they refused to schedule me anytime besides a morning appointment. I was just looking for 2:00 p.m ANY DAY of the week!! Don't most people work?? They told me I was inflexible and they weren't going "wait around for me over a $99 job." I had been going to them for seven years. The manager was just as rude when I spoke to him. They came the same day I called which I thought was awesome, but within 6 days my carpet looks as though I hadn't just spent $155 for pre-treat and deodorizing treatment. I made sure nothing touched the carpet until it was completely clean. They only offer a 5 day reclean at no charge. read more

Is there a 0? I used to have Stanley Steamer clean my carpets. The past couple of visits, they said that my carpets would not come clean, showing the outline of my tribal carpets. I am happy to say that I have had great success with my Royal Carpet Cleaning machine purchased at Cathy's Sew and Vac. No more lines!! So much for "professional" carpet cleaning. read more
