Very easy to order and the girls working were super sweet. I was a lil disappointed because I was looking forward to trying their matcha and they didn't have any :( but I didn't order the hojicha instead which was super yummy. And my fiancé ordered the iced latte with whole milk which didn't quite meet his expectations. But what I will give 10/5 stars for is the ambience. It is super relaxing and they have wifi, cute tables and good music. Finally got to try this place! When I saw where it was located, I was worried I would have a hard time finding this place. But there is a sigh in big white letters saying COFFEE. I walked right in and took a log around. It was very pink and illuminating. Very aesthetically pleasing. The cafe was packed, people were working on their laptops and just chatting. It seemed like a really inviting atmosphere. I took a look at their menu. It was simple and they had seasonal menu and the front. It took a minute for the barista to attend me, as she was busy making other people's drinks. She attended me and I just told her I wanted a matcha. Total was $6 with some change for the 12oz. I didn't have to wait too long before my drink was ready. Barista personally came over to hand it to me. I thought that was nice and I appreciated it. The matcha was well made and is definitely strong. I would add some syrup if you don't before your matcha that way. 10/10 I would be back :) thanks! read more

I do not believe in Yelp reviews, however I felt that my encounter at this coffee shop warranted one. So much so that I made a Yelp account just to write this. I wanted to try and support a local coffee shop and saw the outstanding yelp reviews for Twee so I decided to give it a try. However, the encounter I had with the man on register made me not want to return. He is a very tall, older man and was wearing a hat the day of my visit. Firstly, the line was not very long, maybe 3 people in front of me but it took at least 15 minutes to reach the register. Once I got to the register I understood the reason why it took so long to reach that point. The man was visibly all over the place and just very disorganized. It seemed to me that he may have been on something. I felt uncomfortable and tried to order as fast as possible to get out of the situation. I ordered a latte and it may have been the only good thing to come from my bad experience. I would recommend this place to people who do not get uncomfortable easily. read more

cutest study area with a pretty large table, very comfortable for one who has a lot of things like I do. Can probably fit two with less stuff. and the tables have outlets. their matcha is pretty decent, probably the most decent in the futile search for good ceremonial grade matcha lattes in the riverside la sierra/tyler area. the workers are also the sweetest. A variety of drinks, house made and premade syrups are available! Staff is great at helping you choose your drink even with how busy they are! The shop itself is small, not the ideal place to study unless you're alone and don't mind it a bit noisy and tight. Drinks- they have such a great variety of house made syrups here which is amazing! I do wish they had a larger list of the flavors or atleast different areas they put their menus as it's so packed here and nearly every person that comes in here for the first time asks questions about syrups, what's popular and what not and backs up the line. My first drink was the Iced Coconut Cloud, and it instantly won me over. The in-house coconut syrup is smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I always get it iced, and it never disappoints. The matcha is also excellent--this is the only place my spouse trusts for her iced vanilla matcha with oat milk. I'm not usually a matcha person, but the staff recommended hōjicha, and wow--it's now a favorite. I love it iced or hot with oat milk, usually with coconut or salted caramel syrup. Came here after seeing it online, it looked promising. Inside is cute but got a tense feeling being in there. I got a vanilla matcha with 1/2 oz of syrup and my friend got the honey cinnamon with 1/2 oz. I felt the pricing was fair for a drink. We both didn't finish our small drinks. It didn't have any matcha flavor, not strong at all, and both of the flavorings didn't taste great. Vanilla tastes artificial and way better too much cinnamon in the honey. Overall if you are picky about matcha I wouldn't recommend. If you like matcha for the vibrant green then maybe it's for you, but for me I felt the taste and quality fell short. One of my colleagues recommended this coffee shop. This coffee shop is located in a shopping center. The coffee shop is small but mighty. There were about 6 staff members working, making the drinks and helping take drink and pastry orders. The staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. She recommended a couple of drinks and informed me of the seasonal drinks. They make all of their own syrups. I got an iced matcha latte and an iced honey cinnamon latte. Both drinks were good. I enjoyed the honey cinnamon latte more than the matcha. My friend and I were getting a little hungry, and we were about to look for somewhere to pick up lunch. While we were waiting outside, we saw a pop-up pizza stand. We walked over and asked if they were open because I wasn't sure if they were still setting up. The staff was really friendly and let us know they were open. They told us that they're there every Saturday in partnership with Twee. We ordered "The Steelo" with added pepperoni. The pizza was so good! I loved how well the ingredients complimented each other. The hot honey was perfect. Overall, I had a good experience. Matcha Enthusiast Here! I am always skeptical trying matchas from small and local cafes but this matcha was pretty decent! 4/5 from me, and was a satisfying drink to get on my road trip. The matcha is unsweetened on default (green flag) and you can add any sweetener. I added simple syrup and requested it half sweet. The matcha has a robust taste but the ratio to milk and matcha was a little off today, so it was a bit milky- but you can tell this is a pretty good quality matcha powder. Maybe making it a full sweet will bring the matcha flavor more. I noticed a bowl with a chasen so I think they do hand whisk it! The staff directly brings you the drink too which is nice. read more
