Great guy, great service, very happy. He worked hard with me on my television, and it's working perfectly. Couldn't be happier. Ron Guard

Samsung TV Model Code: UN55NU6950…

This is one of Samsung entry level tvs. They sell for under $500. The repair would exceed the value of the tv.

Our Samsung TV (about 3 years old) started having this vertical dark shaded area on its screen last week (can provide photos). Is that something that can be repaired or do we have to replace the TV?

You have bad LEDs in the panel. It can be repaired, but it is not cheap. What is the model number? Jeff

This is the third or fourth time I have visited this business which is just a few walking blocks…read morefrom my home. Today we were looking for replacement ballasts for kitchen fluorescent fixtures. The fellow who helped me was really patient, insightful and recommended something we had been considering which was to retrofit to LED bulbs. This ended up being quicker to wire using less labor with a lifespan of performance expected to be much longer. last time I was here I remember having a similar experience without remembering any of the details. The guys here are really good. I can compare and contrast my experience at another electrical supply where there was less consideration. for this reason I think five stars is well-reasoned and justified. I can recommend these folks to you with reasonable confidence.

I normally shop at the same 3 CES supply houses. I called the supply house where I normally go to…read moreand asked them if they had a 2-pole 20-amp Siemens breaker? They did not, but their other store on Russel here in Vegas had some. He told me they cost $46.00. I drove over to pick one up and a few more items. I asked the short, chubby darkskin counter guy about the breaker, and I gave him a short list of materials. He told me it was going to cost me $368.00 for the material. I sat there waiting for him to go and pull the material. In my head, I was thinking the total cost should be close to $200.00. The biggest item I had on the list was 100' of 3/4" flex and the breaker. He walked back to ask me again about an item on the list. I asked him if he could show me the invoice for the material so I could see what he was charging me. He wouldn't give me the invoice, he asked me what I wanted to know the cost of. I asked him what he was charging me for the breaker and the flex. He told me $156.00 for the 2-pole breaker and $146.00 for the flex. I called your other store, and they told me the cost was $46.00. I have to charge you what it says on the screen. He didn't even ask if the price was right; he said the other stores can charge less, but he needs to charge me what it says on the screen. I know he was high on the flex too. Let me pull the rest of the material, and he walked away to pull the material, and I just walked out of the store. I called Codale and asked them if they had the 2-pole bolt-on breaker, and they did, and the cost was $51.00. WTF is wrong with CES on Russell? I get to Codale, and some of the counter guys recognized me bc I've been in the trade for over 30 yrs in Vegas. I gave them the same list, and they dropped the price to $45.00 for the breaker and $105.00 for the flex. Total cost came out to $211.00.. CES WANTED $368.00 No thanks, CES. Train your rookies working the counter. His customer service skills are weak.

I dropped my iPhone a day before, and it seemed to work fine until the next day. The screen face…read morewas bulging out from the base. I looked up on Google and found that the battery may have expanded from the sudden shock of the drop. Anyway, I thought I may need to replace the phone so I went to my local ATT and they didn't have any phone to swap for me right away, so I ended up coming to UbreakiFix. Good thing I did, because they saved me a lot of money and replaced the battery with Apple OEM battery, within an hour. I did request for expedited service for a fee, and I got my phone as good as new within an hour. This place is great! Highly recommend.

I brought my Lenovo Yoga 2-in-1 in for a cracked screen and specifically told Taylor that…read moretouchscreen and stylus functionality were essential. I was given the choice between an aftermarket and OEM screen, and was assured the aftermarket option would be a suitable replacement with touch/stylus capabilities. After paying $412.99, I got the laptop back with a working display but completely non-functional touchscreen and stylus support. I made multiple trips back to the store trying to resolve the issue, only to be told I needed to come back when Taylor was working because nobody else seemed able to address the situation. When I finally spoke with him, I was told that because the screen wasn't OEM, "it only makes sense that there are problems with it," and that replacement screens would "probably also not have the touchscreen capability." Instead of taking ownership of the issue, the conversation quickly shifted to how I should have purchased the store's protection plan. That has nothing to do with the fact that I was never informed beforehand that the repair could remove major functionality from my device. To make matters worse, I was given an incorrect district manager email address, and after obtaining the correct one, I sent a detailed complaint and follow-up emails. It's now been over a week with zero contact from store leadership or management. I am now approaching a month since my first visit and still do not have a properly functioning laptop. The most frustrating part isn't the mistake, it's the complete lack of accountability and communication afterward. I'm simply asking for what should have been delivered in the first place: a fully functional repair or a refund.
