Wowwwww. I went there today based on the Yelp reviews and it was AMAZING. The person there (seemed like the owner) was working solo and had the place under control like a rockstar, even when almost 20 people walked in all at once. I ordered my items to go (it did take a while but worth it). I ate the ridiculously excellent ham and cheese sub (that bread !) on the way home. One of the very best I've had. We had the 2 slices of pizza for dinner that were excellent as well and saved the grilled nuggets for tomorrow but did take a taste - huge and tender! The only issue I had is the grilled nuggets box popped open and leaked through the bag so I ended up with it dripping on the seat and to the floor mat of my car. The good = these babies are super juicy; the lesson - put these in a plastic bag instead of a paper one! The place is clean and inviting - we will be back next time we are up that way! read more

Had a great experience here. We ordered on a Sunday and got the $20 special with a large pizza (3 toppings) and garlic knots. We put pepperoni, sausage and ricotta cheese. It was absolutely delicious. The garlic knots were great too! It came with a box full of them! Plus they added a side of marinara sauce for dipping the knots in as well. I ordered a tiramisu as well but unfortunately they were out. They called me and asked me if I wanted a replacement (which was super nice).... And I opted for the cheesecake... it was amazing!!! It tasted fresh and homemade. We ordered delivery and it was at our house in under 30 minutes as well. Wow! I'm not sure how I haven't found this place before now. It's right around the corner....and from first experience, it may be one of the best around. We ordered something unconventional.....a specialty pizza called "PoFolk Special". It's a non-traditional pizza that uses mashed potatoes as a base and is topped w/ shredded ribeye steak....sounds odd (and rightfully is....).....but it works fantastically!!!!! While this pizza is unconventional, it doesn't really seem that way. It appears like a fairly normal pizza, and the textures work really well together. The flavor of this pizza pie is literally end-to-end.....flavor all the way to the end of the crust. Seriously worth checking out. We also ordered the garlic knots, which were perfectly made; soft & slightly doughy a great side to a solid pizza. I finished off this meal with a cannoli. The cannolis here are typical of what you expect, but it is clear that the filling is authentic, it has a nice flavor and texture. read more

The pizza was quite tasty, I would definitely come here again. This cute little pizza shop definitely has a hole-in-the-wall feel to it. There are a couple small tables, and the inside was cuter than I expected, but you can tell that most of their customers do carry out or delivery. We ordered a cheese pizza with 3 toppings, mushrooms, pepperoni and ricotta (a premium topping), plus cheesy garlic knots. It hit the spot. This is definitely New York-style Pizza, and did remind me of my last visit to NYC. The Pizza was nummy, and the cheesy garlic knots brought me back to my college days in Gainesville. I'll start by saying the pizza here is awesome. Just moved to the area and we've already ordered multiple times. My problem is tonight we went to pick up our online order and 3/5 employees were not wearing a mask or using one at all times. This includes two of the people making everyone's food. I know people are feeling more relaxed about mask-wearing right now, but THERE IS STILL A PANDEMIC GOING ON RIGHT NOW. No one is safe or immune, and if you're working in a restaurant you should be doubly cautious because you could be contaminating the food of every customer that dines at your restaurant! My order was also wrong but I wasn't going to go back to have it corrected after heatedly pointing out how in the wrong they all were. Ordered 12 knots, XL pepperoni pizza, L steak bbq pizza and a 2 liter soda. Got 12 knots, M cheese pizza, L steak bbq pizza and no soda. Whoever the manager was on shift needs to be more aware of what their employees are doing and how it could affect their customers. read more

Decided to try this place because of all the great reviews from my coworkers. The office decided to order from them for delivery so i gave it a try, I am delighted that I did. I ordered garlic knots and the quesadilla. I know you're thinking quesadilla from a pizza place, but they have so many different varieties of food. From Stromboli, calzone, pasta and gyros. It is a bit of a fusion. The garlic knots were amazing, they were everything I would look for in knots. They were crunchy but yet very soft and fluffy. The marinara sauce was quite tasty as well. The quesadilla was okay not the best I've had but it was enormous for the price. It's pretty much half of a pizza for the small and a medium size pizza for the large. Definitely a place worth trying I will be giving their pizza and a few more items from the menu another try to fulfill the 5 stars. read more

I can't tell you the last time I had good pizza and today changed all that. We came in to order a large cheese and the woman at the counter told us she could give us an XL with extra cheese for $1 LESS (what? customer service points right there!). Normally we walk out of a pizza place spending over $20, but this HUGE pizza was only $11.99. IT WAS DELICIOUS! Gooey cheese, fresh crust (not too thick - not too thin), and a sauce that was simple (fresh herbs, not sweet & thick enough to hold its own). I didn't realize there was a decent pizza place near where I live. Tuscany hits that right balance of not greasy pizza with flavor and toppings. I ordered for pickup towards the end of their store hours and was told the pie would ready in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later it was ready and waiting as I walked into the shop. It's a small restaurant. Probably better to just take out/pickup. I got a buffalo chicken pizza and a half cheese, half pineapple onion pizza (don't ask me, ask my wife). In regards to the buffalo chicken, it was really good. There were blue cheese crumbles on top which really added to the flavor. The second pie tasted as good as a cheese pizza should. I went with a Meat Lovers Calzone that was well stuffed with the ingredients and overall had a good flavor. It was so large I ate half with dinner and half the following night. For the pizza we tried the Tuscan 4 Cheese and it was good, not great. It's certainly not the worst pizza we've had and it's a major step above the fast food chains.
