Blaze knew his stuff and took care of us the entire time. He took beautiful underwater photos of our family and the price for the photos was very reasonable and we got the edited photos the same day. Blaze made us comfortable, we got to swim with a sea turtle, swim around coral and see incredible fish, up close. If we could, we'd go back tomorrow for our next dive. I have done dives with him all over the island of Maui, and in addition to our friendly banter with each other, he has proven himself time and again over the years to be one of the most knowledgeable, experienced, and fun guides to dive with I have found in all of the islands. I sincerely trust my safety and well-being with Michael, so much so that I had my significant other certified with him for both her beginner and advanced as well. An accomplishment I am sure would have been much more difficult for her had it not been for Michael's, patient and calming approach to diving. I would recommend NeverDry to anyone looking for a unique and personalized dive experience.

We came during whale season, so as a plus we saw a few , several times on the way to the two snorkel locations and back. First spot was turtle town. . Beautiful, we saw around 8 or so . They were not afraid of humans, in fact maybe they were intrigued. Color fish of course. Next went to the Molokai Crater. Waters were a little rough in comparison to turtle town. Extremely colorful fish, reef area was amazing. Best snorkeling experience compared to O'hau , Kauai, and St Lucia . We felt safe the entire time, makes sense since Matt declared he usually takes everyone back .(a joke). Worth the expense, and was happy to tip. Lucia said that people can come to snorkel at turtle town from the beach. (Behind turtle town are 4-8million condos ). Evidently the beach isn't private , so you could come back on your own. The boat is so much fun, cruising everywhere at 30mph and even just for kicks we traveled at over 40mph at times. Not only is this speed fun but it's effective. Within the first hour of our trip we already found a pod of pilot whales to swim with. They had not been sighted much in preceding weeks so it was a big deal. Several successful drops with them and Capt. Brett was ready to take us to the next opportunity. Which by the way was more than 10 miles out at "F" buoy where we had an in water encounter with rough toothed dolphins and an oceanic white tip shark. Our in-water guide, Ron, was fantastic and carried so much energy and enthusiasm. We felt very safe next to him as he guided us around the shark and dolphins in 10,000 feet of water. After we left the buoy, Brett found more pilot whales for us. It was another fantastic drop and skillful spotting. Obviously the trip was already going great but Capt. decided to try and finish things off by seeing if any hammerheads were schooling. We did manage to find one and we stuck it out for 30 minutes to see if a school appeared, but it was too early in the day. Nevertheless, we appreciated the effort! On the way in Capt. Brett showed us the capability of this US Navy Seal RIB with its highly maneuverable turns and handling. It made me want to get a boat like this for myself! If you value your time, Wild Hawaii Ocean Adventures is the FASTEST and one of the most CAPABLE operators on the Big Island. Bang for the buck it can't be beat. And Capt. Brett along with water guide Ron were top notch and professional hosts.
