I'm sure we all know just how bad the water is out here in AZ, so you can imagine how unappealing my pool looked after years of neglect. Josh, the owner, was very responsive when I asked for a quote and came out I think the next day after I messaged him to look at my pool in person. He measured out the linear feet of my pool, answered questions I had about pool maintenance, and gave me a fair quote for the services I needed, based off pool size. I ended up getting my pool drained, tiles bead blasted, 5 loose tiles glued back on, gaps in the grout caulked, and starter chemicals added to my pool once it was filled with water. Josh even came by and vacuumed up the debris left in my pool from the days after poolwork. For the grout work, RNW subcontracted another pool company to come in to handle that task, and to be honest, I was not happy with the quality that pool company provided. But when I reached out to RNW about the subcontractor issue, Josh immediately made it right. Because of how professional, fair priced, and customer focused they are, RNW deserves all the great reviews and 5 stars on here.

Technician #2 came out on April 27th and informed me that the same light his colleague had supposedly repaired had leaked, flooding the entire base of the spa. He told me I would likely need all of the electronics replaced, although he said he would "try to get me a good deal." I contacted management, and the manager acknowledged my frustration and said the owner would call me back. After several days and multiple unanswered phone calls, I decided to turn the spa back on myself just to see what would happen -- and unexpectedly, it worked perfectly. Several more days later, the owner finally contacted me to "discuss repairs," which by that point were apparently no longer necessary for reasons that were never explained to me. Based on this experience, I would strongly discourage others from using this company.
