The piece came out beautifully; it was exactly what I wanted, and fit my expected budget. I do think silver looks a lot better than gold through time. My gold looks a little darker than the yellow gold it was since I got them. Four days after purchasing the ring, the stone fell out during normal wear. A ring at that price should last much longer than four days. At that point, I no longer trusted the quality of their jewelry, which is why I requested a refund, not an exchange. Why would I exchange it for another ring if I had already lost confidence in their products? Instead of taking accountability, I was given the runaround. I was told people were on vacation and someone would call me when they returned. They're all back now, and I still haven't received a single phone call. When I told them my bank advised me to return the ring as part of the dispute process, they began closing the store earlier than their posted hours, making it impossible for me to return it after work. Then they told me they would never accept the ring back, that "that's not how banks work," and that I would never win my dispute. The employee I spoke with was incredibly dismissive and even implied that because I didn't buy an expensive ring, I shouldn't expect more. $334 is not cheap, and no customer should be made to feel like they're asking too much when a product breaks after only four days. I was also told their stones are not glued in, yet when mine fell out there was clearly adhesive on the setting. Rather than acknowledging a possible defect, they denied responsibility. The broken ring was disappointing, but the way I was treated was worse. A business should stand behind its products and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience.

I was not evaluated based on my 25 years of experience in fine jewelry, luxury retail, and management -- experience that more than exceeds the job's listed qualifications. Shortly after viewing my social media, I received a message from Donae Chramosta, stating the decision was based on "overall brand alignment and fit for our team culture and direction." Given the timing and circumstances, it is clear that this decision was not based on my background or abilities but rather on personal judgment related to my appearance Definitely think they are super judging superficial and racist. This behavior constitutes discrimination and bias, as hiring decisions should be made based on qualifications and experience -- not someone's looks or past modeling photos. I take great pride in my professional record, and I find it disappointing that a company representing luxury and inclusivity would instead base its decisions on appearance rather than capability. While I respect their right to choose a candidate, I would not want to work for an organization that displays discriminatory behavior or fails to appreciate true professional experience and integrity. It reflects poorly on their values and company image.
