DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I could give a zero star I would. I used this place last year to monogram shirts and they did not do what we agreed upon and paid for. We ended up paying half price for the service. This past week I tried to give them another chance. I took them shirts for my toddlers (3T & 5T) and shirts for my company (Adult size). They made the logos so large you can see them a mile away. And get this, they used an adult size logo for a 3T & 5T toddler shirt. Obviously, this company should ask size of logo preference or have some common sense when monogramming shirts. The lady that runs the store has the audacity to say we discounted your service from last year, but then refused to accommodate this mess up claiming I approved the logo. Of course I approved the logo, it's the logo I gave them. I definitely DO NOT recommend using this place!! read more

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I ran in last minute because I found out I needed a nap mat for my kiddo. Found one that was way cute that she loved! Had her name put on it, have used it for about 4 months, it has been washed several times and it still looks perfect! I am so impressed! Despite my rushed predicament, they got the mat completed and ready in time. They keep in stock some very cute mats plus they can create anything you need. I will definitely be back to order more because the customer service was amazing, the product is awesome and this is hard to come by! I highly recommend this business! read more

They have a nice selection of monogram-ready products and do a very nice job on all of their monograms. They can also do a logo if you email it to them, and they have a number of "off-menu" monograms, designs and appliqués you can inquire about. Holding back one star only because I find picking out colors and designs intimidating, so I personally love a shop that will take the time to help me with that, and they aren't always able to do that. read more

Well they won't ever have to worry about getting my business again. Whether it's a new box of work clothes I get in every other month, or one of my kids constant monogramming needs. I won't recommend them, and I told my wife she can just find another place to go after how bad they just wrung my neck. I have never paid so much for the work that I had done. And maybe it's my fault for not asking about pricing when I dropped the box off, but I never in a million years thought they would over charge me that much. The store is absolutely beautiful and actually I was telling my wife about it, but now I see why. Your paying for it. I paid them their money and I walked out calmly just so everyone knows. But I'll never go back and I'll flip them the bird every time I drive by!! 7/13/18 update So I took my clothes to work, and what do you know the crotch ripped on a pair of pants where these knuckleheads were supposed to reinforce. I have walked into this place twice and walked out empty handed both times because of customer service. They offer very nice things that can be embroidered. I love the stuff they have and like to have most of my kids things embroidered. They are not friendly ! Customer service is so important and this place needs more of it. Because of the way I have been treated both times... I now go to Vintage shopping center where they care about customer service. read more
