The negatives: I think that they do some sneaky ad on costs once you get up to the cash register to pay. My husband specifically asked about two tires. He ended up choosing one of them and he asked them repeatedly about the final price. We get inside and he goes up to pay, and they have some lifetime warranty, added that we never asked for which he told them to take off. They need to do a better job about breaking down the cost and asking whether you want things before trying to charge for them. Also, another thing is that they tend to forget to call and tell you that your car is ready. My husband had to call and it had been done. We were waiting at a nearby restaurant and had finished and were waiting for their call. We have used this business several times and typically it will be this type of issue. So I can recommend about quality and their customer service being friendly but people need to be firm about what the exact final price is.

I was definitely taking a chance with Exact and here is my experience: First Impressions: My brother recommended Exact when I was shopping around for brake repair a couple years ago. The shop is located on Johnson Drive, next to a new car wash. We dropped my car off right around 8:30. The shop is easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. Dillon was very welcoming and he confirmed what services I needed. The shop was nice and clean and Dillon was very organized. Communication: I appreciated the phone call before any service was done to my car. They allowed us time to decide what we wanted to do before continuing and Dillon was very understanding. He wasn't pushy like the dealerships and I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions. The price is nice: I did not get tires, as they were more expensive than I thought, but for an oil change and front brakes, my bill was a little over $200. Their prices on timing belt replacement and other maintenance work was way cheaper than the Acura dealership, which is impressive. Overall: I will be back. The pricing alone was it for me. Acura quoted me well over a grand for maintenance work, new tires, and brakes on my car. Dillon's prices were half of that, which I can handle. They do specialize in imports, so keep that in mind. The only down side was their tire prices, which are about the same amount as the dealer. I also appreciated the customer service and how genuine Dillon was.

I had planned on leaving it and getting an Uber back to my office to pick up up after work, but they were able to take my car in immediately, figure out where the puncture was and that it could be fixed and repaired it within 25 minutes all for an affordable cost. The staff was personable and professional, specifically I believe I worked with Joel as he was the guy who originally spoke with me from the counter when I walked in and he was knowledgeable and good at getting me in and out with a repaired tire! The quality of service was great as well, Charles did a great job working with me and I helped identify the problem and he gave me options and ultimately cared about my wallet which was ideal. The value was also good. The patch was a 1/10th of a cost of new tire and with only 10,000 miles on my tires I really didn't want to have to have a new tire if I didn't need it. Overall I would recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood.

I realized I had a flat tire and I happened to be right at this store. I actually pulled in their…read morelot to call the place I usually use (Tires Plus) because I couldn't remember if I had road hazard coverage (I didn't). While I was on the phone, one of the employees came out to check if I needed help. We went inside and he explained that they are actually connected with Tires Plus (Bonus Jonas!). He looked at the tire to try to get an idea if it was repairable. I had a doctor's appointment I was headed to, so was getting a ride lined up. He got my car in very fast so they could make a definite determination before I had to leave. Turns out the screw cut a slit in my tire, so I needed a new tire. I figured he'd try to sell me 2 or 4 tires, but he said I only needed the one, my other tires were great. They can match my tire with exact duplicate; they'd just go pick it up at Tires Plus while I was at the doctor. He said they usually call, but since I'd be in the doctor's office he wouldn't call unless I wanted him to. I got back in maybe an hour. They were just finishing up as I walked in. I was able to get back on my way. I was really impressed with my experience.

They would not accept payment for fixing the donut and said that we'd already had enough of a bad day.
