We have been working with Fernández Landscaping for the past six years on several outdoor projects,…read moreand we have been extremely happy with every one of them. What we love most about working with them is the value they add. We may start with an idea, but they always bring suggestions that make the final result even better than we could have imagined. They treat every project as if it were their most special project, with great attention to detail, professionalism, and care. Our pool project was no exception. We originally weren't planning to do the patio extension, but they showed us how much it would improve the space. Now, besides the pool itself, it is our favorite part of the backyard! They were also incredibly clean and professional throughout the entire project. After six years and multiple projects, we wouldn't trust anyone else with our outdoor spaces. We highly recommend Fernández Landscaping!

We had been on the hunt for awhile to find a company that would be credible, knowledgeable, reliable and kind. Fernandez Landscaping fit all of that and more. My sisters house is in NW Houston, was in need of help with landscape design and execution and we were at a loss as to what to do. When the landscape consultation happened with Fernandez Landscaping, not only was Ernesto on time, courteous and knowledgeable, but he gave us Ai pictures of the vision he could see for the yard and what he thought would be great ideas. He incorporated our ideas too and was so easy to talk to. It was so exciting we hired him on the spot, and We couldn't wait for them to show up. The job was booked on a Sat and on Tuesday they showed up and went to work! The crew was on it and brought excellence to the work! The beds look amazing, the planters so pretty and the gravel areas exactly what was needed. They cleaned up afterwards and it just, wow. My sister just simply cannot believe the transformation. Highly recommend!! Outstanding work. Thank you Ernesto for a job well done. Look forward to working with you again on other projects in the future.

The crew had to remove my back yard fence gate in order to get materials to the back yard. I was promised that it would be reinstalled the way it was but they did a shoddy job replacing my back fence gate and now there is a larger than one inch gap between my gate and the latch. (see picture). I brought this up to Nova Roca's attention who said they would fix it but it has been over 3 weeks since we spoke and have not heard any follow-up. Also, the crew left a lot of concrete rubble in the grass that I had to take a shop vac to remove.

They have an awesome design center and team (special shoutout to Luisa!) where you can make many great selections, but they also took my vision for custom flooring and cabinetry and made them possible as well! The quality of the team's work is amazing! They meticulously laid out our tiling and carefully installed all of our fixtures and everything looks and works great! We had gotten a quote from a corporate remodeling company before reaching out to Tico and it was astronomically higher and they offered no real customizations so we would have gotten a cookie cutter bathroom for double what I got my dream bathroom for. We enjoyed our experience with Tico Home Remodeling so much that we used them soon after the bathroom for another smaller project in our kitchen to replace old lighting as well. We highly recommend Tico and will continue to be return customers! Here are our before and after photos:

Despite the setbacks, his staff did a wonderful job. They are hardworking. They removed our old patio and built a new one, replaced the sod, added rocks around the perimeter, and added pavers to form a walkway. I'd recommend Hector's Landscaping.
