The second time we dealt with his wife (Corey was not there) and she was friendly which was just fine. Now the third time we went we were looking for some destined rivals packs and/or booster boxes. We had picked out one booster bundle for me and one for my boyfriend and then realized he was selling a whole box set which we asked if we could get just the box set instead (this is all before purchase). He must of either jumped to conclusion or didn't understand what we were asking. He loudly scolded us for buying too much (which is insane as a business owner) and started to humiliate us with demeaning comments. He was saying that he had people he needed to sell to and would not let us buy anything else. Mind you the store is almost a 4x4 shoe box so everyone could hear a pin drop. I'm not sure why you have product on the shelf and were showing it to us if you didn't want us buying anything. Safe to say I went from an excited newbie mtg and Pokemon fan to being very uncomfortable in most shops I go to now. I do not know if Corey owns this shop purely to hang out with the only regulars he deems worthy or because he likes public humiliation towards customers but there is no way with the amount of attitude and disrespect he holds towards all customers that this business will last long. Save your hard earned money and look at reviews before checking a shop out.

Went up to thr checker and ask for someone, she said she would get someone, but again, no one came. Went back up to the front and asked again for the 3rd time. Finally, I heard over the intercom that we needed someone. She finally came and we got our paint. It really shouldn't rake 3 times walking up front. There arr never any sales associates walking around the store. Maybe you should be like other stores that have items locked up. Have a button you push for help and it goes across the intercom. Also, you music is NOT conducive for shopping. It's so depressing. You need upbeat music. We almost left yesterday because of the music. Sheesh.

We had better $1 bin experiences at other stores. Most of the comics have no sleeves and are quite dingy. I got a rash (spider mite?) from going through them. So like I said, kinda dingy. Definitely recommend bringing gloves. Service: The first guy and the manager seemed nice. We chatted for a bit. At checkout, we spent over $250 combined across two transactions and paid in cash. The younger cashier nickel-and-dimed me, charging $6+ for a few dollar-bin finds and $1 for a $.50 find due to old price tags, even though I told him I found them all in the dollar bins. I'm pretty annoyed that he gave my partner a discount because he was tired of counting too many dollar bills for him (he had an attitude and was pretty frustrated while counting), but then charged me extra. Review Summary: will return to search for treasure, will still bring cash if we can (the more dollar bills the better), and will definitely bring gloves with us.
