She apologized, gave me a reason why the repair didn't work and offered to repair the shoes again at no charge. I declined the offer because the shoes got ruined and I'm not going to wear them anymore. Then she called me and offered the free repair, and to reimbursed me the $20. I declined again. But my super amazing boyfriend overheard the conversation and decided to surprise me. He took the shoes back to be glue and get the money back!! :) Unfortunately, she couldn't fix the shoes because of the material. Which is something they could've told me at first, and we could've avoided all this mess. However, I appreciated she took the time to contacted me and to fix the issue. So Three stars for effort! [4.1.16] MINUS FREAKING FIVE STARTS!!!! I brought in my shoes to get the soles glue. I picked them up last Friday (3.25.16) I wore them for the first time,today. And three hours later the soles coming unglued!!!! I haven't even walk more than 20 feet!!!! I also had to clean them up before wearing them, because there was glue all over the top. They charged $20 for "GLUING THE SOLES" and I paid gladly. But The quality of work, or better the lack of, isn't worth $20. This place SUCKS. Their work SUCKS. The people working there SUCK too. And they robbed me, simple as that.

On our first visit, as we were heading out, a staff member stopped us and acted like we were trying to steal a coach bag-- We walked in with our older Coach bags, and the same staff member who later accused us of stealing had actually seen us come in with them and even complimented them. It was embarrassing and completely uncalled for. We decided to give the store another try, but the second visit wasn't any better. When we simply asked if a bag we were interested in was available in the back preferably one wrapped up and untouched (the one on the floor was scratched up and creased), the associate a white lady we spoke to gave us attitude. Then at checkout, the cashier a tall black lady raised her voice at us just because we said no when she asked if anyone had helped us, and again when we declined to sign up for their program. Giving us attitude and talking to us like we were children telling us if anything breaks they won't do anything about it. Overall, the customer service here has been consistently rude and unprofessional. We love Coach products, but after two negative experiences, we definitely won't be returning to this location.

Well sadly with the bag I bought the hardware on the strap broke making the strap unusable. Well they have a one year warranty on their items. So I brought the bag back they were super helpful. Keep in mind sent up an account with them as I lost my receipt they were able to pull up the info from my purchase from my phone number. They offered me a full refund or said I could pick something else out. As luck would have it they had the same bag, same color so I just exchanged it. I was glad they stood behind their products and the staff was friendly and helpful.

    I had the worst customer service experience in my life with an employee of the Kohl's store located…read moreat 21245 Signal Hill Plaza, Sterling, Virginia (store # 0295). My wife had purchased clothing items on line with Kohl's. We had to leave town to attend to family business and planned to pick up the items at the store upon our return. My wife received an email from Kohls@tkols.com that stated "Your Self-Pickup order is ready." It further stated that "To avoid cancelation, pick up your order by end of the day on Friday, January 23, 2026." We decided to travel home on Friday, January 23rd so that my wife could pick up the order. My wife called the store from our vehicle (on speaker phone) at 11:16 am to inform that she would pick up the order before the store closed. The individual she spoke with (a female with an Indian accent) told my wife that the order was not in the system. After some back and forth, the Kohl's representative informed that the order was canceled. My wife was stunned and confused because the email clearly stated that the order would not be canceled until the "end of day" on Friday. When my wife asked why was the order canceled when the email stated it would be at the store until the end of the day, the representative became argumentative. She stated that she did not know why it was canceled and would not provide any additional information. My wife really wanted the items she ordered so she asked the representative to look around and see if the order was still in the store for we would come by and pick it up. With this, the representative became combative. She raised her voice and cut my wife off several times. The disrespect was unacceptable. It was so bad that I decided to get on the phone and ask why the order had been canceled and explain to this person what we wanted to do. She raised her voice with me and interrupted me several times. I had to tell her to please let me speak. I finally asked to speak with the manager. Instead of transferring me to a manager, she hung up on me. My wife did not get her order (even after the email said it would be at the store) and we were both insulted. Needless to say, we will never shop at Kohl's again in person or on-line. They have no respect for the customer and customer service is dead. Kohl's has experienced some financial pressure as of late and they making attempts to strengthen their position in the market. Kohl's leadership should know that there is an employee at store # 0295 that is killing their business. Do not shop there. My wife ordered her items from Amazon. They were delivered in two days without insults.
