I chose to leave rather than be pressured into a procedure I did not want. I left feeling dismissed and believing the office was more focused on rigid policies than on understanding the reasonable concerns and wishes of an individual patient. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Dr. Don at Ocotillo Dental. I intend to file a complaint with the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners so that my concerns can be reviewed.

I asked for a partial refund because the other dentist charged me 800.00 to paste it back in. Ideal Dental refused to refund anything. Be very aware of this practice; they are in it for the money. Once you are not a patient, they are very rude.
