When I called in for a refund for only one item (I was trying to be polite and allow them their "profit" for the other quilt). $95.00 was for two items. A machine washable thicker blanket and a thinner quilt. I am very disappointed that they would not refund (1) item given we will have to go somewhere else to get this washed properly. I spoke with the owner & he was unwilling to refund me for their mistake. That is very unprofessional and sad. Management please do better.
