Went for dinner at 8 pm on a slow Tuesday night. The service from Shania was amazing. We were the only dine in customers so we were able to see her interact with her carry out customers & she was great. I ordered the stuffed shells with a side of meatballs & hubs got the lasagna. Both dishes were serviced with salad & bread. The food was delicious & reasonably priced. We spent $45 for dinner with 2 beverages before gratuity. I wanted to try both things and both were fantastic. They make their own meatballs and the flavor is on point. The lemon chicken could be a little more lemony but the chicken is super tender and the sauce clings nicely to the noodles. The pasta is perfectly cooked, not mushy. Stopped at Tulio's this evening on our way from NC to Beaufort for a military graduation. We ordered a pepperoni & banana pepper pizza and a cheeseburger. Food came out quick! Pizza was nice & hot and had a great cheese pull! The pizza crust was perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside! Daughter loved the burger & fries! So glad we stopped there for dinner! Food is delicious. Service is good but it is hot in the dining room. They have it at 80'. I really wish it was more comfortable to eat. I would give a 4.5 if I didn't have to sweat while I eat. read more

Well we stay in Santee a lot while driving to Florida and since we have our doggies we have to order take out to the hotels. We have ordered twice and find the food fresh and service great. The place is in a worn strip mall and isn't appealing however the food -makes up for it. We liked the chicken parm and French fries and the meatball parm hero as well. As a bonus -we have gotten fried mushrooms which is an occasional offering. Well worth it for takeout but we can't vouch for the pizza as we have not tried it yet read more

Visiting my sister and she had heard of Tulio's so we decided to try it out in October. Food was great and our server took very good care of us. It was a Wednesday night and they weren't very busy inside, carry out was very busy. Definitely will be back. read more

Waitress was very condescending to my sister and I. We ordered take out. The pizza leaves a LOT to be desired. The crust was at best mediocre, sauce so so and other ingredients ok. Wings were horrible. Dry as they could be and truly tasteless. Beware that they also charge a 4% fee for using your debit card, which is a bit overboard for using a card, and the tax rate is they are charging is 9%, which is higher than most other places. All in all, not a good place to get food with the extra charges.. Also the room was too warm and we sat there sweating waiting on the pizza and wings. Waitress tried to claim that the 9% was "normal" for restaurants. According to South Carolina sales tax helper this is what is normal ::: "With South Carolina's 6% state sales tax plus local hospitality taxes that can reach up to 2%, improper tax collection can significantly impact both a restaurant's bottom line and customer pricing strategies. All in all, save your money and to to Pizza Hut where the pizza is MUCH better. BTW, the pizza looks NOTHING like the picture they have on the yelp site read more

The crust was cooked to perfection, crisp and not burned. Whoever cooked this pizza knew what they were doing! Each slice with a crisp crust. It really doesn't get better than that. Ate here again today. We go here at least once a month and travel from Orangeburg. This is the best place anywhere for Pizza and the service is always excellent. There is absolutely nothing on the menu, that is not great. We have a foursome that goes out for Lunch on Friday's and this is our Favorite place to eat. read more

My wife and I have pizza on most Fridays but we usually cook one ourselves or order delivery. Today we decided to try a new restaurant downtown. We were so happy we did! Tulio's has the best pizza in Orangeburg. We decided to order 2 medium pizzas not thinking they were going to be as big as a large anywhere else. We ordered the "Works" with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and peppers (we opted not to get the black olives). The other pizza was Hawaiian (not a usual pick but something different). Both pizzas could not have been better. They make their dough daily which is the way to start a good pizza. The sauce and other ingredients were also first rate. Did some digging and it turns out they have been repeatedly caught with critical violations like not storing food at proper temperatures, not keeping track of dates on perishable food, and other critical violations. This little "hole in the wall" restaurant is right downtown, one that has seen better days. The restaurant was spotless. We were waited on immediately. Only complaint was that our antipasto (loaded with meats and cheese) arrived with our calzone. The crust of the calzone was fantastic and it was filled with flavorful sausage, peppers, mushrooms, creamy ricotta and mozzarella cheese. Prices were very reasonable for the excellent quality.
