I had the all you can eat crab legs with potatoes, sausage and corn and some Old Bay on the side they were Delicious! Hubby had the fried whole flounder with the fixings! Delicious! Son had the steak, he said it was cooked to perfection! The sweet potatoes casserole was delicious he said. I also had the shrimp scampi, house salad and the fried oyster for an appetizer!!! If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. There was nothing good or even fair about the experience. When we arrived we weren't even greeted for more than 5 minutes. Once seated, we didn't see a waitress for another 15 minutes, then it took another 40 minutes to get our food. Now to the food...it was terrible. The jambalaya was inedible. Salty, a weird tasting gravy, hard sausage and chicken that was so tough it was hard to cut. My husband got the New York strip which was nothing but fat and the sweet potato he ordered came out as a plain baked potato. The one star I gave them was for the waitress who was very sweet but inefficient at best. Worst meal we've ever had in Santee! read more

We are staying at the KOA near this restaurant, just a short drive down the interstate!! We both had a ribeye, the steak n sides were very good. Wood grilled, and had a great taste!! Crowded, cause it was a Friday night!! There was a country singer that was really amazing. Great service and everyone was very friendly!! We really enjoyed our dinner n unexpected entertainment!!! Ok. I ordered burger and fries. Both were just warm when served. Fries were home cut but greasy and limp. Husband got wings which he said were average. He also got s.all pepperoni mushroom pizza. This place is just excellent. It seems to get better every time we go. Drinks, food, service, all on point. Consistent. Great bartender.

The food was solid. We enjoyed the homemade sourdough and the filet was perfect. My companions enjoyed their salmon. The price point is much closer to Mt Pleasant than Santee. Service was excellent and we felt very safe with their protocols, distancing of tables, etc. nice patio when the weather cooperates as well. The waiter assured us that the menu is being expanded and will cover more price points and offer more seafood. For example, the owner also operates a fresh seafood market and serves fried oysters, shrimp and other items food truck and deli style from the back of the restaurant (separate entrance) Monday- Saturdays. read more

Prices were high for the quality of food. Our food - meat was received raw and we had to return it. When paying the bill they didn't tell us there a service charge for using a credit card instead of cash. Other customers around us were complaint about the food. Wr just had the steak and lobster tail. Steak was over done, the lobster tail was deep fried so hard it was burn you couldn't eat it. They totally forgot the wife's steak and lobster and it was burn up more then my. Didn't bring out her soup and my salad together. This was our first visit. Was a Sunday evening. Was seated promptly. Greeted by a very nice server who provided good service and checked on us often. Menu had a good variety. We were looking for a light meal. We ordered a Caesar salad with grilled shrimp and a grilled scallop basket with coleslaw. Both were excellent. The dinning room is very large. Looks like an old steak house like Ryan's or Golden Corral. We sat at a corner table which made it feel more private. There's a bar in the other corner. We stopped in Santee, SC for the night and were able to walk to this conveniently located restaurant. It was crowded, but we got seats at the bar (which we prefer). Not only did our bartender, Savannah, make drinks for the entire restaurant and bar, she served food to everyone at the bar and was still able to engage in conversation with all of us at the bar. A+ Savannah!! We had the fried oysters which were good but one did have some shell in it. The ribs and coleslaw were excellent. We highly recommend the Key Lime Pie Martini for dessert! read more

We have tried SSS several times. Something always misses. We so much want to have a nice place to eat in this town, we gave it another shot. We went on a Friday night, early. It wasn't crowded, no wait. Our server was Dwayne whom we have had several times. He's a great server, does the best he can with what he had to deal with. The good - the food is excellent. Never had a bad meal here. There was live music, Soul Candy. She was fabulous. Maybe a little loud but such great music, it was fine. As mentioned earlier, Dwayne is a good server. The bad - the owner is always creepily sitting at the bar, with some sort of sketchy looking folks. Tonight, his friend had on no shoes. Owner is always drinking and hanging out, some times with other staff who aren't working (??). Not a good look, IMO. The staff always has some issue for which you will get to hear about. Some drama, some chaos that they are chatting about amongst themselves. Not something I wanna know about. Our food was served at least 15 mins apart. Husbands food out first, my came significantly later. Really does ruin an experience. Especially a $100 dinner for 2. Would probably rather rate this 3.5 stars so gave them the 4 because it was overall better than worse. This time. read more

What a way to welcome customers who have never been here before. We arrived at 4:10 on a Sunday. Went to the bar, with only 1 other person at it, and were told "you can't sit there, those are reserved for regulars, I need you to move". So we got up and left. I asked how we become regulars if you never let us sit down in the first place? She told me to just leave! First and last time here.
