They have pre selected packages that you can order from or you can order a la carte style and stock as many pounds of wings as you want. The bone in Ribeye and the Peppered Bacon are my guilty pleasures! That peppered bacon is about $12 per lb but OMG is it worth every penny! I let my wife know "this is my bacon, not a sharing bacon. However, if you want some bacon I'll buy you a pound that we can share" i think thats a fair thought!!

I'll definitely return to try some if their other items like lamb/goat or for a reliable beef steak any day of the week.
