Heard good things so we went to try it. We love Thai food so we were anxious to see if it lived up to the reviews. First off, the staff were attentive, helpful, and very friendly which was really nice. We ordered the spring rolls, the Tom yum soup, the drunken noodles, and the green curry. We ordered everything at a 2 or 3 spicy level based upon our waiters recommendation. Every dish was super fresh and planned with flavor. The portion sizes were huge frankly. I think we all felt after trying it that we could have taken at least one more spicy level to get it to where we would have most enjoyed it. Our 6 or 7th visit, including 3 visits to the West Valley store. My wife loves the Penang Curry with Shrimp. Plenty of shrimp, large, not like the tiny shrimp most restaurants use. Pad Thai? Chicken. Amazing! Flavor like this is very rare in Thai. Chicken is always fresh, never have that old chicken flavor. Massaman Curry is also top in flavor. Pineapple fried Rice-- very good-- lots of Cashews. You'd think that Thai food in a strip mall in Draper, Utah wouldn't be that great, right? Wrong. I always measure a Thai restaurant by two key dishes - Tom Kha Gai and Green Curry, probably two of the dishes I step the most when I lived in Thailand. Both were amazing. I normally prefer my Tom Kha Gai a bit thicker and more lemongrassy, but didn't even think twice because the flavors were still on point. You should try it out and see what you think. read more

We've always loved this place since their first location opened few years ago. This location is smaller and tables are a little tight for Asians, we were able to fit 6 of us and a toddler. Food is exceptional and we ordered a bunch of different dishes, to start with the appetizers Chicken wings, Lao style Papaya Salad, Chicken Satay, every bite was amazing and tasty. I got the Tom Kha soup and loved it! Also recommend their Fried rice and Massaman Curry but basically everything there is worth to order so just go and gave their amazing comfort food. read more

Tuk tuks is the best Thai food in Utah. We always have the best experience when we go here and constantly crave the Massaman Curry and Drunken Noodles. Our server, Wan, is the best. She is so nice and always accommodating to our questions. This is one of the restaurants that we take people to when they are visiting from out of town. The food overall was good; we really enjoyed the Pad See Eew, it was flavorful and well made. However, the satay chicken wasn't good at all; it was very dry and lacked flavor. We also got our entrées before our appetizers, which made the meal feel rushed. We barely had time to enjoy our food and ended up taking most of it to go. Overall, it was okay, but I wish the timing and pacing had been better so we could've actually relaxed and enjoyed the meal. read more

We got a level one only for spicyness but let me tell you.. we were dying when we got it home and dug into it. I eat a lot of Thai food and especially around the area and this is by far the spiciest Thai food I have had in a long time! We even called about it because we thought we may had gotten someone else's order but no that was not the case. I would try some of the other curries. In addition to tasty food, the service is just as good! Ordered the green thai tea which Ronny was so kind to replace after telling her it didn't taste right like the previous times. Ronny called me a "regular" and with the consistent service and food I'll keep coming back. We wanted to try something new and we were in the area so we tried this place. Man, it was so SO good. Tiny restaurant but extremely clean, super cute decor, food came out fairly quick, and was very tasty. I'm not a huge Thai food person, I tried the fried rice w/ chicken and it was a little sweeter than I expected but good. My husband got pad Thai 2 star and he also said it was a little sweeter than he thought it would be but was also happy with how good it was. My daughter got coconut soup. She was surprised to see mushrooms floating in it, she picked them out, no biggie. She also said it was good but would like to try something else next time. We will go back when we are in the area next time. One improvement they could make is on the menu be a little more descriptive of the dish. I usually get stir fry but it doesn't say what kind of sauce it had, the soup really didn't say what exactly was in hence the mushroom surprise. BIG mistake was getting take-out. If eating in we would have returned 3 out of 4 dishes. $63.00 plus tax wasted. Only the Tom Kah soup was good - way good! Should have stopped there. Drunken noodles just had no taste - except the spice at #3. This signature dish used to be so wonderful. The crispy chicken wings were burned - like they had be held over from lunch. Then there was the Thai garlic noodles - 95% of which was a bowl of spaghetti noodles with some garlic flavoring, no taste of parmesan whatsoever and a few slivers of tough shaved chicken....all for $18.00! So I'd like to start this review that I normally don't go and give restaurants a bad review unless it's a combination of a couple of things. I found this restaurant on yelp, saw the reviews and decided I was going to check it out based off of the reviews. As I walk into the restaurant, I tell the host that there is two people in my party and the server goes and attends his other tables and as I'm waiting for 10 minutes I noticed I got forgotten about so I remind the host hey I have a party of two peopleand at that point I was seated. As my other party is arriving I went ahead and ordered some spring rolls with a peanut sauce which were actually delicious. When my other party gets there, we decided to move tables because the one table that we sat at was really small. As me and my other guest begin to order a food, my friend orders a curry coconut chicken, which turned out to be not an actual curry. It was more of a liquid consistency base soup so my friend decided she didn't like it after taking one bite and asked the server to take it away while the server responds with well we're going to have to charge you anyway. To me, I was a little surprised that she quickly responded with this instead of taking care of the guest. I think customer service and good food really make reviews give a restaurant a 5+ but if the customer service isn't there, it makes me not want to go back to a restaurant, regardless of how delicious the food is. I was really shocked that the server was really quick to respond that they will be charging my friend the full charge of her plate after taking one small bite and so my response to her was well I think that that's kind of unacceptable she only took one bite. How are you going to charge her for the entire meal? We don't like the dish and her response was. This is a small business. This is how we function And so to me it just felt like there was a huge confidence and ego coming from her perspective because she was quick to respond instead of listening and approaching our concern about how we didn't like the dish so then the manager comes over and tells us the same thing. Let us know. We can make a bad review if we want, but he will still be charging us the full meal for a plate that she took one bite from at this point I tried to talk to the restaurant owner and told him I think that is bad service and I also own a small business and if a client is ever unhappy, I'm not going to charge them so I am leaving a one star for this restaurant, I felt the approach and the ethic standards that they have based off of what a consumers experience should be was mitigated because there are small business. I think they should definitely re-style that and based off of that, I'm giving a one star review and I will never be coming back to this restaurant ever again. read more

If you have any food allergies I wouldn't recommend eating here. I called ahead of time as I have Celiac Disease and love Thai curry (as it's usually naturally gluten free) and their food looked amazing. I was met with a disgruntled employee on the other line who was really bothered by my questions and most of the time answered "I don't know". It doesn't sound like there's a lot of knowledge about what contains gluten and what doesn't, didn't even try asking about cross contamination as I'd assume she didn't know about that either.
