I'm a huge fan of Thai cuisine and so is my family! We took my brother here for his 20th birthday, after I randomly stumbled upon this spot, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious. I especially loved the Thai basil fried rice and the ambience was beautiful. The owners were incredibly humble and accommodating, making adjustments based on our dietary restrictions without any hesitation. Give it a try and thank me later
I walked in right when it opened and was greeted by the cashier. I placed a togo order and it was ready in about 5 minutes! That was pretty quick! I thoroughly enjoyed the wontons. Crispy in the edges and great filling to dough ratio. I felt like the pad Thai could use a little more flavor. I still enjoyed it but it was just missing something. The store was located in a nice outdoor strip mall with plenty of parking. The restaurant itself is clean and pleasant.
My sister and I were craving thai food and we saw one super close to us in the neighborhood. We placed an order for to go and it was done in 5-10 minutes! The portions were good for their pricing as well. They offer good lunch specials during the week too that I want to come back and try. The hot spice level was perfect for me. The pad see ew was so flavorful and the tofu had a nice crispiness to the outside but soft on the inside. I liked that it wasn't too oily either. The pad thai was a solid choice and the noodle portion was huge.

Service - was great, our lovely server Pam was kind, she had a grandma deminure, so sweet. Not sure if Pam is the owner, but I will find out more my next visit. All food came out hot and tasty. She gave us recd's on spice level and items to order. Food- we did family style. Ordered pork egg rolls, seafood fried rice, entree cashew with the combo meat of beef, shrimp, chicken. And the curry which came with white rice. Plenty of takeaway. For sure will be back. Thanks Pam!
Easy quick lunch here. Staff is super friendly and can't beat the price for the lunch specials. Portions sort of reflect the lunch size but it's enough. Flavors are great and the medium spice level has a good kick. No frills and just good food.
This is a small family owned business serving authentic Thai food. And it's so good. I went just for soup this time. I ordered the Tom Kha soup with shrimp and white rice on the side for an appetizer. The flavor! Everything was so fresh and the shrimp were huge! I loved the tanginess and creaminess of the soup. I will definitely come back here for more delicious and authentic thai food.
I pass this place daily on the way to work! I finally tried the lunch special ginger beef steamed rice plate for $11. Portion was a bit small but the beef was very tasty. My friend got lunch special chicken panang curry and that was definitely too small and not filling. The curry was alright, nothing special. We both got medium, and the spice level was actually accurate. The complimentary tap water was not good. While food was good, I think there are other places that I can get more for the same amount of money.

I would 100% come back, the Thai food here is great! I came with my family food a quick bite after a Texans game, so there wasn't much of a wait. I got the Pad Kee Mow with chicken, hot, and it was so good! The spice was just right, giving me enough heat that I had to take some time to sip on Thai iced tea to cool off in between bites, but not spicy enough that I couldn't enjoy the flavors. My wife got a tom yum soup -- they accidentally brought out tom kha soup, but promptly realized they brought the wrong item and got us the right soup. Both were excellent, and came out quickly. I liked the fast service, our waitress was really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The next time I've got a craving for Thai, I'll be back!

We went an hour before closing and they were so kind. It was clean inside. No sticky tables, floor was clean. No trash. I would def recommend. Is it the best Thai food ever? No. Not at all. Mid. However it is the best Thai place around here if you're not going to Bellaire.
This was my second time dining in and everything was just as good as before. Food was fresh, reasonable portions with enough for leftovers, and staff was nice/attentive! Those shrimp tho
Loved this place the first time I tried it, and it continues to be a staple place to go! This time, I tried the pad kee mow with beef and drunken macaroni. I got it without spice, and both dishes tasted delicious with a nice basil flavor. They tasted actually very similar and basically have the same ingredients. I opted for no spice but I think it'd be more delicious with just a little added spice. The portions are huge and always so delicious!! 10/10 recommend supporting them!
New Thai restaurant in the med center area! This restaurant is located in a shopping center between a barbershop and a gas station. They area kind of gives shade tree but once inside the restaurant the vibes are good! The woman at the counter is very friendly. I ordered the Thai basil with white rice and some veggie egg rolls! Very fresh and well seasoned! The egg rolls come in a 4 pack and they are definitely cooking with fresh oil because they were great! As pictured you get a good sized portion of food! I will definitely be back to try more things on the menu!

This Thai restaurant was a wonderful experience. The restaurant was spotless, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. Every dish arrived hot and beautifully presented. Between the excellent service, clean environment, and delicious food, this is definitely a place I would recommend. I'll be coming back the next time I'm craving great Thai food! read more
Food is very good. Ordered spice level mild which made my nose run but it was actually a pleasant amount of heat/spice. Tom yum shrimp soup was flavorful & tasty. Red curry shrimp lunch portion was a nice size for me & came with a spring roll. There's no lunch portion soup only small & large so the small was too big to finish with my meal. They have a strong lunch crowd. Lots of take outs & dine in. I dined in and the food came out extremely fast, like 5 min after I ordered & it was piping hot. Great place for a quick, tasty Thai lunch. I was looking for a lunch spot after a visit to the UT School of Denistry but if I lived closer, it would be a go-to Thai place for lunch or dinner. Parking lot & restaurant are part of a strip mall. Perhaps a little sketchy feeling in the parking lot but don't let that stop you from coming in to get the food. It's worth it! read more

Loved this place the first time I tried it, and it continues to be a staple place to go! This time, I tried the pad kee mow with beef and drunken macaroni. New Thai restaurant in the med center area! This restaurant is located in a shopping center between a barbershop and a gas station. They area kind of gives shade tree but once inside the restaurant the vibes are good! The woman at the counter is very friendly. I ordered the Thai basil with white rice and some veggie egg rolls! Very fresh and well seasoned! The egg rolls come in a 4 pack and they are definitely cooking with fresh oil because they were great! As pictured you get a good sized portion of food! Super excited that this new Thai restaurant is in the neighborhood. I can see this becoming the new neighborhood Thai gem. Tuk Tuk is located in a pretty sketchy strip center so I wouldn't recommend going late at night if you are the cautious type but other the area is harmless with plenty of parking. The inside area has a lot of seating and the restaurant was super clean. I came during lunch so I ordered off the lunch menu with included a veggie eggroll. I ordered the l-2 pad see ew- medium heat! The medium heat was described perfectly! The spice was just enough where it didn't make nose run but enough spice to complement the dish. The pad see ew was very tasty for its price point. I will be back! The staff were super friendly as well. read more

Spotted this little restaurant in an area devoid of Thai (and Asian in general) food and was quite excited~ FYI, "tuk tuk" are those 3-wheel taxis that shuttle people around in Thailand. The menu has papaya salad, mango sticky rice, crab fried rice, green curry, and pad thai / pad see ew / pad kee mao options-- my favorites that I like to gauge a Thai place on. They have nice lunch special options priced around $11-12 too! I ordered a takeout order of the Pad Kee Mao with Beef lunch special, and it was ready super quickly! And even after the 20+ minutes until I sat down, the noodles were warm and still a soft + chewy consistency. "Mild" spicy definitely has a kick, so you've been warned! The flavor was super savory and spicy with a little sweet. The beef wasn't overcooked, and I liked the little bits of vegetables and egg. The basil flavor was awesome :D The lunch portion was pretty sizeable; I can't imagine what the dinner portion looks like (big!). The lunch special came with a little vegetable egg roll which was tasty and the wrapper still somehow held up through steaming in the container, but it wasn't anything that I would specifically order a la carte. So happy Tuk Tuk Thai Kitchen is so close to the gym, looking forward to more perfect post-workout meals! If you're in the area, definitely stop by. The area can be a little daunting/sketch at night (day time is fine :P), but the little restaurant is clean and the people are friendly. Check them out for some tasty noods-- I'm coming back more and to try the other menu items! read more
A fairly new Thai restaurant in the med center! Owned and run by the sweetest Thai couple, I came over here to discuss catering options for our company work event. Though they don't have a written catering menu, we discussed options for large trays of food! It averaged about $90/large tray and $55/$60 for small tray depending on the protein! We ordered a large platter of Phad Thai, a large platter of Phad Kee Mao, a small red curry, a small pineapple fried rice and a small Tuk Tuk fried rice! We also got 5 orders of fried dumplings and 5 orders of veggie eggrolls! It fed ~50 people with lots left over! Everyone raved about the food and how good it was! Some folks asked for the info so they can go back themselves! I think everyone enjoyed the options! The restaurant is newly remodeled so very nice! Owners are so friendly! Support local businesses - this place was authentic and delicious! read more

Saw door dash deal and ordered few curries, the location is little sketchy and wouldn't dare to go after dark. This is newly renovated location, interiors were decent. When the owner(male) saw I had a discount on the order he had an outburst which looked very unprofessional and has zero sense of hospitality. Apart from this all the curries were watery and tasted identical, taste was decent which is why two stars. The protein portion in the curries is bare minimum, for price point, location, quality it's not worth going back or recommending the place. read more
