From the excellent delivery coordination with the store's team and Bob's Crane, to the follow up after we were up and running, the process was smooth. Carol was extremely friendly and down to earth. Kelly was a fantastic sales manager and showed me everything about the spa which I was buying the second day. Kelly was totally outstanding in every way and spent lots of time with me. He's one of the nicest person's that I ever met in San Diego. We were met with Rigo who walked us around and showed us all they had to offer. They had much better built spa's at around the same prices of all the other guys. Roger and the guys were very professional, unloaded our new spa and put it right where we wanted it. They cleaned up all the trash and ran us through what chemicals to add to the spa once we fill it up, after the electric it connected. (hired an electrician) We called that next week to schedule our FREE orientation. 4 days later.... Orientation day!!! Nash was awesome! He walked us through all the spa controls, what chemicals we needed, when to add them how to test the water....general maintenance and care! He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before he left. So far so good! I haven't had any issue with the team we worked with and would recommend when you go in to ask for Rigo & Thanks again to Roger (and his team) and Nash for all your help!
