Morgan Peterson is VERY knowledgeable about Tuff Shed Products AND once we told her our need to convert a shed to a chicken coop, it was smooth sailing....she even found a slightly larger product in the Lean To line for less cost!!!! She guided us through the color/roofing selection, the needs for proper ventilation and set us up for affordable monthly payments! Too bad buying a car isn't as hassle-free!!! Many thanks, Morgan!!! read more

Repeat customer, overall still great service and product. Computer material optimization was the problem, missing 3 studs which throws off R13 standard insulation. Side wall vents, one was placed correctly in between stud bay, the other installed directly on the stub, making cumbersome framing/insulating. Word of caution with the Metal roof, quoted as 40year warranty, but easily scratched during installation. Tuff Shed sent out new roofing material and missing studs. As with the installer Alex and his crew were very prompt and customer focus on providing a positive construction experience. read more

Morgan Peterson was so helpful with addressing every issue that came up during the design, delivery and installation process.

I had been doing research for months and stopped in at this location because from Google streetview it looked like they might have the size of building on display that I wanted. They did. I parked my car and took my measuring tape directly to the structure, without stopping in at the office. Morgan noticed and met me outside. Some customers want their hand held, but I do not, and Morgan respected that. She saw that I knew what I wanted and waited for me to ask any questions, and she answered them immediately. She did not try to talk me into anything other than what I came there for. I had specific customization requests, and Morgan explained exactly what I would need to do for each request, checked in with me that I understood and still wished to purchase, then made it all happen. The paperwork and payment were done quickly and easily, and I was on my way. read more

Our sales rep, Morgan Peterson, was patient and knowledgeable as I worked to make a decision on the model, options and color for my shed, sending different build options and links to view color schemes. They set me up for success in what I needed to prepare the footprint for the installation. Morgan sent out a solid crew of two experienced installers who got my beautiful, sturdy shed installed in one day. I have never had a shed this nice and solid. Shortly after using Tough Shed's online configuration link to design the vision of the shed I wanted, Morgan Peterson contacted me and arranged to come to my home to inspect the proposed location for the installation of the building. Morgan was informative and was able to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. After that, everything fell into place in a professional manner and Jeff and his son installed the shed in a matter of hours. Morgan followed up every step of the way. I would highly recommend contacting Morgan and Tough Shed if you find yourself in need of a shed. read more

.Morgan was great to work with. We went to the Hillsboro location to look at shed options. Morgan showed us a few options we hadn't considered and she was spot on with her suggestions. Tuff Shed Hillsboro - 8x8 shed - Sheds & Outdoor Storage Near Me - Hillsboro, Oregon

I purchased an 8 by 18 she shed from tuff shed.. When I purchased it I Asked if it could be moved to other property in the future. .. They told me that they could move it.. not a problem,. I asked all the right questions, about the size,, ability for them to move it ect... That had alot to do with the style and size I chose.. One year later and I want it moved to Vancouver from Hillsboro. I was told they don't Move their sheds . I am rather upset upset as that was one of the reasons I chose to purchase from them.. When we had talked about moving it when I bought it they had explained explained that it can shift and they would not be responsible for any damage to it . I was OK with that. They stated it was mobile. Now not only do they say they don't move their sheds but didn't know who would. Not helpful at all !!!! read more

We purchased our lovely Barn Tuff Shed and it was installed in Feb 2023. Yesterday, we noticed that the bracket holding our 2-piece ramp had room for a 3rd ramp! We called Morgan today at the Hillsboro office and she had one in stock. We picked it up and brought it home. What a great addition and so convenient to install, just snapped it in to the sturdy bracket. The little barn has been great for storage in the two lofts. The 160 sq ft of floor space has made a great shop with the work bench across one end. Whenever my partner is "missing", I can always find him there. LOL. Again, thanks to the Morgan and the Hillsboro crew. Good people. The Barn (red, of course) can be seen from Walker Rd; with all the traffic, it's a pretty good advertisement. WE LOVE OUR Little read barn! read more

I was able to pick exactly what I wanted and design my shed to my specifications on the website. There was communication with every step. I was able to speak to a local dealer to answer any questions I had about my design. I got messages from Tuff shed informing me of where they were with construction of my shed. They were able to work with me on the delivery date to fit my schedule. On the delivery date, the crew was very friendly and professional. The shed went up so fast and looks fantastic. It is sturdy, good quality and exactly what I wanted. It looks nice in my yard and I couldn't be happier. read more

You can't get better service or product than the team we had starting with Mark Hansen to the delivery and installation team. Mark helped us with the size, design, colors, & layout. The crew arrived early, articulately set up the material for installation. My husband was watching it go up ( which I called hovering) and said the crew made sure every piece was a perfect fit. At lunch time, the crew ordered their lunch to be delivered....When we took their lunch and drinks back to them, my dog Chad (65 pound German Shorthaired Pointer) was on point for the bags of food! I'm in full pursuit to stop him before he gets to the bags. Keep in mind, this dog is like a Cheetah. The crew rescued their lunch and gave the dog a gentle stroke on the head. Final comment on the job....Excellent on every level!! read more

Our second Tuff Shed & we are very happy. Of course, it is larger than our previous shed with additional features, I.e., windows, skylight, insulation. This one should last forever! read more

Had a great experience between both configuring our shed on the web site and working with Mark on site at the Hillsboro location. Turnaround from order to install was about six weeks, which was expected given the demand these days due to CV19. Very happy with the shed which we're converting into backyard home office space! read more

Mark was great to deal with! I ran into trouble with my HOA and Mark helped come up with a solution to solve the issue! He really had my best interest in mind, and I would recommend him to anyone! read more
