We just bought a new/old house outside Clackamas that was stuck in the 80's. Tim came out and accessed our project and the main issues that needed to be addressed right away. Our home inspector had discovered that the water damage noted in the basement was coming from poorly grouted tile in our bath and every time we showered water was running down our wall. We knew when bought the home we would need to attack the bath right away and Tim's professional, cost conscious suggestions made us feel we were in good hands. Communication was great, he was on the job and answered all of our questions. We decided to do more work than what we initially intended to do and he referred us to a great plumber who was just as professional as Sun West. Sun West demo'd walls, moved a doorway and window and totally re did all the tile and trim in the bath. We were very pleased and love our new bath!!!!! When we are ready for the next phase of our project we will be calling them again.
