I've worked with Javier and his team two times and have had amazing service and wonderful experiences. One project was a very challenging disassembly of a large gazebo (16'x9') and deck (about 25'x 9') and he and his team took such great care in taking it apart without damaging any of the pieces and loaded it into a 20' uhaul. The other project was to install a large cedar trellis, and it came out really beautiful. The project included taking down the old trellis and then doing craftsman style angle cuts, fitting notched pieces together and installing 6x6 posts and 2x8 cedar rafters. Have had a hard time trying to find someone to do some odds and ends around the house, lately. I got some quotes off of Yelp for a kitchen sink replacement and Javier had the best quote. He was concise and professional on the phone and showed up exactly when he said he would two days later. Even that is hard to come by, these days. As soon as he arrived, he got to business and was done in no time. He charged by the hour but was still twice as good as any quote I received. He was so efficient, that I had him install a ceiling fan in my office as well, while he was here. I did not include haul away in my request, yet he still hauled away all the boxes, old sink and disposal. I'd just assumed that was included. Super professional, reliable and efficient.
