This place is so frustrating, I'm surprised a well known bus line doesn't have more departure times heading California... oh and to make things worse if you have to be in your destination in a specific hour well too bad you can't even get a refund... so basically you're screwed... being at least 1hr late is okay but 2 hours ? They also agreed to drive our local guests home as well, in case they really enjoyed the party. ;) I heard from the hotel guests that the shuttle was on time and the driver was very nice and helpful. He was available at end of evening to make as many trips as needed to get everyone home safely. Would definitely use them again. Although I am not ready to plan an other event any time soon. ;)

My guests - about 140 of them - were transported easily and on time to from the event. Paul and the Adobe staff have done a great job and I was so relieved to have them get people continuously throughout the night. My guests were happy, safe and said the pickup and drop off was flawless. Grateful to this service ! Highly recommend!!!
