Steve recently drove myself and my husband to the airport and back home for our last vacation. We called or emailed one or two other companies for quotes, but no one answered. Steve answered our voicemail within minutes and set us up for a very early 4AM pickup at home and late-ish 11PM return to home pickup at the airport. Steve's communication was on point throughout. We had a snag on the way home due to a last minute flight delay, and we texted Steve about it and he was able to accommodate it no problem. We drove in his towncar and SUV, both were clean and comfortable and reliable. His driving was calm and careful. He's super friendly and has interesting stories and conversations. Taxi was late, and Steve, the driver, was "on his way" and sent a text "touching base" with me. He later called and seemed irritated because I hadn't responded to the text. Jeez. Just show up on time. We were treated to a never-ending monologue about the superiority of Mexican restaurants in El Paso over Tucson. Steve also touted the ability of his navigation system to avoid traffic accidents, but we ran into the leftovers of an accident from the day before, which Steve knew about and could have avoided. For our recent travels this month my husband and I didn't have transportation to and from Tucson airport. We looked at various transportation services and their reviews on YELP and 24HR Express had more 5 star reviews, so we felt comfortable making this our first phone call, the week before our travels. Steve was amazing and did not disappoint. He took our travel itinerary and sent us confirmation emails and phone calls the day before our travels. He called before he came to pick us up. He arrived early, which was great. His vehicle was clean and he was very personable. On our return, we encountered flight delays due to inclement weather and tornado in Houston. We had to unexpectedly overnight in Houston to get a connecting flight the following day. We spoke with him before we boarded the Tucson flight and he was waiting for us at the escalator in Tucson when we arrived. He took our luggage off the carousel and assisted us in carrying our luggage to the vehicle. He even offered to take us to the grocery to pick up a few items while on our way home.
