I hired Driver Elite to pick-up my two Aunts at Tucson Airport. Their plane was over an hour late. It seemed to be no problem for their driver. He greeted them with a bottle of water and a smile. My aunts were driven to Oro Valley in an immaculate Limo by an immaculately dressed, very kind driver, who knew the best route out to Oro Valley. My aunt's definatly felt they were driven in luxury! With 30 minutes notice Driver Elite had their Town Car and professional, courteous, and patient ( 6 month old baby kind of patient) driver,Juan, at our mid-town Tucson home for an unplanned trip to the Phoenix airport after our daughter and her family's plane from Tucson to the Bay Area was cancelled at the last minute. Their driver was positive, friendly, and helpful and got them there safely. Then they realized they'd taken our house and car keys with them and when Juan returned to Tucson he came to our home to return them. This company and driver went above and beyond in every way. I am incredibly disappointed in this business. I got married in my parents backyard and got picked up by this company, only to be asked for directions after being assumed we were going to a different place we were actually going. The driver pulled over and texted his boss which took forever, which he did twice because the first time driver sent the text to me. After that text was sent, I was called for basically a price gouging, Ramon told me that because I was coming from a wedding I owed him money. I asked him what difference the money would make in our service and was bombarded with a bunch of nonsense that made absolutely no sense. I want to stress that this was ON THE NIGHT OF MY WEDDING. Please DO NOT use this company, they are not looking out for their customers but only for themselves. Not only that, but when my husband called to pay the invoice, he told him that I "didn't understand" his pricing, basically saying I was stupid. Sexist? Maybe. Price gouger? Definitely. read more

This service is both professional and friendly. The driver arrived at my home 15 minutes prior to my scheduled pickup, which is their standard, even at 4:30 am. And they were at the airport waiting for me when my plane arrived 30 minutes early. The driver and I had great conversation about food ( I love to cook ) and he even shared a family recipe. Thanks!!! I used this service to get me to and from the train station. It was one of the most pleasant rides from door to door that I have ever had. Louie was my driver on the return trip. My train was 11 hours late due to the floods in San Antonio. I called Elite and they said no problem. Just give them an hour notice. I called them from Benson and Louie picked me up, and my luggage and helped us all the way to the door. He had cold water waiting for us in the car and gave us one of the smoothest rides home. My daughter and I needed a very last-minute limo service for Prom night for my grandson and his date. I initially wrote an email with questions, and to my astonishment, I received a response within 17 minutes! My daughter then called Ramon, and he was able to get us a town car and driver for said Prom night, and at a extremely reasonable cost. The driver, Juan, was at the pick-up address 15 minutes prior to the pick-up time, just as Ramon had indicated he would be. Juan was standing at attention in his well-groomed, and handsomely attired self, when we arrived to drop off my grandson at his date's house. Juan was incredibly patient through the "picture-taking" ritual by both sets of parents; he got them safely to and from their destination, and my grandson (who typically doesn't have much to say about anything...he's 17 after all)....said the entire experience, especially their driver Juan, was "AWESOME!" We couldn't have been happier with this company. Professional, courteous, patient, excellent attitude by both Ramon and Juan. IMMEDIATE response to the email I sent, STILL blows me away! We HIGHLY recommend Driver Elite Transportation LLC! the word SUPERB doesn't do them justice!
