Too many discrepancies between what we were promised and what we have received. Almost no exchanges....just in Mexico. Most reservations for hotels that I have checked are the same or slightly more than I can get from hotel website. We have been able to use some points we accrued for gift cards. "No can't help you" "we have a 40$ service fee" but you didn't actually DO any service. She at no point had any interest in helping me. If you need help booking travel tickets, cruises, or the trip of a lifetime, give Nancy a call. I tried going on line to book a plane trip and quickly got frustrated with the process. I needed to fly to CA and book a ticket to be able to travel with my Mom back to Tucson. There is no way I could have found the correct return flights. We are travelling in the US from Canada and forgot to extend our travel medical insurance. I phoned at least 12 insurance and travel companies to get extended medical insurance and no one could help.
