Barbara & Dale were extremely accommodating and an absolute pleasure to work with. The day I inquired, they invited me to view the van we'd go on to rent which was so refreshing. They let us view and sit in the bus before we even signed a contract which definitely helped us decide. The bus had very fun lights, a bluetooth hookup to play our own music, and a little bar area - it was clean, new, spacious, and comfortable. Dale was our driver and he was patient with our group, communicative, welcoming, and flexible. We look forward to working with Limoport for future events & outings! I was quoted a round-trip rate of $210 from Tucson Airport to Pima, AZ by the owner--a price far below industry standard, which initially seemed like a blessing. However, after confirming with someone named Timothy and being told he would follow up, I never received a return call. This happened one day before my flight from Savannah, Georgia, leaving me scrambling for alternative transportation. Thankfully, I found a compassionate provider who honored the quoted rate just so I wouldn't have to cancel my trip to see an ailing cousin. What should have been a $700+ round trip was generously matched by someone who put my situation first--something I had hoped Tucson Mountain Tour would do. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and follow-through was disheartening. No one should be left hanging, especially after committing to travel plans based on what seemed to be a reliable arrangement. As an educator who works with autistic children, I value communication and integrity--qualities that were sadly lacking here. It was bumper to bumper traffic. This driver stopped on the middle of the highway parallel next to me with his blinker on blocking traffic behind him. As the traffic began to move so do I as I have been in this lane for already 20 mins waiting to exit and this driver began to merge into my lane as he was right next to me. He started to get into my lane parallel next to me. I blew my horn to alert the driver he is about to crash into me and he blew the horn aggressively back. He continued to merge into my lane causing me to swerve and almost hit the car in the lane to the right of me. He almost ran me off the road. I have called several times to Michelle and Laurie leaving them a message and I still have not gotten a single call back regarding this safety issue. I would not recommend this tour line as the drivers on their website states they've taken safety classes which is an obvious lie. They are not safe. They will drive you off the road not caring whether there are children in the vehicle or who they wreck into. I had my two 1 year old twins in the vehicle with me and they could have been injured if I wasn't driving safely and proactively against this aggressive bus driver from Gray Line bus tours. I will also be reporting to the better business bureau. This is a safety concern. Drivers are not allowed to stop in the middle of the highway and before merging lanes must be clear. This was NOT the case! Someone could have been injured but this reckless arrogant driver.

It ambles along with a shimmy and shake through beautiful scenery over remarkable terrain. Side trips are in rural areas with rough, often dirt, roads. We appreciated the small, rather rugged, touring vans. That being said it is worth every shake and bump. CBX is a GREAT crossing. (I recommend staying in San Diego rather than Otay Mesa as there are very limited services, like restaurants, available.) TIJ is a beautiful, modern, efficient airport. LMM is also a fine airport and the guide(s) had us on our way in no time. The guide and drivers were knowledgeable, personable and professional. Full of details and history each excursion was a delight. Helpful and concerned, our guide followed up and worked through a medical emergency in the group. It was not a foodie experience. The included meals were adequate though uninteresting for the most part. We enjoyed the whole experience.
