This is a reasonably priced tram ride through the canyon. This canyon is beautiful. I enjoyed the narration while we were riding. We were able to hop off at a stop and walked in the river before catching another shuttle a half hour later. A really enjoyable experience

This was my first time using the tram as I had an out-of-towner to entertain. We arrived on time, but the tram had already left... However, the workers had them stop and they drove us to meet them in a bus so no biggie. They offer earbuds so you can control the volume of the tour, which is always nice. The voiceover man has an incredibly soothing voice. We both thoroughly enjoyed the sites and the knowledge we learned. The tour was not packed at all. We had an entire row to ourselves. You can use the tram to hop on and off at different sites along the way, but it was late summer so we were just along for the ride. There's a lovely gift shop when you hop off at the very end and if you're lucky like us you may see a roadrunner catching a mouse for lunch. There is paid parking Through an app. Be sure to Tip your driver and just enjoy the great outdoors. My friend said it was her favorite part of the entire visit. 10/10 would go again, but probably at night for something different.

View of Tucson city lights from the canyon at night!

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There was a slight mix up with a private ride we had scheduled, but the ranch's response exceeded our expectations and we ended up having the best trail ride of our visit. I've been riding my whole life and my husband has limited riding experience. Although we weren't able to fit in the more intensive rides this trip, we both had a fantastic time on our walk rides. The horses were well taken care of, well trained, and fun to learn about. The highlights of our activities were the trail rides, cowboy cookout, pickleball clinic and spa service. The dog house saloon became a favorite spot to grab drinks and play pool after dinner. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone looking for a mixture of relaxation, adventure and authenticity.

There are a wide assortment of rooms. Last time we had a nice Casita. This time we were in a smaller room, but it still had a wood-burning fireplace, which was so cozy on chilling evenings, The property is beautiful, the trail rides are wonderful and the desert landscape is stunning. It is such a treat to be around and ride the horses. We also went on great walks, hikes. They also have tons of activities I'd like to try next time, like pickleball, tennis, archery, fishing, etc. The pool area and Jacuzzi is so relaxing and beautiful. My husband loved the saloon, and it was a fun watering hole for happy hour. I was doing Dry January, and the bartender made me a tasty mocktail, and we met some nice people. The food was very good. We were there for Friday prime rib night, which was awesome, and loved the salad and soup bar. Looking forward to our next trip and hope to bring more family or friends next time!

We arrived to Courtland on a Sunday morning at 10 am. My sister (and her family), my parents, and my family were greeted by Michael and Cindy. They ensured we were properly prepared for our adventure. Anything lacking, Michael had extras. As we walked down the from the outdoor gazebo, my sister found a dime from 1900; her find was promptly photographed. We learned that the dime and her name would be added to the Courtland museum. We made our way into downtown Courtland, the adults were treated to a history lesson while the three children went with Cindy on a scavenger hunt. Cindy had many surprises for the kids as they built up their rock collections. While on our walk we saw evidence of ancient Hohokam presence in Courtland. The tour ended with a visit into an old mine. We then set up lunch in the gazebo and enjoyed time with the family. As our day wrapped up, Michael had one more surprise. The Gleeson jail was open this weekend, we had one more stop. On our way to the jail, we detoured and Michael showed us where the Courtland cemetery was. Our adventure into Courtland was amazing. My entire family was impressed with the history and activities. Thank you Michael and Cindy for taking such great care of us all.

Mike and his team were great and very attentive to all of us making sure we were in the right place to find the rocks/minerals we want and helped carry out our findings. Set up a cleaning area for our rocks. Has indoor plumbing which is very clean and a very nice ramada to eat your lunch and take a break from the sun. Cannot wait to go back and rock hound some more. We did the tour and tailing collecting $40 got our money worth. They also have turquoise tour/collecting monthly. Worth the money to go and collect. Thanks Mike for a wonderful day.
